和喜歡拍攝沙龍街頭的好友乘搭屯馬線到土瓜灣地鐵站,一直拍攝至黃昏,行經食肆林立的北帝街,其中一間在東裕大廈地下小店嗚虎是吃地道日式拉麵,門口佈置充滿藝術氣派,價錢亦相宜,一於吃日本拉麵當晚餐。店內是彩用環保樹木做餐枱及坐椅,地方需少勝在環境整潔。我們點了小店必試不可的主打黑嗚虎博多黑蒜油拉麵及招牌嗚虎拉麵,用豬骨熬成濃郁湯底,配上口感煙韌的拉麵,配料有兩塊肥瘦均勻的义燒、健康的木耳絲、京葱、紫菜和我至愛的半生熟蛋。兩款拉麵大同少異,只是鳴虎拉麵沒有黑蒜油和湯底比較清淡些。熱辣辣沾滿芝麻的手羽芝麻雞翼,皮脆內嫩。特色小食的冷盤胡麻醬拌菠菜,腍嫩香口就是這晚我倆share的日本地道餐的最後終結!

港鐵通左屯馬綫真係多了地方選擇開飯,順便好好去品嚐一下當區特色美食,就去了土瓜灣一帶亨用晚餐,沿途行見都有多間食肆選擇,街邊小食以至中式酒樓都可以揾得到,今次去了呢間日式拉麵店回味一下家鄉風味,拉麵款式有幾種口味提供,當然唔少得有各種小食同追加配菜,點完餐單等一陣,已有呢款小食香脆可口嘅嗚虎炸唐掦,入口雞肉香軟啖啖肉汁,食落幾惹味,之後係主食黑鳴虎拉麵出場口味係博多黑蒜油,而且主角一定係湯汁,混合埋豚骨湯底精華,飲到濃郁蒜香湯底味道十足,至於配料一定有幾片半肥瘦炙叉燒,肉質香嫩加上油脂甘香口感飽滿,仲有隻半熟玉子,再食啖拉麵夠晒滋味,另一款鳴虎,湯底日本魚乾混埋豚骨湯,飲落鮮味十足,配料大致上一樣,追加多一隻玉子大家分享,又繼續一邊品嚐餘下美食。

這間位於土瓜灣的拉麵比較難找,可能是新車站開通了,附近街道有不少新食店,店面貼有MIRROR的貼紙,應該能吸引不少人留下腳步。餐廳的拉麵是以他們店名主題命名,都是鳴、虎,很有特色。餐牌上除了拉麵外,還有炸物、蔬菜、 配菜選擇,餐廳另有提供自助點餐,可以自己掃QR CODE下單,這樣便不怕下單有誤。我們點了胡麻菠菜作小食,賣相吸引,上菜後才發覺是凍食,配上熱辣辣的拉麵湯剛剛好。我們分別點了兩碗拉麵,鳴虎(魚乾豬骨湯)和鳴海老(櫻花蝦豬骨湯),湯底不會過濃/淡,恰到好處,魚乾味道不算太突出,湯底主要是豬骨味道。如果可以供客人自己選擇濃度就更好, 除了有基本配菜,木耳、紫菜和蔥花外,還有流心蛋。日式叉燒吃來不油不膩,還有入口即化的口感,而且份量適中。整體而言,是有水準的拉麵店,有機會再來試試其他特色拉麵湯底

前段時間行經土瓜灣北帝街,見到一間新開的日本拉麵,今日中午來到附近,所以過來試嚇。餐廳呈長方形,整間餐廳木系裝修,都很整潔清雅。meun 不多,所以都好昜揀到款式。黑嗚虎博多黑蒜油拉麵$88博多馳名的黑蒜油加上濃郁的豬骨湯底,再配上每款面都配有的青蔥、木耳絲,兩件叉燒及兩大片的紫菜,還有一整個嫩滑的流心蛋,味道層次豐富。嗚海老拉麵$88嗚海老拉麵,湯底透著濃濃的櫻花蝦味道,也和著豬骨湯的味道,拉麵是幼面,和著湯食,味道鮮美。每款拉麵追加25元可以配多款的小食。芝麻雞翼有三件,面上有一粒粒的芝麻,雞翼比較入味,炸得外脆肉質嫩滑。嗚虎炸雞也是外脆內嫩滑的,加少少跟配的檸檬汁,省卻油膩感,又惹味!當然配埋個可樂,就更美味了哦!
