天氣開始轉暖,櫻花盛開,我就嚟咗呢間以櫻花為主題嘅餐廳食飯。一入到餐廳,就俾佢嘅裝潢吸引咗。餐廳嘅牆壁同天花板都佈置咗櫻花嘅裝飾,好似置身於櫻花林咁。餐廳嘅侍應都好有禮貌,服務周到。我哋一坐低,侍應就問我哋想飲啲咩。我哋叫咗一杯櫻花茶同一杯櫻花梳打。櫻花茶嘅味道好清香,櫻花梳打嘅味道就比較甜。我哋叫咗一個招牌菜:櫻鯛加櫻花漬物鮫蝶魚肝醬撈飯。呢道菜嘅擺盤好靚,櫻鯛嘅肉質鮮嫩,櫻花漬物酸甜可口,鮫蝶魚肝醬嘅味道香濃。三種食材配埋一齊食,真係好夾。我哋試過銀雪魚加肝醬撈飯,味道都好好食。不過,我個人比較鍾意櫻鯛加櫻花漬物鮫蝶魚肝醬撈飯,因為櫻花漬物嘅酸甜味可以中和鮫蝶魚肝醬嘅香濃味,食落更加清爽。

最近跟朋友到此餐廳用膳,一踏入餐廳時剛巧碰着以前的舊師傅,起初很開心以為他回巢了,怎知原來他只是回來做替工,不論如何今天下的單肯定出自他的作品了。老師傅即是老師傅離開那麼久,不論味道、菜式也能保持水平,可惜師傅總不能留在同一地方幹活吧!否則是客人之福了。

本來近公司又方便,所以經常同同事去食午餐。但係近期食物質素比以往下跌,唔怪得最近幾次去都係得我一枱客!壽司吧師傅淨係掛住打機,唔知係佢冇時間煮飯,定係預咗一定冇客呢?本身食個是日推薦魚生飯,收咗我足足三百九十蚊,但係啲飯又凍又散!魚生本身需要冷凍保存,所以凍好正常,但係至少以前喺度食嘅魚生飯啲飯都係暖嘅!以後都冇乜可能會再嚟㗎喇

中秋節 因工作緣故 要夜晚9點先收工只想簡簡單單 食個快飯誤打誤撞下 見到依間Nagomi環境寧靜 決定坐吧枱一試入到去一睇個餐牌價錢都唔平揀左個天婦羅烏冬 ($180+)女侍應 溫文有禮 服務貼心雖然無嗌刺身壽司 師父亦有閒談兩句大約等左15分鐘 食物就送上溫度及味道 屬於中上水平天婦羅最令我難忘 除左炸粉十分薄配埋特製既綠茶鹽 口感十分清新烏冬 份量亦足夠 十分有咬口湯底 味道自然 不過不失如果下次再有得閒 應該都會試下其他食物^_^

天婦羅最令我難忘 除左炸粉十分薄
配埋特製既綠茶鹽 口感十分清新
烏冬 份量亦足夠 十分有咬口
湯底 味道自然 不過不失

如果下次再有得閒 應該都會試下其他食物^_^
