This place is known for only selling 100 bowls of ramen a day, so it’s pretty hard to get in. The limited supply isn’t the only reason why people queue for their ramen, it’s also the quality of their shoyu broth. I really love their shoyu, it was very refreshing☺️ there’s a sweetness in between but it doesn’t ruin the flavor of the soup. The chashu is another ingredient made their ramen so lovable. Not only it’s so tender and the rawness is right on spot. Nothing that I don’t love about their ramen and possibly the best shoyu ramen I had in town😋 continue reading

香港其中一間出名既拉麵, 主打醬油拉麵。除左出名好食外, 店長既個性都係呢間店既名氣之一。 今次就試下碗拉麵係咪同店長一樣咁有個性。早放工果晚就黎試下, 唔洗點排隊就入得。上枱後先打張卡, 望起似一碗好食既拉麵 湯底: 揀左特製醬油拉麵,  湯面有雞油覆蓋, 但飲落完全冇油既感覺。可能有雞油覆蓋住, 食到最後拉麵湯都未變涼。湯頭飲落順喉, 亦冇苦澀味(醬油湯底過濃時會有呢個問題)。 配上拉麵食唔會過鹹或唔夠味, 食完個麵都冇口渴或飽濟感。麵質: 雖然使用幼麵, 但幾彈牙, 食到最都唔淋, 如果再硬啲更好。配料:叉燒:叉燒有二款,各有兩塊。店員話今天係使用鹿兒島豬,  豬腩肉明顯多陣油香味,  而豬肩肉就豬味較重。味蛋: 蛋流心, 煮得岩岩好, 唔會過生過熟, 但漬得唔夠耐, 味道淡左啲。荀:同大多店一樣, 都有少少荀臭味。  荀尾切開一絲絲, 食落幾爽脆。 結論:可能期望過高, 冇想像中咁驚艷, 但係一碗好拉麵要有既元素佢都有。同其他拉麵店相比, 不論拉麵味道或環境都十分舒適。如果唔洗排隊, 都值得一試, 始終香港好食既醬油拉麵唔多。 continue reading

作為拉麵達人嘅我,近乎喺香港食咗100碗拉麵,呢間真係我覺得值得讚賞嘅一碗拉麵,叫咗醬油湯拉麵,朋友叫咗另一碗,因為冇食朋友嗰碗,所以淨係講醬油湯拉麵。整體嚟講呢碗醬油湯拉麵口感好豐富,食落每一啖都會令人覺得好想再食吓一啖,佢個筍係超好食!基本上食完一碗會即刻想叫多一碗食,成碗拉麵感覺就係好完整,甚至分分鐘可能好食過日本食到嘅拉麵。環境係小店嚟嘅,永遠間餐廳都係一定要排隊,四五張枱,不過入餐廳最緊要真係食物,食物好嘅話永遠都一定有人嚟食! continue reading

我諗一講响香港搵日式拉麵食,大家可能會第一時間諗起灣仔,中環,尖沙咀之類嘅拉麵激戰區。如果話响大坑有間隱世小店,大家會刻意去一試嗎?我今次同家人去,一次過試晒醬油同鹽味拉麵。《特製醬油拉麵🍜》《特製鹽味拉麵🍜》香味,醬油 (4/5),鹽味 (3.5/5)兩款湯都相當好聞,香味亦好充足,不過當然啦,醬油湯因為仲有雞油加持,香味一定優勝於鹽湯,因為鹽湯本身係冇乜味,而店家亦無額外添加另一d搶鼻嘅香味,鹽味就比較純粹。湯頭,醬油 (4/5),鹽味 (4/5)醬油湯方面,佢算係比較深色,又係濃普洱茶d色澤。飲落香醇,醬油同雞油兩者混合嘅平衡度係做得幾好。另外,湯入面蔬菜嘅甜味亦明顯地可以品嚐到,鹹甜香都齊晒,湯嘅質感亦順口。不過,我個人口味來講覺得稍稍偏鹹左 d。鹽湯方面,色澤比我以往食過嘅鹽湯為深色左少少,甚至乎我會形容為有少少淡嘅咖啡色。我認為鹽湯嘅色如果清澈d會更吸引,雖然香港好少地方賣鹽味拉麵,以我所見日本d塩拉麵d湯多數都只會係淡麗茶色或琥珀色,所以我認為色澤可以再調整。味道方面,我係幾鍾意,佢鹽嘅味道係有特色,似係有種霸氣,有股力場去鞏固整個湯嘅味道咁,我認為係幾好味。麵條 (5/5) - 兩款拉麵嘅麵條都係同一款,配兩款湯效果都相當好。中細麵,方形,直身,麵身有一點點(用左全粒小麥粉)。呢款麵可以話係我食過咁多款拉麵中最對到我口味嘅一款。麥味非常夠(持別配鹽湯),而口感爽彈有咬口,順滑,我覺得比滿分係合理。配料 (4.5/5) - 配料方面,我心目中嘅主角並唔係塊叉燒,而係條荀,因為呢道選用嘅唔係一般嘅荀乾,而係响香港極其少見嘅穗先荀!穗先荀本身特別長,口感特別好,另外穗先荀本身係比較清甜,同一般荀乾,味道同口感上都係明顯優勝。醬油拉麵中,叉燒有兩款,各有兩塊,豬肩肉同豬腩肉,肉味夠,質量正正常常,兩者來比較腩肉會較為甘香,好食過豬肩肉少少。而,鹽味拉麵中,叉燒只有一款,就係豬肩肉,不過都有四塊 。溏心蛋,未係好驚艷,正常地好食啦,最主要流心效果有做好,不過我個人鍾意更生少少。雖然我點嘅係特製版,不過配料嘅份量對我一個細食嘅男人來講先係剛剛好,叉燒雖然有四塊,不過都切得薄身同偏細塊,所以我認為叉燒如果可以切大塊d,滿足感會更大。整體 - 值得推薦 👍👍👍👍👍 continue reading

之前有留意拉麵關注組,睇到呢一間大坑嘅拉麵!知道店主原來好有名,而且主打醬油拉麵,呢個真係不容錯過!而家香港好多主流拉麵都係雞白湯、同豬骨拉麵,醬油拉麵真係好少,而且仲係出色嘅拉麵店,所以特登嚟試吓!之前做咗啲功課,知道呢間舖頭好多人排隊,而且座位很少,大約10個左右,而且營業時間很短,所以我特登11點45分就到達,點知已經有一條長龍,啱啱七八個!好彩我得一個人去,所以最後都識到第一輪!終於試到醬油拉麵,首先講吓舊叉燒,屬於好薄好有肉味嗰種,但不得不提佢嘅醬油湯底,飲落去好順口,飲到啲豉油嘅鹹香味,本身湯底好清澈,唔會好濁嗰種,總之飲落去係好配合,難怪咁多人讚佢!其實我之前都試過摸門釘,佢星期一係唔開嘅,如果大家有興趣,記得留意吓! continue reading
