先說特製挽肉, 其實就是牛肉碎, 不算太肥, 比起平時吃到的肉碎更有牛味。


大腿外側的部分非常嫩滑, 配合醬汁的味道, 十分好吃。

牛肩肉是用火槍燒至5成熟, 在師傅燒的過程中已聞到香濃的牛味, 是3 種肉裡最肥的, 口感有少許入口即溶, 是三種肉之中最美味,亦是分量最少的,只有3 小塊。

味道比想像中好吃, 哈密瓜的味也很像真,是日本夕張哈密瓜的味道!

總結, 這間宗像牛肉屋的食物質素不錯,但牛重性價比不算太高,如果想一試宗像牛的味道, 可以選擇三色牛丼 $88, 比較抵食。

兩個人去食,叫左兩個便當,一個五色飯,一個西冷拼大腿,餐牌款式吾多,但西冷牛好有驚喜,嫩口既肉質配合秘製醬汁,😌好滿足又有飽感既一餐,服務員好細心講解,有問必答,唯一缺點,成個高價快餐店既格局,食完就走,食飽想坐多陣都難,但值得再試!

放工同男朋友仔拍拖本身我地一直都係宗像屋既常客見到佢出左牛肉飯/火鍋版就去試整體來講是中上既好食~但都好L貴首先 大腿外側既飯已經$168佢用慢煮形式去煮但已經預先整好一盤盤有人叫就係雪櫃來出來解涷 再鋪上飯面牛肉是好食的~但只是薄片~就收$168 性價比真係太低其次我地兩個都唔太明一樣係牛肉火鍋點解$98 (100g)會賣晒但$148(150g)就仲有貨真係好令人不滿 明明只係份量多與少既分別就用無貨~來焗你食貴D但壽喜燒湯底唔會太甜依點係值得讚~但兩小口子最後食左 差唔多$400$400 可以食到更好的!

牛肉款式不算多,但味道非常好,口感和肉味都相對不錯。平價飯亦不需一百元,相對高級就二百到四百左右。舊區來說,價錢難免有點偏貴。但比較港島和中環的價錢,這食物等級和質素實屬fair price。份量亦相當不錯。值得一提,就算六點開門,六點十五分來到已經要排隊,之前經過幾次都要排隊,想食要儘早來等。雖然店內只有一個服務員和兩名廚師,上菜時間亦頗快,服務亦不過不失。甜點相對失色,但有提供亦係extra bonus。

這餐廳找了很久,在工廠區,根本經過也發現不了,木的日本風格,和式的趟門,吧台的設計,可以看著廚子做美味的食物。一坐下服務員端上熱茶,今次我嘗啦,200克和牛火鍋,牛肉真是太嫩了,入口即溶的感覺,濃濃牛肉味,食完所有的牛肉,湯上都沒有血水的泡泡,湯都如初一般,清澈,證明新鮮血水少。在進食期間,服務員都會觀察火的大小,會幫忙調較合適火力。甜品是哈密瓜味道的茶果,都不錯。整體來說,牛肉是可以,服務都不錯,下次再嘗它的四色牛飯。

Came here at 6pm, we were the first customers! The place slowly filled as time went on and when we left there was a queue outside! We were told that the sirloin has already been sold out and stock wouldn’t arrive until a couple days later! So we all ordered the $168 beef don! It was delicious! The sauce was amazing with the beef and rice! The beef was so tender! Adding a hint of wasabi to the beef gave it a refreshing taste! 算講講牛肉,我同友人都一致認為大腿外側好嫩,挽肉好入味,而肩肉相對比較有嚼口,但個醬汁帶甜,撈埋落啲飯到,令人一口接一口😍

甜品了,睇落平平冇奇,但一食有驚喜,入而原本係時令既哈蜜瓜,好香好甜,好好食。

最後就嗌左松 同 四色牛丼

總結,松 個款就比較新款式無論價錢同味道都唔係咁容易接受到。另一個就好好多 不過就無咁特別,但係都不錯。大家簡食乜之前可以留意一下

此舖開咗好耐都無去幫襯,今日的起心干去試一試。6時正去到,已經有2個客,全舖只有Bar枱,客與客之間嘅距離尚算可以,唔會有好逼嘅感覺。同老婆2人叫咗一個牛重,同一個200g嘅牛鍋share.先講牛重,入面有西冷及大腿外側肉薄切,我就覺得薄切好食啲,味道雖有的過咸,加埋温泉蛋撈飯一流。牛鍋牛嘅份量好足,牛肉有啲過肥,但食起嚟好冧,比牛重更加有驚喜,性價比高。但係有一樣嚴重不足之處,亦係好多日本餐廳嘅敗筆:白飯。 啲飯煮得太爛,爛到食唔出係咪用日本米,可以話難食過附近茶記啲$10碗泰國米白飯,將成餐嘅質素拉低咗好多。以性價比而論,會再encore多次牛鍋。但下次如果白飯質素唔改善,未必會有第3次。真心期待改進。
