天氣開始轉暖，櫻花盛開，我就嚟咗呢間以櫻花為主題嘅餐廳食飯。一入到餐廳，就俾佢嘅裝潢吸引咗。餐廳嘅牆壁同天花板都佈置咗櫻花嘅裝飾，好似置身於櫻花林咁。餐廳嘅侍應都好有禮貌，服務周到。我哋一坐低，侍應就問我哋想飲啲咩。我哋叫咗一杯櫻花茶同一杯櫻花梳打。櫻花茶嘅味道好清香，櫻花梳打嘅味道就比較甜。我哋叫咗一個招牌菜：櫻鯛加櫻花漬物鮫蝶魚肝醬撈飯。呢道菜嘅擺盤好靚，櫻鯛嘅肉質鮮嫩，櫻花漬物酸甜可口，鮫蝶魚肝醬嘅味道香濃。三種食材配埋一齊食，真係好夾。我哋試過銀雪魚加肝醬撈飯，味道都好好食。不過，我個人比較鍾意櫻鯛加櫻花漬物鮫蝶魚肝醬撈飯，因為櫻花漬物嘅酸甜味可以中和鮫蝶魚肝醬嘅香濃味，食落更加清爽。 continue reading

想食 Omakase 就諗起 Nagomi，相隔一年再去「和」食 Omakase，真係完全無失望，仲有驚喜。師傅準備咗新食物，包括有魷魚刺身、鮑魚肝醬、黑鯥魚刺身、昆布海膽刺身；當然仲食咗好多其他好味嘅刺身。最令我驚喜嘅係魷魚刺身，以前都未食過魷魚刺身，估唔到咁好食。魷魚刺身好爽口，又有少少甜味。鮑魚肝醬都好好食，鮑魚肝醬好鮮味，配埋白飯食，真係一流。黑鯥魚刺身都幾特別，黑鯥魚刺身好有油脂，入口即溶。昆布海膽刺身都幾新鮮，昆布海膽刺身好鮮甜，又有少少海水味。 continue reading
