To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 米線份量好少 我都偏細食的都覺得完全唔飽肚 豆漿+$13又細杯的 而且不是真正的純豆漿。
真的搵在觀塘附近返工的人笨!好難受
菜肉餃米線,餡料豐富多汁,餃子皮薄而有彈性,米線則是綿軟滑嫩。湯汁的味道鮮美,完美地融合了餡料的風味,每一口都充滿了美味的口感。
大腸米線的大腸切成了薄片,入口嫩滑,搭配米線和湯汁,味道鮮美而豐富。這道米線的口感豐富,令人回味無窮。
是日平日大約6點到了晚餐時間,喜歡比較早食晚餐,經過看見就有啲掛住它的招牌食物……春卷😋,於是決定堂食。可能時間尚早,人流稀疏,座位任坐。
🍜招牌河粉 $29
份量雖然唔多,但如果唔食咁飽,份量係夠。有3款食物,有白魚旦,牛肉,招牌春卷,雖然係清湯,但河粉好入味,食曬成碗好滿足又唔浪費食物。
🍜春卷牛腩小窩米線(番茄湯底)
牛腩一般般,乾同韌,番茄湯底濃。
真的好喜歡它的招牌春卷,令碗河粉或米線增添色彩而胃口大增。
今日嚟南記食最愛的小窩B餐,唔知係邊個俾我勇氣叫咗中辣,辣到我口水鼻水出曬嚟。
食到最後冇曬可樂,辣到我失憶咁😅漏咗電話係枱面都唔知。

除咗辣之外,口味保持一貫水準。辣豬肉好好味,魚片同春卷都彈牙可口,大大嘅冬菇我鍾意,芽菜加米線配湯汁,正。
唔可以唔提有我最鍾意嘅酸菜肉碎嘅酸辣湯㡳,正到冇餸都可以食曬一碗米線。當然有餸更正斗。
- 小窩米線B餐
店內主力做外賣,讓堂食等候時間偏長。我希望南記粉麵可以優化服務流程,縮短等候時間,讓堂食顧客可以更加愉快地用餐。
我對南記粉麵的芫荽湯米線並不是很滿意。希望他們可以對這道菜進行改進,提升菜品的味道和品質,同時優化店內服務流程,提高顧客的體驗。
明知人地外賣無得補,杯凍奶茶又吾落糖,人地點飲,真系接受吾到要大辣系俾兩包野自己加,咁你吾好分大中小辣啦,全部自己加咪好lor……諗住耐吾耐食下,應該以後吾會食呢間野,附近都有好多選擇
🍜必點的南記春卷是次我配了牛腩,即係春卷牛腩小窩米線,湯底選擇了酸辣(小辣)。試過好形形式式嘅春卷,還是南記好味,牛腩份量都唔少。

貢丸肉質爽口,番茄湯底不過不失。
外賣份量都唔少,分湯上就不會令米線發脹,值得一提,湯底嘅酸菜爽口同唔會好咸,春卷口感同味道依舊好味😋。

今日試左佢個艇仔粉套餐,大地魚湯底係唔錯,仲有個魚皮同特飲,算對得住個價。
話就今日中午入去叫外賣,比完錢後等取餐,比我見到廚房入面有個男人既行為真係要比個like👍🏼👍🏼…佢拎起把鉸剪剪開包牛腩,之後將牛腩倒入一個兜入面,唔小心整跌咗一件,隨手執返起放返入個兜入邊,跟手就放落去碗麵入面比客人,其實我都明白出邊好多廚房都有呢個情況發生,但你要知道你地廚房喺出面都望得好清楚,係咪應該要避忌下,加上呢個疫情衛生係咪應該要做得更加好
