喺呢區返工已是一年有多,一直聽聞九如坊有間拉麵店好受歡迎,今日終於下定決心,叫埋同事一齊過去試下行到去差唔多十二點九,店外已有少少人龍,不過排得都唔算耐既落完單無耐就已經有得食了。先試試豬骨湯,飲落係比較稀同淡,偏清新口味既朋友應該會好鍾意,但個人黎講就唔係好慣了;麵條我揀左軟身,係好食既;紫菜係預先浸左落湯度所以淋哂,有啲失望同事果碗拉麵就多左隻溏心蛋,係有流心效果既;同樣地佢都期望個湯底可以再濃啲Anyway 總算叫做食過,下星期五繼續喺區內發掘其他好西啦

長浜的料量不多,但用高湯煮製的豬肩肉叉燒,為數不多入味的半熟蛋,味道恰到好處的高菜,切得口感爽脆的木耳,誠然沒有一樣令人驚歎,難尋其缺點。值得一提 長浜有點像居酒屋,大概是因爲地理因素吧,酒內有不小細廠出品的特色日本酒和其他啤酒,因此它的小食應該可以期待的,可惜當晚要早睡沒有叫酒和下酒菜~

雖不是博多系湯底,麵卻仍是博多系與湯底依然相配。 博多直麵一向是穩健的麵種,因為其可變空間少故不太喧賓奪主。但師傅的煮切水準卻非常熟練,將麵表現得很完全,簡單的硬度足,夠乾身已經很令人安慰,尤其是這些簡單要求 很多時店家都達不到。

我同表姐都係中環返工所以lunch就一星期一次會去食好東西,諗住獎勵下自己。原本我哋諗住去周月,但係實在太多人而我哋只有一個鐘頭食飯所以都打消念頭,改為去呢間拉麵舖。佢係喺九如坊附近但係比較難搵。可能因為佢舖頭出面有工程關係,所以係比較多塵,但係佢地都用左密封嘅門以免塵埃飄入,但係你一開門就會發覺塵土飛揚。 我哋叫咗玉子拉麵,佢係比普通叉燒拉麵多左兩隻流心蛋,流心蛋幾好食,拉麵整體質素都唔錯不過如果出面冇工程會比較好。

Ramen is love and that is what boyfriend and I go to every Valentine's Day. Just walk up to a ramen shop and slurp up a delicious bowl of ramen.

On this  evening, we decided to eat at Nagahama No. 1 Ramen. Hailing from Fukuoka, the center of many fantastic ramen places, is this small shop that has been in the Sheung Wan area for a long long time. Tonkatsu Ramen ($78). I ordered this. A very basic ramen. It came with a couple of slices of char siu and nori. The char siu was not that good. A bit dry in texture. The nori was crispy and pretty good. But it was the soup base that was amazing. It stole the show and yes, ramen is mostly about the soup. The soup was like the one from Ichiran (which is also from Fukuoka). It had that same sweet and savory pork taste. That was light yet lingered in your mouth. Simply delicious.

No. 1 Ramen ($98). Boyfriend ordered this. Their signature ramen. This includes an egg, four slices of char siu and nori. It was basically the same as mine but more char siu and egg. So, if you want more toppings, then this is the bowl for you.

One of the best ramen places in Hong Kong. The good thing  is it rarely has a line as not many think to go here. It's a bit more  low key than the other ramen places but it outshines all of them. I'll be back.

呢排都幾常去PMQ,附近有好幾間拉麵,今次嚟到都幾多正評嘅長浜No. 1。平日夜晚喺九如坊呢啲冇乜人嘅街道都要排隊先有得食肯肯定有其原因。排咗15分鐘,入去叫咗個玉子拉麵,都幾足料,有叉燒、原隻溏心蛋。湯底好飲,配幼拉麵口感唔錯。芽菜任拎,不過幾辣下。要彈嘅地方係,碗麵上嘅時候紫菜已沉晒入湯底,淋晒了,呢啲detail係可以做得好啲。

