About Reward Scheme
這間餐廳不經不覺已經開咗一年有多。第一次去食,已經覺得好有驚喜。除了燒羊嘅唔同部位外,其他嘢都好好食,羊肉餃子或佢哋嘅咖喱都good ,真係用心去做。今日係restaurant week 訂了枱。個menu 真係佢哋嘅signature。Appetizer and 醬汁煮花螺好好味,調味剛剛好。到了主菜,老闆Clement 幫我哋開始燒羊嘅唔同部位,我就覺得羊上肩排、羊頸柳、羊脾肉及羊架好好食,每個部位texture 都有啲唔同。(今日無影羊嘅相,唯有post 番第一次食羊嘅相😅)食完咁多羊,最後就飲佢哋signature 嘅羊肉湯。未飲已聞到好香嘅羊味,chef 一定用了很多羊骨去煲,真係好足料。每次一定要飲😀兩位老闆都好體貼,佢哋為了照顧唔食羊嘅客人,餐廳都有其他嘢食,例如佐賀牛及豬。希望兩位老闆繼續準備多啲好食嘅食物俾客人

這是香港少有的日式成吉思汗烤羊肉,想去試試已很久。適逢有HSBC的Dining Week有特别午餐,所以趁機去品嘗。這個午餐有前菜,淡路洋葱沙律很甜,醬油花螺是特别。之後是五品羊肉燒烤,有不同部位,味道各有特色,但都很鮮味,很難得一餐可以試到。羊湯尤其值得推介,聽說是用羊骨羊肉慢煑20小時而成,非常濃郁。最後還有豆腐或抹茶雪糕加紅豆醬,為套餐點上完美句號。值得一提的是服務超好,全程燒烤都有侍應代勞,羊肉的熟成程度控制得宜。午餐性價比高,喜歡食羊的真不容錯過。

The building is just opposite to Causeway Bay MTR Station Exit C.The place has a lovely vibe. We got a cozy private room just for the three of us, making the experience feel extra special.The service was top-notch. The staff were incredibly friendly and took the time to walk us through the menu. We went for the lunch set, and they not only helped with the grilling but also gave us tips on the best order to savor each dish.Incredible dining experience!

成吉思汗烤肉究竟有咩特別,今次終於去咗羊蹄山體驗!羊肉選擇好多,試咗幾款都好高質,用餐過程店員同老闆不時會為我地推介同解說。我近期最愛既店鋪,用心經營既餐廳,食客絕對感受到👍❣️自家製羊肉餃子極juicy,一口爆汁超正!羊肉味香得黎唔會羶❣️羊頸柳❣️BB羊舌❣️羊上肩排燒肉方面,試咗三款。羊頸柳最軟熟,羊上肩排口感豐富有層次,肉味幾香。最驚喜一定係羊舌!第一次食羊舌,嫩得黎又爽口,一啲羶味都冇,好fresh好正❣️羊蹄山羊肉咖哩飯儘管樣樣野食都咁出色,羊肉咖哩飯仍然毫無疑問係我心中既mvp,同平時食開既日式咖哩唔一樣,佢地既咖哩有好香既香料味,同羊肉超夾,兩樣味道平衡得好好,忍唔住一啖接一啖,諗起都有啲心思思要encore😍食既時候記得落埋提供既辣椒粉,至於要落幾多,記得諮詢下店員先呀😉😝
