To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食物都好快上枱!茶記果然係茶記
尤其係附近咁多寫字樓,果然訓練有素!
午餐肉粒六面都煎得好香脆
不過就只係微溫 明顯係預早煮定左 呢個有少少失望
蕃茄湯通粉湯底就好濃郁嘅🍅🍅🍅
另外通粉都唔會碌到好淋!喜歡
奶茶、牛油多士、滑蛋全部正常操作~

🟢這天工作繁忙無法離開公司,公司同旺記係同一棟樓,電話落單一份餐之後,順口問可否送外賣,(其實真心唔送都冇所謂的,遲少少食飯唔會死的,當然如果可以梗係好啦🤣)
🟢接線女生話要請示其他同事,然後另一位成熟女士接過電話,問我嗌總共幾多份餐,我話一份,然後佢叫我去嗌外賣APP因為免運費,隨後就cut咗線。???
🟢之後因為佔線所以打多咗四次先打得通,然後問佢頭先有冇落我單?佢話同事並冇落到單,然後我再復述咗一次先至叫落單,然後我話一陣自己落去攞
🟢利申我份人好鬼有禮貌,只係覺得如果你係送唔到嘅可以直接話俾我知一個餐毛利太少係送唔到外賣,我覺得都好合理,但係cut線又冇落單真係好型👍🏻✨

呢日好奇怪,點餐個QR code, 有啲Hang 機。搞咗幾分鐘終於點到三個餐三個飲品。
食物好快到,呀姐送上4杯飲品,我哋即時同佢講,麻煩你 check 吓,應該唔係我哋叫,佢吚吚哦哦,check 完話係我哋自己叫,不過有其他食物未到就可以取消。與此同時,有三四份食物到咗,咁我哋又再講一次,我都只係叫咗三個餐。
就係咁我哋坐咗喺度等佢取消,我哋冇食過冇飲過啲嘢。隔咗一陣我又問阿姐咁而家點呀?佢話出咗嘅食物就冇得取消㗎啦,係你哋自己叫嘅。未出嘅佢已經幫我哋取消咗兩份,我再次解釋三個女仔點樣叫六個餐呢?
咁我就叫佢麻煩你叫經理出嚟處理一下啦,我哋真係冇叫過六個餐。
返咗幾分鐘,仍然冇人理我哋。
咁我去問另外一個男職員,佢話我你嘈都冇用個喎!
又隔咗幾分鐘都冇人理我哋,我就起身同佢哋講,嘢食呢我哋就冇食過,我而家就走㗎啦'如果你哋覺得我食霸王餐嘅話就報警啦!
去到門口收銀叫我俾錢,我重複同佢講我冇食過啲嘢,如果佢哋覺得我哋食霸王餐就報警!
呢個時候有位著水鞋嘅經理出咗嚟,我同佢講我哋只係叫咗三個餐,麻煩幫我取消另一個餐,佢話如果個個客人都係咁,叫完又取消?唔得!我又解釋多一次三個女仔叫咗三個餐,係你哋系統有問題重複咗!
由於佢都唔係想解決問題,咁我就同佢講多一次我而家就走㗎啦,我冇食過啲嘢你喜歡就報警啦!佢望一望門口條龍,講咗一句粗口,仲話倒晒啲嘢都唔歡迎我哋去!
呢間舖頭確係門口長期有條龍,因為小紅書好多推介,但係咁樣嘅態度你會唔會去呢?其實個經理只係要取消咗一個餐,就可以留低三個開心嘅客人。佢完全冇檢視過自己嘅系統,就覺得係客人嘅問題,仲粗聲粗氣!
飯黎到,又少。凍飲到,就用熱飲杯上,勁細隻。
我地黎到拎位係話6位,有一位最後無黎到,姐係得5位,就逼我地要叫多杯野飲(6位),因為有最底消費。😂呢個情況真係第一次經歷,俾10個趣你😂
個人十分不推介呢間餐廳,十分不禮貌,附近仲有好多餐廳比佢更好。
欣賞餐廳煎/炸啲午餐肉等佢香啲
但煎得太耐乾左,變得好硬
如果可以淋番少少就好
蕃茄湯都好味
奶茶正常,好飲
但我到現在才有時間吃
之前聽人說這裡的叉燒滑蛋飯超好吃
我二話不說
馬上點了一個叉燒滑蛋飯
真的非常美味
使用日本雞蛋
質感特別幼滑
也點了一個豬仔包
味道也是不錯😝
