Twice a month on Fridays we would have our Friday ramen time. Been to so many ramen shops in hk (also as a frequent visitor to Tokyo for work) I could say that this ramen place still serve one of the best ramen in HK. The quality is always high and consistency is always there. Chef is Japanese and very friendly. So as the staffLoved the spicy beansprout that I could pour over my ramen. 自從五年前某次無心插柳來到這裡吃拉麵後,這裡就變成了我最喜愛的拉麵店。雖然中環有很多拉麵店,唯一值得我一再光顧的必定是這裡。拉麵店位於九如坊, 在中環上班的我每次都要攀山涉水才能到達。拉麵店其實座位不多, lunch time有時候需要等一段時間才能入內。每次來這裡我都會點最貴的no.1拉麵,雖然是最貴,但其實也在可接受範圍內,只是98元。這店是開放式,所以能夠看到師傅在內埋頭苦幹,這麼年裡師傅也沒有變,所以麵的水準一直能夠維持。拉麵來了,總共有四塊紫菜,一隻半熟蛋,四片叉燒,以及一些配菜。拉麵湯底, 湯底是非常濃郁的豬骨湯, 味道十分突出。no.1就是no.1, 值我經常來這裡。

咁岩朋友得閒就諗住一齊試下呢間拉麵。見佢好評都什多,所以有啲期望值。十二點半去到都未滿,兩個人去即刻可以入座。menu好似好多款咁,不過無話有邊款好有特色。因為鍾意食蛋,就要左玉子拉麵。落單都係用紙自己畫,可以揀麵既硬度,葱同蒜。toppings都係大路野。麵既擺放好傳統,係隻蛋有少少爛左,影響左外觀。湯有少少偏咸,我同朋友都飲左佢好多杯水!麵身都ok,算係幾硬身Q彈。叉燒就普通,係偏瘦既。整體黎講係一個普通既拉麵,無太大驚喜!

等了差不多一個月,長濱no.1終於裝修完畢,迫不及待回味從前的味道~裝修期間有去試吃中環不同的拉面,還是找不到類似的感覺。。裝修後的長濱no.1,室內比從前光亮,加了bar枱,但總位置數目跟從前差不多。依舊要了玉子拉面,味道依然,面條軟硬適中,湯頭濃但不膩,叉燒有火炙過,有點碳燒香味。很難在香港有長濱no.1拉面的味道,希望繼續可以在香港吃到福崗的美味~新版本的menuP.S.日本師傅跟員工們都很nice

一直都聽朋友讚賞九如坊的這家拉麵店的豬骨湯底一流,很適合我這個吃麵喜歡喝湯底的人,所以決定跟她來吃。我們選了平日來吃,餐廳都多食客,但我們很幸運,不用排隊等候。點了豬骨湯拉麵($78),豬骨湯拉麵基本上每家拉麵店都提供,卻不是每間都煮得美味。湯底一向是整碗拉麵的靈魂,要是湯底不好,無論麵和配料多好吃,都會大打折扣。而這碗拉麵的湯底完全沒讓我失望,豬骨湯熬成奶白色,味道濃香鮮甜,口感則稍為濃稠。而自家製的麵條清淡爽滑,令人回味無窮。

去完PMQ join活動已經9:30pm, 附近的食肆也不了收舖了,往地鐵方向行經九如坊記得這裡有家較僻而以前食過的拉麵舖還沒收舖就去醫肚。 叫定番豬骨湯拉麵,份量可以,可以食完連湯飲埋既拉麵,價錢也不算很貴。

在開飯啦個Apps 裡搜尋最好食拉麵 終於今天晚上可以品嚐到這間米芝蓮推介過嘅 長浜 NO.1 拉麵館 當入了去坐低 在餐牌上看見了有5 - 6款 而我就簡選了有很多食評介紹的 玉子拉麵 同 一碟半柯打板燒厚切牛脷 等了數十分鐘 店員首先奉上一碟牛脷先 這碟牛脷食落非常有肉汁 唔會燒到好乾 十分好食 可惜就是份量少了一點 得三小塊 跟著店員再奉上今晚的主角 玉子拉麵 我在未開始食麵時 先用湯匙品嚐一下湯底 好好飲 跟著開始食麵 麵唔會太軟同太硬 因我在落單時選擇麵身普通 所以剛剛好 而玉子同叉燒都好好食 如要寫有什麼意見 就是柯打紙應有多些中文註解 。👍🏼👍🏼😋😋😘😘
