To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日,正常晚飯時間七點,一家人本來高高興興到這裏,打算叫小菜食晚飯,本想叫四樣小菜,但結果叫四樣小菜三樣售罄,簡單小菜菜式連涼瓜蒸䱽魚、節瓜蝦米粉絲煲、海鮮粉絲雜菜煲都無,話我哋太晏嚟已經賣晒。果時只係七點左右,可能真係要五點或六點食晚飯先叫唔晏。最後只能勉強叫三樣還有嘅小菜,已揀不下手,只能叫炒粉麵湊數填飽肚子就算。雖然餐廳嘅環境同食物味道尚算ok,但整體晚飯感受非常差,極之失望,一家人食飯食到一肚子怒氣,價錢亦不算便宜,下次要去這吃晚飯,真要認真諗諗。

今日嗌細個去咗間食堂飽餐一頓,唔使等位,咁快就坐低嘆好西,餐廳氣氛濃厚,嘅香港feel真係幾正👌。嘢食嘅話,選擇頗豐富,就揀咗個簡單悠閒嘅自選套餐——我哋點咗扒類、家鄉小炒,仲有個淮杞牛腩煲,食物一一送上。扒類我選咗黑椒牛扒,肉質幾好,咸香中帶有黑椒嘅辣韻,肉眼見到煎得金黃微焦,口感偏嫩,唔錯!小炒嘅選擇我哋去咗個鮮辣嘅辣子雞丁,跤雞肉保持咗彈牙嘅口感,辣得過癮又唔會太攻擊味蕾🌶️,真心夠哂kick。至於淮杞牛腩煲,牛腩煲得入味而且夠軟熟,淮杞嘅香甜俾湯頭攪出咗一種中藥與食材相融合嘅滋味,充滿了溫馨。最後,甜品我哋就嚟咗個鮮奶燉蛋白,甜而不膩,順滑嘅口感如絲緞般滑過喉嚨,完美收官!整體來講,食堂嘅食物質素不錯,真係令人回味無窮。總之,這個晚上嘅食死瞓飽經驗,正!🍽️👍
