To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 南記下午茶餐好抵食,冬菇春卷酸辣米線都係$38,仲要包埋可樂或熱豆漿。
春捲係南記招牌,好食就唔使講,但係連個厚身冬菇都煮到多汁又爽滑就真心正。另外個酸菜都係我杯茶,甜得嚟又爽口,連平日唔鍾意食鹹酸菜嘅我,都覺得佢好好味,特別係個菜頭,爽得嚟又甜,可以食晒落肚,一啲都唔嘥。
港飲港食香港仔,抵佢越做越大!

佢嘅蕃茄湯係食到粒粒嘅蕃茄,味道唔會太酸,濃稠適中,米通粉口感煙韌, 配埋南記必食嘅春卷,冇得輸!😋👏
魚皮餃都係煙韌嘅口感,不過我本身對呢樣嘢一般般🙈
西生菜分量都唔少,爽脆,湯底比較清唔太覺得味精👍
豆漿幾重黃豆味👍
$30食到飽一飽又好食,值得推薦😋

講吓環境,我自己覺得好舒服,木紋feel嘅枱櫈,仲要係枱與枱之間嘅距離唔會太近,柔和嘅黃光感覺好放鬆,仲有自設自助專區,有醬料、裝醬料兜仔、紙巾同碗仔。都幾方便,你要用幾多就自己去拎,值得一讚👍🏻
係時候講吓我最鍾意嘅酸辣米線🤣,其實佢都幾大碗,入面嘅配料都好多,芽菜、韭菜、腐竹、酸菜仲有肉碎,我覺得唔係太辣,佢以酸味為主,真心開胃🙂,我通常連啲湯都飲埋😂 其實佢個招牌春卷真係好好味,用腐皮包住魚肉,爽口彈牙,真係feel到有魚肉唔係淨係粉,冬菇令我有驚喜,好有媽媽嘅味道,佢係用乾冬菇整嘅,仲要講緊大大粒好入味😍,如果勁鍾意冬菇嘅朋友可以一試。送嘅生菜真係好大份,跟餐送豆漿,唔太甜ok
綜合咁多點,環境、味道、價錢同味道性價比高😊大家得閒真係可以落去食下
- 招牌春卷冬菇酸辣米線
一直都好鐘意食南記,由重口味嘅小鍋酸辣到清湯招牌河 (清湯先可以落辣椒油,小鍋酸辣落咗都遮哂,同埋佢本身都夠哂味) 我都好鐘意,雖然餸方面我淨係鐘情腩肉 (唔知點解近年餐牌改咗叫辣豬肉) 同埋春卷,幾乎來來去去都係揀呢兩樣餸咁滯,但係都無損我對佢嘅熱情,自從年零前嘅新湯底麻酸辣 (我覺得呢個湯底太鹹) 之後,今日如常去南記發現又有新湯底喇,就係酸菜魚湯底,酸菜石班魚米線套餐跟杯豆漿盛惠53,呢個湯底味道夠哂酸,非常頂癮,本身唔係好辣所以有條件落辣椒油,落完之後嗰個酸度同辣度係我至愛嘅水平,餸菜方面,收得你嗰53蚊,個”石班”魚係點相信都會有心理準備,比較特別嘅係入面有花生芽(雖則我唔係好好) 同幾舊醃過嘅酸蘿蔔,夠哂誠意,暫時呢個酸菜魚湯底成為咗我喺南記嘅飛佛。
每次嚟到我都會買一份 #春卷 返屋企俾 #爸爸媽媽 做 #小食,例牌會要求 #跟湯另上,唔知係我唔夠大聲定係收銀姐姐無寫抵,廚房阿姐將成碗湯淋落我啲春卷上面,淋晒邊好食㗎,我梗係叫停佢啦😅 不過我阿姐反而黑我面,仲話我一早唔講低... 認真無奈👉🏻👈🏻

同係店度食嘅味道係一樣嫁.
不過個米線我就煮得腍咗少少.
整體來講, 依個外賣自煮嘅idea係幾好嘅, 起碼我係屋企都食到南記.
不過屋企冇爐嘅話就難攪D, 買依個自煮就唔適合喇.
