我同兩個同事去食午餐,由於係附近番工,久唔久都去食吓,平心而論,食物唔差,飲品一般!但佢哋嘅服務態度係十個差。
呢日好奇怪,點餐個QR code, 有啲Hang 機。搞咗幾分鐘終於點到三個餐三個飲品。
食物好快到,呀姐送上4杯飲品,我哋即時同佢講,麻煩你 check 吓,應該唔係我哋叫,佢吚吚哦哦,check 完話係我哋自己叫,不過有其他食物未到就可以取消。與此同時,有三四份食物到咗,咁我哋又再講一次,我都只係叫咗三個餐。
就係咁我哋坐咗喺度等佢取消,我哋冇食過冇飲過啲嘢。隔咗一陣我又問阿姐咁而家點呀?佢話出咗嘅食物就冇得取消㗎啦,係你哋自己叫嘅。未出嘅佢已經幫我哋取消咗兩份,我再次解釋三個女仔點樣叫六個餐呢?
咁我就叫佢麻煩你叫經理出嚟處理一下啦,我哋真係冇叫過六個餐。
返咗幾分鐘,仍然冇人理我哋。
咁我去問另外一個男職員,佢話我你嘈都冇用個喎!
又隔咗幾分鐘都冇人理我哋,我就起身同佢哋講,嘢食呢我哋就冇食過,我而家就走㗎啦'如果你哋覺得我食霸王餐嘅話就報警啦!
去到門口收銀叫我俾錢,我重複同佢講我冇食過啲嘢,如果佢哋覺得我哋食霸王餐就報警!
呢個時候有位著水鞋嘅經理出咗嚟,我同佢講我哋只係叫咗三個餐,麻煩幫我取消另一個餐,佢話如果個個客人都係咁,叫完又取消?唔得!我又解釋多一次三個女仔叫咗三個餐,係你哋系統有問題重複咗!
由於佢都唔係想解決問題,咁我就同佢講多一次我而家就走㗎啦,我冇食過啲嘢你喜歡就報警啦!佢望一望門口條龍,講咗一句粗口,仲話倒晒啲嘢都唔歡迎我哋去!
呢間舖頭確係門口長期有條龍,因為小紅書好多推介,但係咁樣嘅態度你會唔會去呢?其實個經理只係要取消咗一個餐,就可以留低三個開心嘅客人。佢完全冇檢視過自己嘅系統,就覺得係客人嘅問題,仲粗聲粗氣!
