昨天第一次來食晚飯,點了香辣雞肉生菜包,春卷及椰子炸蝦球(正確名字忘了)。先說生菜包,生菜不新鮮,免治雞肉像泥沙一樣,無味兼吃到一粒粒粉在口中,吃了一個不會再吃。鴨肉春卷算全餐最好吃的,但鴨肉放春卷味道怪怪的。炸蝦球就是外面椰絲夾蝦炸球,淋上甜酸汁,碟底放了一塊菠蘿,賣相不錯,但內𥚃的蝦球完全沒有調味,很淡也沒有蝦味,菠蘿是又酸的。下次不會再來了,只適合沒有味覺的人。

另外要睇嘅就係佢哋嘅匙羹同埋叉,係超級油同超級污糟,叫餐廳侍應玩左三次都仲係咁又可以好油有漬,感受到佢哋只係收完用過的叉刀之後,就咁浸水就攞返上嚟用咁。。。

甜品以焗香蕉拖肥布甸作結,未知圓梯形的香蕉布甸是否焗得不夠平均,外層香軟,內層卻有未熟之感。表面淋上的還以為是朱古力醬,嚐到的卻是椰香和蔗糖的味道,很有驚喜。旁邊的雲呢拿球比平時的顏色要深一點,不過還是雲呢拿的味道較蜜糖突出,拖肥碎灑在雪糕球底下,增加了香口感。Nahm很不少捧場客,無論是平日還是假日,只要是晚飯時段門外總會出現人龍,四月則覺得一試無妨。

衣到有位中年女服務員態度都幾寸,不過佢吾知整咩個時趺左d野落我隻碟到,好大聲,嚇親我,佢幫我換過隻碟之後又連聲道歉,好似有d驚我之後態度就好番d冇咁寸。寸係指眼神同語氣,好似睇吾起人咁。

越式芝士焗青口$82 ,同朋友好鐘意食芝士焗青口,去到邊間食店都會叫,試下吾同店ge芝士焗青口有冇咩分別。衣個青口個芝士好正!!!奶味好重香甜的好好味!!不過我一啖食落個青口到食到有d草,應該係青口個肚入面d野,有d嘔心。不過好似得我一舊有,即係有1/4機會食到草?個青口都幾香口,肉質好,上面d味粉睇落紅色的以為是辣的,不過其實冇辣味得香味。

香芒牛油果軟殻蟹卷$128 ,吾會好油膩!good!我以前係其他地方食過越南d咩咩卷,類似衣個但印象吾多好,加上我對牛油果都有d抗拒,所以其實叫衣樣個時都有d擔心,不過朋友想食就叫左啦。so far食落去又幾好味wor,個軟殻蟹炸得吾油,芒果又夠,牛油果都吾會太難食,尢其是個皮都好好咬吾會太un!都推介大家叫。

椰子奶凍配芒果雪葩$68 ,個奶凍都幾足料,原來入面係充滿一條條長條的椰子肉~所以口感好得意!芒果雪芭正,不過都吾係好芒果味,係比較香料芒果個種,都清新ge,其實大部份地方食到ge芒果味都係衣種,食慣左。

衣間野都好多外國人orABC黎食,隔離個台的外國男人想叫我地桌個d,但落單個位應該係會錯意比錯左佢,上菜個時佢有d失望。
總括黎講食物質素都對得住個價錢,環境都幾好。

今日係圓方睇完戲,喺越南餐廳食飯,依間餐廳想食咗幾次,次次都排長龍,今日見到無乜人,即食。叫咗大蝦青木瓜芒果沙律,賣相麻麻地,青木瓜都爽脆,大蝦有二,三粒,但成碟只係得個爽,其他味道無乜。椒鹽鮮魷,味道幾好 ,不過魷魚好細,冇乜口感,炸得幾香脆。香辣雞肉生菜包,雞肉辣辣地,生菜都新鮮,都幾大碟,食咗好開胃。黑糊椒大蝦,煎得好乾身,好香,隻蝦好大隻,肉質都彈牙,味道好好,再點埋個辣汁,好惹味。菠蘿雞粒炒飯,菠蘿同雞肉好多好大粒  ,飯炒得好乾身,但份量好少,如果好肚餓,一個人食晒都未必夠飽。

Recommend making reservations, we were very glad we did. Food wise, the softshell crab curry is great ($182) but the rice is quite expensive... $16 for a small bowl. The curry portion is fit to share between 2, but you may need 3 bowls of rice. The noddle set lunch menu at $108 per person is quite reasonable as well and you get a salad (good size) and a huge bowl of noodles. Seafood vermicilli with tom yum had a generous portion of seafood, but the soup base is quite tomatoey... just FYI for tho

我不太喜歡吃羊的,可是朋友喜歡嘛,就試一個吧。還好,羊味不太羶,我抗拒羶味的還能接受,羊架的數量有六排,每排也有一隻男人手掌般大。
另外,綠咖哩真的不能不讚,非常有椰汁味,但又不失咖哩味,忍不住點了一碗飯($6)配綠咖哩。

侍應拿過來的時候真的呆了,這跟我們平時在外面吃的大碟,而且果然是大蝦,真的超大隻!而且有三大隻切半,加上滿滿的柚子,生菜。酸酸辣辣,不錯,正好幫我們增加大量胃酸。(笑)

侍應的服務態度很好,當我們吃完一度菜的時候,侍應也會問我們需不需要換碟。
而且結帳的時候,侍應問我們吃完之後覺得怎樣。我也不禁跟她說,不錯,但份量太多,哈哈哈哈
侍應說我們點的菜的確是份量較多,不過也有其他是比較少的。

而且環境很舒服,很安靜,而已即使繁忙時間也不會趕食客,跟三五知己一起吃飯真的超讚。

要在城中找更正宗的泰越餐其實唔難
