To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 「南記」確實喺幾心水嘅粉麵店之一,抵食夾大件,份量十足無欺場。小弟今次揀咗招牌辣豬肉春卷米線($46),但走辣,一碗米線並已配有腐皮、芽菜、韭菜、酸菜等配料。
雖然話喺豬肉,仲喺腩位,不過,「南記」嘅豬腩肉一向唔肥,順紋薄切,理所當然入口唔會韌,而且,滷得入味;春卷以魚肉做,咬口得嚟帶少少爽彈,而且,唔會食到一口粉嘅來貨貨色;米線唔使多講,份量多,口感滑,襯以多種配菜,好食。
「南記」咩時間都旺,午飯時間更排長龍,除咗質素外,定價相宜,喺唔少人嘅糧尾救星呀!

呢條春卷食咗十幾年,仍然都係咁愛佢
魚肉好彈牙,吸收埋湯嘅精華,正!
河粉都唔係一夾就斷,唔錯
係中環,要$40蚊樓下,又要好食份量夠,算係性價比高。

呢間連鎖米線,都提供好多不同食物,當然主打係米線,而配料當然應有盡有,而特別少少的有招牌春卷、魚皮餃、魚腐招牌辣豬腩肉。另外仲有小食,如辣爽爽肥牛、辣爽爽大腸、炸牛丸拼炸魚片頭、黑椒雞鎚等等。而且下午茶仲有套餐,最便宜$21就有招牌河,加多$3有豆漿。
由於係 lunch 時段,都好多人排隊,亦都有好多人係買外賣,排隊大約用了15分鐘,買完票便去找位,座下後就等叫號自取食物。我通常都會叫辣腩肉,因為呢間d腩肉真係好好味,唔會有太多肥肉。
就係咁,只要花$38,就攪掂個肚。

讓人可以隨心跟喜歡的吃法吃!
等多久也不擔心面條會發漲
直接落湯的湯麵;
不落湯的乾麫;
也可以假裝是日本的沾麵呢!
聽說春卷是特別值得細味的;
不過口感就沒有什麼特別呢!
丸就挺彈牙的!👍🏼
份量不大,如果是飢民寶寶,就不建議了!😂