因為原本想吃的餐廳突然無故關閉、與朋友誤打誤撞來到九如坊這長濱No.1拉麵店、上班日子午飯時間在店外依舊排著一條人龍。後來才知這間拉麵店得到米芝連推介、難怪那麼多人排隊。點了個玉子拉麵$88、湯底唔太濃、味道唔突出、不會有想多呷幾口既衝動。麵偏軟身、义燒沒有很軟腍那種溶化感。整體來說只是一個很普通的拉麵、不過不失、沒有驚喜。女店員由帶位到埋單都是黑著臉、以呼喝態度問食客幾位及帶食客入座、令這頓飯扣了不少分。

經過中環,本來想去九記食牛腩麵的,但見到條極恐怖人龍,於是在附近看看有沒其他好食的,就見到這家叫長浜no.1的拉麵,是一家小店,裡面是開放式廚房,可見師傅煮麵過程坐下睇餐單,有六款選擇,既然第一次來,就當然要試試招牌長浜no.1的拉麵,也是菜單上價錢最貴的,就98蚊那個整體賣相色澤均衡,有日式叉燒有紫菜有蔥有糖心蛋有酸菜,這是一碗拉麵,也像一幅畫,一個藝術品,這紫菜跟其他店地方拉麵店一樣,沒大特別,糖心蛋就很有水澤,蛋黃有點甜甜吃下也嫩,叉燒半肥瘦,份糧也比一般拉麵店份糧多,口感軟熟,只是味道較淡,這碗裡最有特色其實是湯,這湯底濃而不膩,飲下沒油的感覺,非常高質,遠勝我過往吃過大部分的拉麵店的湯底

I finished work at central and was looking for something quick and easy to eat before going home. I went to this ramen place because I thought that it will be very easy to get a seat. I quickly ordered a basic ramen but it took more than 15 minutes. Anyway, when the staff put the ramen down, she was so rough to the ramen that it nearly fell. I asked for some water, she gave me faces. I think it was just not my day.

Let's talk about the ramen, it was actually quite good. The noodles were cooked exactly what I asked for. The soup was very concentrated and tasted pretty good. The BBQ pork was soft and tasty. But I will not go back there.

是日返工又有個兩個幾鐘既長lunch決定要食好啲慰勞下自己既monday blue..中環最後一間想食又未試既拉麵就係呢間喇同事發現新大陸原來香港有以《坊》作街名既街道,無錯就係九如坊喇行哂啲斜路上到黎間舖先岩岩開,坐低睇下menu發現只有一碗拉麵係有四塊紫菜仲要寫住係no.1!所以用左兩秒就決定好要叫呢碗無幾耐同事叫既玉子拉麵就先上,哇點解同張相塊紫菜差咁遠明明係好闊架嘛,上到黎係同一塊四周紫菜一樣仲要得一塊開始擔心我果碗既時候就黎到喇都ok既!同相唔係差太遠湯:呢間舖出名在個豬骨濃湯,濃就唔係話超濃,但都有返咁上下傑,feel到啲膠質又唔會飲完覺得重味精麵:幼身麵質彈牙,有返咁上下質素叉燒:個人覺得太多肥膏喇,同埋肉味可以再濃味少少蛋:夠溏心,岩岩好個湯係傑出既,成碗拉麵有別於平時好鬼重口味果啲,清清地幾好,但係呢個價錢我諗我都係會行上少少去另一間沾麵舖食

都ok既!同相唔係差太遠
湯:呢間舖出名在個豬骨濃湯,濃就唔係話超濃,但都有返咁上下傑,feel到啲膠質又唔會飲完覺得重味精

麵:幼身麵質彈牙,有返咁上下質素
叉燒:個人覺得太多肥膏喇,同埋肉味可以再濃味少少
蛋:夠溏心,岩岩好

個湯係傑出既,成碗拉麵有別於平時好鬼重口味果啲,清清地幾好,但係呢個價錢我諗我都係會行上少少去另一間沾麵舖食

特意爬上斜坡找拉麵吃,因為已1:45pm, 所以冇人龍。 一如其它的拉麵店, 望住個餐牌, 選擇唔多,叫左碗最基本豬骨湯拉麵,$78蚊無加一。湯底豬骨味係足夠,但唔係濃郁嗰隻。 麵是幼身那種,所以口感輕盈,有2片好薄叉燒,一些木耳和蔥。 配菜,淨係得啲辣芽菜。沒有什麼大挑剔,但亦沒有什麼特別/驚喜! 勉強找個賣點,就是碗面由一位日本廚師親自煮囉。
