「這是一篇百分之一千的手寫及自費食評」這是一家香港非常少有的成吉思汗式烤羊肉餐廳,不需要怕不懂烤,店員會全程幫忙,把每個部位烤至最合適的熟度奉上。店員會送上烤洋蔥,非常清甜。烤肉套餐每款肉各有特色,有些味濃,有些清香,有些嫩滑,有些緊緻。另外店長推介我們加點嚐試烤羊舌,這是我前所未見的東西,推介原條烤,並不是像牛舌般切片。口感非常脂嫩及味道奶香,喜歡吃羊的必需試下,比起其他部位有過之而無不及。再另外我們加錢升級了羊湯,口感濃厚,如果能少量加麵或粉絲定必錦上添花。整頓飯味道及服務都非常好,愛羊之人必試,對羊有興趣的人也會樂而忘返。 continue reading

天寒地凍🥶食啲羊保暖、今次選擇銅鑼灣羊蹄山來一個成吉思汗烤肉、相信這是香港暫時唯一一間牛肉刁鑽部位聽得多、羊肉可謂第一次、譬如羊頸柳、羊西冷、羊舌、羊金花趾、甚至乎有熟成、新鮮羊肉每日飛機直送、有澳洲、紐西蘭、日本、西班牙等等、邊度靚邊度攞, 個人建議如果餐牌上能夠指出羊產地可能更上一層樓不能期望食法如和牛一樣入口溶化、反而食每個部位的羊味特色、譬如羊一般比牛細隻、羊頸柳最多只能熟成15日、食落肉味帶點金華火腿、羊五金趾不能期望有濃郁羊肉味,反而會像牛肉五花趾一樣脆口、西班牙Iberico羊西冷肥瘦比例剛好、烤到有微焦之後個人偏向加少少淡路島洋蔥、辣椒粉、蒜蓉及鹽夾住「啪」落口衝擊味蕾10分猛烈羊肉湯用了¼隻羊不加任何味精熬足20小時熬製至奶白色、個人簡稱羊湯Expresso,Da Domenico 嗰碗蔬菜湯一口飲落去好似有成千上萬的蔬菜,在你口中搖晃、該口羊湯Expresso也令我感覺口中有萬羊奔騰感覺反而個人覺得一開始端上的洋蔥時間比例未必是最黃金、因為洋蔥先烤關係、加上容易燒焦、導致羊脂未完全滲入洋蔥的時候便已經燒焦了、所以個人建議應該烤到一半的時候才上這個洋蔥整體滿意、尚有很多部位未試,定必回頭 continue reading

特別日子去試吓羊蹄山去之前已經做定功課,但食物質素,環境同服務都超出我預期所以必須留言一推🤤羊肉湯店員介紹用咗半隻羊熬煮,入面有羊肉,大根同洋蔥,整體非常鮮甜,細細一碗,濃郁高質羊肉餃子外脆內嫩,撈埋蔬菜後的羊肉餡味道溫和,適合配啤酒羊頸柳/羊臀肉/羊肩胛心/伊比利亞羊漢堡燒肉部分試咗以上幾樣,由淡食到濃,確實唔同部位各有特色。店員會邊燒邊講解,個人覺得每樣都值得一試。整體肉質嫩滑,伊比利亞羊漢堡加上cream cheese,係幾款入面羊味最濃厚, 幸福感爆燈!必食🤤羊肉咖哩烏冬羊味同樣非常濃厚,加埋少少辣椒粉,重口味人士大愛!啲湯可以飲埋,食完全身暖晒😋另外亦要讚吓服務,親切但唔會過份熱情,係食得非常chill的一餐,會回頭再支持👍🏻 continue reading

這間餐廳不經不覺已經開咗一年有多。第一次去食,已經覺得好有驚喜。除了燒羊嘅唔同部位外,其他嘢都好好食,羊肉餃子或佢哋嘅咖喱都good ,真係用心去做。今日係restaurant week 訂了枱。個menu 真係佢哋嘅signature。Appetizer and 醬汁煮花螺好好味,調味剛剛好。到了主菜,老闆Clement 幫我哋開始燒羊嘅唔同部位,我就覺得羊上肩排、羊頸柳、羊脾肉及羊架好好食,每個部位texture 都有啲唔同。(今日無影羊嘅相,唯有post 番第一次食羊嘅相😅)食完咁多羊,最後就飲佢哋signature 嘅羊肉湯。未飲已聞到好香嘅羊味,chef 一定用了很多羊骨去煲,真係好足料。每次一定要飲😀兩位老闆都好體貼,佢哋為了照顧唔食羊嘅客人,餐廳都有其他嘢食,例如佐賀牛及豬。希望兩位老闆繼續準備多啲好食嘅食物俾客人 continue reading
