小店既牛肉麵有酸菜,一塊蘿蔔,半隻滷雞蛋,4片牛展。當然要有酸菜先稱得上一碗合格既台灣牛肉麵。一碗招牌紅燒牛肉麵,一碗招牌紅燒牛肉蕎麥麵。紅燒湯底(辣),濃郁一啲唔油膩,我都相信係冇落味精,真材實料,因為飲晒啲湯之後都冇覺得口渴。蕎麥麵比較粗身,食到有麥味,估唔到蕎麥麵都配搭得到台灣風味。欣賞小店的辣,唔係落辣椒油或者醬去配搭,而係用花椒去烹調,唔會令湯底多油,辣味真係滲入湯中,不過辣度唔強烈,老闆娘仲另外比多一碗充滿花椒嘅湯底。老闆娘有禮貌而且又有笑容,睇其他飲食文章知道老闆娘曾經係台灣留學,學習過台灣廚藝,暫時係我係食過最有台灣味道既牛肉麵,亦都係我最滿意。由於係小店,人手唔會太多,大家要耐心等候。

紅燒湯底(辣),濃郁一啲唔油膩,我都相信係冇落味精,真材實料,因為飲晒啲湯之後都冇覺得口渴。蕎麥麵比較粗身,食到有麥味,估唔到蕎麥麵都配搭得到台灣風味。
欣賞小店的辣,唔係落辣椒油或者醬去配搭,而係用花椒去烹調,唔會令湯底多油,辣味真係滲入湯中,不過辣度唔強烈,老闆娘仲另外比多一碗充滿花椒嘅湯底。

老闆娘有禮貌而且又有笑容,睇其他飲食文章知道老闆娘曾經係台灣留學,學習過台灣廚藝,暫時係我係食過最有台灣味道既牛肉麵,亦都係我最滿意。

今天下班和友人相約去西環見面談心,然而友人加班以致我自己一人早到,唯有在街巷中來回穿插以消磨時間。雙腿在街上胡亂行走,走到後街的一條小路,低頭滑手機之間,眼角瞄到和四周格格不入的小店,抬頭始發現是一家台灣料理店,於是就決定試一試。店內坐位雖不多,以白色為主磚牆風格的牆身配以向店外的落地大玻璃,反而令人感到空間相當寛敞。店家以牛肉麵作主要菜式,並有其他牛肉料理和台式小吃。待朋友到達後,我們點牛肉麵,滷肉飯,涼伴青瓜和酸梅湯。先來的是涼伴青瓜,冰冷的青瓜塊清爽多汁,沒有一般青瓜的草青味,改配淡淡的酸辣汁,開胃無比。飲品的凍酸梅湯一上桌已有驚喜,酸梅湯內竟有原粒酸梅,喝下後更出乎意料的好喝。酸梅湯味道清甜醇厚,有淡淡的桂花香,但沒其他酸梅湯有的那種藥味,和涼伴青瓜相配,在這悶熱的晚上令人胃口大開。作為主角的是紅燒牛肉麵和滷肉飯。紅燒牛肉麵的牛肉用上了牛展,牛肉軟腍入味,蕎麥麵是店家自制,和市販的不同,有手製蕎麥麵特有的顆粒感,而72小時熬製牛骨高湯是整碗麵的靈魂所在,香濃的湯汁把碗內的元素融合成一體,十分回味。滷肉飯的肉滷得很入味,大顆且口感豐富的滷肉配上冬菇,好吃。

之前路過想試,今日見時間尚早,襯唔多人試下,因為小店通常人手短缺,製作需時,要耐心等候紅燒牛肉麵$56,呢排有幾聲咳,唔食辣,麵底幾正,好彈牙,麵粉香就冇乜,但係我好鍾意呢個口感,條菜同埋半隻滷蛋冇特別,紅燒牛肉用左牛輾,薄薄的四小片,都炆得腍,又未至於炆到筋位起膠,但係就入味,仲有一舊白蘿蔔,味清,但係唔甜,配料除左有芫荽蔥,仲有出過水嘅鹹酸菜,風味獨特,一定要讚下個湯,食完唔口渴,留喺口內嘅係一股清甜,以前食牛肉麵從未試過,莫非係鹹酸菜嘅功勞?如果份量多啲會開心啲冷氣唔夠

紅燒牛肉麵$56,呢排有幾聲咳,唔食辣,麵底幾正,好彈牙,麵粉香就冇乜,但係我好鍾意呢個口感,條菜同埋半隻滷蛋冇特別,紅燒牛肉用左牛輾,薄薄的四小片,都炆得腍,又未至於炆到筋位起膠,但係就入味,仲有一舊白蘿蔔,味清,但係唔甜,配料除左有芫荽蔥,仲有出過水嘅鹹酸菜,風味獨特,一定要讚下個湯,食完唔口渴,留喺口內嘅係一股清甜,以前食牛肉麵從未試過,莫非係鹹酸菜嘅功勞?

