第二次下午茶堂食,估唔到過咗午飯時間都有好嘢食,水準keep住。下午茶餐$50雙拼仲有嘢飲,上次叫叉燒燒鵝瀨粉,瀨粉比較似米線質感。今次叫叉燒燒鵝撈粗,皮薄、皮脆肉汁多,完全唔柴,比某中環米芝蓮好食。鵝油撈粗麵豉油好香,重口味但好好食。單點乳豬叉燒飯,乳豬肉厚嫩滑、脂肪少,叉燒半肥瘦軟熟入口化,但呢個係神秘部位唔方便公布,我驚之後食唔到。一啖叉燒一啖熱辣辣嘅飯,絕對肥仔餐。希望keep住個堅持保住水準啊。

顧名思意就係鼓油叉燒蛋飯,叉燒三分肥七分瘦,每片都厚厚的,叉燒稍為製作至微微燶邊令叉燒整體更香脆,肉質軟腍又帶有油脂香,而雞蛋佢地都係用左日本雞蛋去做配菜,看似普通既叉蛋飯食起黎係一d都唔是叉但👍🏻

四寶都係同平時燒味店相約包括叉燒,白切雞,紅腸,咸蛋。我覺得如果好鐘意食叉燒既食鼓叉蛋應該會好d,因為四寶飯入面既叉燒相對黎講係無咁厚,但四寶飯就勝在可以食多幾款餸無咁單調。食飽老闆仲請左我地飲左個是日老火湯,原來原價都係$10就有一碗,超值,火候夠之餘味道又清甜,湯內仲有好多配料又大碗,推薦大家黎到都記得試埋🤤

因小弟有事去筲箕灣,完成後去附近搵食。當我看見鋪頭櫥窗的燒味,感覺高質,經我向店員再詢問後,堂食和外賣同價,感覺老實,沒有用平價吸引人,不令人如目混珠。當時正值晚上6時20分,暫時人客不多,我安排坐5號卡位,叫左叉燒腩仔飯,汁另上。從食前和食後的相片顯示,證明食物高質。希望稍後我再去筲箕灣,先揀燒味獸為首選食店。
