To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次去嘅呢間係佢哋中環嘅分店🥢食到我心滿意足【🍅番茄肥牛小窩米線🍜】濃郁嘅番茄味就直撲過嚟，個胃即刻就被勾住曬，口水差啲就 “嘩嘩聲” 流到碗裡啦😝望下個湯底，一眼就知老闆真係好有誠意落足料！米線就好爭氣啦，將湯底嘅精華全部吸曬，食起身 QQ 彈彈，每啖都超有咬口，正到痹👍碗入邊嘅肥牛多到我真係唔敢相信自己雙眼！好似唔使錢咁，求其一夾就一大片，好似去食肥牛自助餐咁😎而且肉質好到冇得彈，嫩到一抿就化，再配埋番茄湯底，呢個組合，簡直是 “食界” 嘅王炸！我一啖接一啖，一陣間整碗面就見底啦haha~不過呢，世界上冇嘢是完美嘅，呢個米線都有少少唔妥，就係入邊嘅番茄食起身有啲似用番茄醬浸過，少咗新鮮番茄原汁原味嘅鮮甜...😕我仲單加左佢哋必點嘅【春卷】佢哋嘅春卷係用魚肉餡炸到外脆內嫩，再擺落個番茄湯底浸一浸，一啖落去，先係feel到外皮嘅酥脆，跟住就係番茄汁嘅酸甜，兩種味道融合得好完美，呢個口感，我真係畀佢驚艷到！😋呢間鋪最令我鐘意嘅，就是湯底選擇超多！有酸辣🌶、麻辣🌶🌶、番茄🍅各種口味任揀，辣度都可以自己決定。好似我有個朋友，係超級 “無辣不歡星人”，平時食嘢冇辣椒就像冇靈魂，佢嚟呢度都可以搵到適合自己嘅超辣湯底。就算你同我一樣，有時想食清淡啲，都可以揀番茄湯底或者其他唔辣嘅口味。而且佢哋係香港周圍都有分店，我屋企附近、公司附近都有，放工、放學經過就可以去解下饞😆

中環南記必然多人，要快食快走，等食物順便等位，大約15分鐘左右，今日食春卷小窩米線，除了四條春卷之外，還有很多配菜，酸菜夠酸，正😄🤩🤩平食之選，再加一杯豆漿，咁就啱啱好！！

Rice noodles with the signature fish spring rolls, white fish balls and beef balls. Clear soup for me because I was feeling heaty for the longest time. The takeaway paper bowl was sturdy and handy. Noodles were kept warm after I took it back to the workplace. Very springy fish rolls, bouncy fish balls and beef balls. One of the cheapest options in Nam Kee.

中環早上已經唔喺好多食市會開，想食個早餐其實都唔容易，好彩南記係小數開得早嘅餐廳，仿鮑片太陽蛋(有仿鮑片，春卷，大陽蛋，火腿同麵腸仔)加一杯熱奶茶，大大碗都只係$37,算係好抵食😋