今晚約咗個係大學返學嘅朋友食飯,佢話唔想去咁遠,所以就佢喺香港大學站附近食個飯。佢帶咗我嚟lee間食牛肉麵嘅舖頭。餐廳感覺有啲似家庭式嘅小店,地方唔大,座位唔多。第一次嚟,揀咗個牛肉麵同埋小食試下。睇到門口嘅海報,知道佢哋嘅麵係自家製嘅,所以食落特別煙韌。湯底有啲似台灣牛肉麵嘅味道,有少少辣,味道好濃,啲麵吸收曬湯嘅味道,所以食喺上嚟每一啖都充斥住牛肉湯嘅味道。牛展味道亦好濃,喺香港都好少食到呢個味道嘅牛肉麵。小食就嗌咗個滷水拼盤,有蛋有雞翼,雞翼雖然冇好濃嘅滷水味,但係肉質幾嫩滑。雞蛋仲係有少少流心嗰隻。喺附近返學嘅朋友真係有口福,可以食到咁好味嘅牛肉麵。

小食就嗌咗個滷水拼盤,有蛋有雞翼,雞翼雖然冇好濃嘅滷水味,但係肉質幾嫩滑。雞蛋仲係有少少流心嗰隻。

因為有事要到西環一轉,難得到大學站又夜了便在附近找吃。這邊小店挺多,剛看見一間裝潢都很清新的台灣料理店,就起了興致入去試試看。裡頭的感覺很清新舒適,店雖小但不會覺得很狹隘侷促。處處都覺得店家很用心,令人覺得很自在。店裡的款式不算多,兩款麵兩款飯,來到時雞腿飯已沒了,便點了款牛肉蕎麥麵及台灣很有名的滷肉飯。另外點了兩杯酸梅湯$10,酸梅湯很清新好喝,加正桂花感覺又帶點清香。挺開胃解暑。先來個牛肉蕎麥麵$58,湯底不會咸,味道濃度適中,且加了不少酸菜。牛𦟌很入味,質感爽而不會煮得老,麵有很香的蕎麥味,口感挺彈口很不錯,力推這麵。古早滷肉便當$53,味道也不會太濃,裡頭可吃出很清香的八角花椒,份量尚可很足料對女生足夠有餘。不會喝完覺渴,很健康的煮法。滷水拼盤$38有雞蛋、雞腿與雞翼。味道跟古早便當一樣,入味偏清新不會太咸的味道。這店很家庭式的溫馨小店,價錢地道味道也不錯。附近的人來吃飯是不錯選擇。

今晚友人放工後帶我搭叮叮去西環行下,行海旁之前都要餐下肚既,所以就黎到呢間食牛肉麵的餐廳試試。餐廳座位不多,牆上掛有類似梵高的畫作,幾簡潔。自行在點餐紙畫好後,可以俾店員落單。招牌紅燒牛肉蕎麥麵($58),平時食台灣牛肉麵,通常麵底都係台式的粗麵,呢度可以有蕎麥麵食幾特別。蕎麥麵跟平時日式那款不同,這裡的蕎麥麵較粗身,而且口感煙韌。這裡的湯底是熬製72小時的牛骨高湯,再配有中藥材料而成的,所以味道非常濃郁,而且帶有少少辣味,非常惹味!牛展厚薄適中,味道濃郁。除了有牛展之外,還有生菜、蛋、白蘿蔔等配料,口感非常豐富。皮蛋豆腐($26),雖然是百福豆腐,但是味道都不錯!醬汁酸酸甜甜,味道頗開胃。桂花薄荷酸梅湯(+$10),點麵食可以加$10便可以試到這款飲品。飲落好有薄荷的味道,酸酸甜甜,開胃又消滯!這些小店要多D支持呢,而且他們的麵和湯都是自家製,沒有味精,真的不錯呢!
