今天公司東主有喜,提前下班,即興跟同事來到土瓜灣北帝街搵食鬆一鬆來到鳴虎店門,已經傳來陣陣豬骨湯香味,加埋門面啲日式裝修,加更令人懷念在日本🇯🇵的日子搵好位,員工有禮地送上餐牌,把枱乾淨地抹一次,再送上冰茶,照顧非常周到我哋點了原味鳴虎拉麵、鳴海老拉麵、鰹魚汁浸菠菜、餃子同芝士魚條兩樣小食上菜時拉麵湯底非常夠熱,麵質硬度適中,有大大塊义燒、木耳、京蔥而且份量十足!大胃王更可以加麵錦上添花8成熟糖心蛋一咬入口蛋汁爆滿,蛋味濃郁鳴海老湯底更用日本蝦乾經長時間熬製而成,絕無花假,一試入口,味道難忘芝士魚條也是即叫即製,上碟仍然非常新鮮燙口,啱晒鍾意熱食嘅我原來餐廳仲有丼飯供應,見到隔離枱小朋友都食得津津有味,下次一定再來試試

朋友住在土瓜灣,今天搭屯馬線來找他午餐,朋友推介有間食日本拉麵挺出色的,就來了試試。這間餐廳叫做鳴虎,所以我點了這裡的首打推介~鳴虎,朋友點了~黑鳴虎,另外我們點了兩款小食~芝麻雞翼,鰹魚汁浸菠菜。這家拉麵湯底不錯,濃而不膩,吃後不會口渴,麵的韌性也不錯,正宗的日式拉麵做法,而朋友的黑鳴虎正是黑蒜油湯底,令湯更加香濃。小食的芝麻雞翼好大隻,像雞脾一樣,炸得好出色,外脆內軟,而近排菜價上升,當然要點個蔬菜作配襯,菠菜索了上湯好入味,這餐的確不錯。

自從地下鐵有咗屯馬線,搵地方食嘢多咗好多地方選擇,土瓜灣站就係其中一個,同事提起嗰度有間鳴虎,主打日本拉麵,湯底超正,一於過去試吓!鳴虎,加麵另上,湯底用咗豚骨熬製8小時,再加上魚介粉,每口都鮮味十足,材料配上日本火炙黑豚肉,肉質嫩滑入味,還加上大蔥、木耳、半隻溏心蛋和紫菜增添美味,麵嘅林度有得揀,同事揀咗軟麵,掛湯後,爽口彈牙又鮮味!鳴海老,湯底用豬骨湯加上用日本大頭蝦熬製的湯頭,加入日本櫻花蝦粉末,味道鮮味無窮,啖啖都係精華!材料每款都差唔多,只係湯底有分別。芝麻雞翼即叫即炸,外皮脆口,肉嫩有汁!
