To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本來啲蔥係呢度都唔夠呢張相的一半， 好好聲聲叫阿姐加蔥， 佢就話已經好多，然後，拒絕我的要求。 問多幾次先至死死氣地加，加完後就用家鄉话同廚房啲人講嘢類似投訴我。 當時餐廳都冇其他order， 又唔係忙到乜，使唔使對客咁串。講真，今次飲食體驗真是非常之差，直逼當年砲台山地鐵站隔離大x樂，去用餐不識他們家鄉话就服務極差。 本人去喎唔少次南記餐廳食包括呢一間，今次是第二次少蔥，最少個次是廚房沒有蔥。 下次可能需要學習他們方言，才可以有正常的飲食體驗。

🥢今天揀左南記嘅麻酸混合湯底，真係滿足晒我想要麻又要酸嘅味蕾！先講講呢個湯底，香辣得嚟唔過火，濃郁嘅湯汁飲落去後嗰種酸辣過後，舌頭上面果種麻麻地嘅感覺簡直是妙不可言！再嚟講個春卷，外皮香脆得嚟唔油膩，每咬一口都有魚肉嘅鮮味湧出來，加入湯裡面吃，喺滾熱嘅湯水浸泡下面更顯得意想不到嘅解乏。至於墨魚丸，我自己叫咗加辣，啖啖墨魚肉真材實料，彈牙又入味，同春卷真係夠曬撈檔。貢丸呢部分，我同同事交換咗幾粒，佢哋每粒都保持著彈性同鮮甜，啖啖肉感，完美搭配我嘅米線。傳統嘅港式味道原來可以咁有層次同震撼。🍜揾食唔使煩，嚟南記一碗好湯底米線，加埋喜歡嘅配菜，實惠之餘又得到個滿足感。真係，幾好食，我下次還會再嚟！🌶️

月尾要去食平野，南記一向都係我嘅飛佛，佢嘅酸辣湯底真係好食到不得了，我叫咗招牌春卷魚蛋米粉酸辣湯底，份量已經大碗，酸菜又多，辣度剛剛好，招牌春卷好冧身好好食，品質保持水準，佢嘅魚蛋唔係成日有，有時因為休魚期會冇得供應，難得有梗係要食魚蛋啦好快成碗比我KO咗總括嚟講，$43碗雙併酸辣米粉，我覺得已經好高汁，不能要求太多，真心抵食夾大件，係窮人恩物吖每次都話想食佢嘅辣腩肉同埋牛腩，下個月一定要再食過吖

今日去北角碼頭打算釣魚。結果，36度乜嘢都冇我朋友仲中暑咁滯，咁就算啦，打算食啲嘢返屋企算。然後去到街市旁邊嘅呢間南記粉麵，36度冷氣都唔開，然後個收銀姐姐態度差到貼地，問多兩句好似攞佢條命咁樣，個個客人入到佢間鋪頭好似焗桑拿噉樣連隔籬個彬彬姐姐都忍不住喺度鬧呢度仲熱過菲律賓。（冇講笑嘎👏真係個個客都係度鬧佢啲冷氣仲衰過焗桑拿👏）講完態度同埋環境啦。講下啲食物啦。酸辣粉，唔酸唔辣得個甜。啲酸菜仲多過啲粉。芽菜得兩三條。唯一食得下就係佢買返嚟嘅魚蛋同埋豬扒，叫咗個河粉，河粉就一嚿嚿入邊仲未熟嘅，一個咁嘅粉收我55蚊會唔會太誇張，早知去隔籬茶記歎牛腩粉好過，食完返到屋企屙到而家打咗呢篇食評。建議大家千祈唔好嚟呢間垃圾餐廳食嘢。除非你想36度焗桑拿中暑送醫院或者食完佢啲粉就腸胃炎入廠啦。唔係得一星可以揀，我會俾佢負5星😷😷
