To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 菜心另叫$19, 偏苦身,但碌既程度還可以

此賣懶包最大特點,是可嚐新面世的麻酸辣湯底。此店以酸辣湯著名,麻辣湯是另一著名湖南店強項。
今回合來一個麻酸辣湯,合兩者之長,共融合一火鍋。
麻酸辣湯的確是比此店酸辣湯減少了酸度,火鍋中沒有客家酸菜,你可能覺得容易入口。辛辣度則增加,吃火鍋愈吃愈熱,十分過癮。
落單時沒有需要說明辛辣度,可隨意加辛辣醬。
湯底有兩盒滿滿紙盒,可充盈大火鍋盤。我們三人吃半個套餐,共198元。
不同湯不同價。
可先儲存一碗麻酸辣湯,供明日中午,烹兩小碗湯麵。
注意套餐不包米線。
肉食有八類,讓我們一次嚐遍此店小食,可惜沒有客家腩肉呢。
原來春卷之外,菜肉雲吞、貢丸都好味,前者皮薄,後者牛味和彈性濃郁和十足。
墨魚丸則未夠班。
份量充足,共有30多件,生菜好大包。另有肥牛20多片。4人分享亦充足。
附送辣椒油,家人覺得辣椒醬才有獨特之處。
建議略減丸仔魚片,加上客家腩肉呢。
