To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我叫了招牌粉,有魚肉春卷2條,魚蛋、牛丸各2粒。
同事則分別叫了雙拼河(魚肉春卷及墨魚丸)及小煱米缐!
整體味道唔錯,不過,中環店食晏時間太多人,都係叫外賣好過堂食。
用上電子宣傳板。

我留意的是新的宣傳口號:「食得好,心情好,香港好」。
能勾畫此時香港的困局,我們只能以食去慰藉自己疲倦的身心,用食物去傳遞關愛,借飯聚去連繫心和心。希望美食能化解暴戾。這亦是近數月我寫食評的動機。
新裝修傳遞舊的訊息,是平價促銷。裝修簡單,比新派冰室樸實。
兩大特價餐價格未變。各位須留意各分店優惠時間,價格不同。魚片春卷餐抵食,比大約同價雲吞麵飽腹得多。
客家春卷仍然是高質素,冠絕全港,濕潤味鮮。下次應只叫單併春卷。
附送的豆漿則淡如水。
外賣取回家的春卷魚蛋酸辣小窩米線更誘人,翻熱了客家特別的酸菜,陣陣芳香。
份量很多,放滿一小煲。
湯底水份則略嫌不足,色澤比以往淡,稀釋。可能是看慣四川湯底呢。
最新策略是依照身份證號碼定所得折扣,我還望是改良湯底。

因為南記穩守港島,近年才北擴至九龍部份地區。我十多年前已認識此店,當時覺得它足以與廣州,上海麪鼎立。
我有保留當時的單張: 可見當年是樸拙的小店。 造就小店成長的,是推出酸辣小窩米線。有自製的酸菜和客家辣椒醬,酸辣配合得好(辣度自選)。味道與譚仔的麻辣,糊辣不同,很有特色。當時工人用小窩(故名小窩米線)逐碗煮沸,令米線入味。
食厭具湖南,重慶風味的譚仔雲南米線,不妨試試客家風格的雲南米線。新界人可外賣,春卷更是家中火鍋的美食。 現在店名已冠上香港仔三字,語帶相關,既指發源香港仔,亦象徵香港人的奮鬥精神。食物上它成功揉合客家菜和雲南滇菜系,以綜合為創造,正是香港重要文化特徵。各間分店已裝修現代化,像快餐店,中環此店仍保留舊模樣,新舊對比強烈。 再對照當年香港仔老舖的珍藏照片,更感時代變遷。 每次到南記,都發覺有改革,反映香港仔靈活應變。現在推出下午茶餐,各店享優惠時間和價格都不同。辣椒醬可供外賣。
