To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 至於墨魚丸,我自己叫咗加辣,啖啖墨魚肉真材實料,彈牙又入味,同春卷真係夠曬撈檔。貢丸呢部分,我同同事交換咗幾粒,佢哋每粒都保持著彈性同鮮甜,啖啖肉感,完美搭配我嘅米線。傳統嘅港式味道原來可以咁有層次同震撼。
🍜揾食唔使煩,嚟南記一碗好湯底米線,加埋喜歡嘅配菜,實惠之餘又得到個滿足感。真係,幾好食,我下次還會再嚟!🌶️
然後去到街市旁邊嘅呢間南記粉麵,36度冷氣都唔開,然後個收銀姐姐態度差到貼地,問多兩句好似攞佢條命咁樣,個個客人入到佢間鋪頭好似焗桑拿噉樣連隔籬個彬彬姐姐都忍不住喺度鬧呢度仲熱過菲律賓。(冇講笑嘎👏真係個個客都係度鬧佢啲冷氣仲衰過焗桑拿👏)
講完態度同埋環境啦。講下啲食物啦。
酸辣粉,唔酸唔辣得個甜。啲酸菜仲多過啲粉。芽菜得兩三條。唯一食得下就係佢買返嚟嘅魚蛋同埋豬扒,叫咗個河粉,河粉就一嚿嚿入邊仲未熟嘅,一個咁嘅粉收我55蚊會唔會太誇張,早知去隔籬茶記歎牛腩粉好過,食完返到屋企屙到而家打咗呢篇食評。
建議大家千祈唔好嚟呢間垃圾餐廳食嘢。除非你想36度焗桑拿中暑送醫院或者食完佢啲粉就腸胃炎入廠啦。
唔係得一星可以揀,我會俾佢負5星😷😷
我叫左芫茜米線+芫茜可樂 (茜樂),米線有芫茜、2舊炸豬扒、1隻皮蛋、4件炸豆卜及3粒芫茜丸...起初我買時見可加$3鮮芫茜,但當時我冇,到出去攞時見:原來成碗芫茜係已整熟左,變左出嚟賣相同宣傳吾同....
湯底有芫茜味, 吾錯,豬扒炸得過火左D,'鞋"同硬了,其他配料都OK....至於個茜樂,我覺得幾得意,有芫茜果D嘅草味,好似飲緊蔬菜汁加可樂的味道...
整體都算吾錯...下次應該會加$3 鮮芫茜加強個芫茜味....
P.S: 我於9/6/22 去CBY南記再食,加左$3 鮮芫茜,原來都係熟上...吾知係咪要REQUEST 生上架呢?

啲服務員個個都同我提,米線冇得要幾熟,因為碗碗都煮好架啦。有幾次都係食到勁林嘅,似泡左好耐熱水咁,可能要留意翻有呢個機率
- 招牌腩肉酸辣小窩米線
之後因為南記質素下降左,啲湯淡左,而又有其他選擇所以冇食南記好幾年。
呢日去開北角又見有南記,所以買左碗麻酸辣春卷小窩米線加大腸。外賣冇講明都已經幫我米線同湯分開裝,好細心。
試過其他米線舖先知道酸辣米線(甚至小窩米線)都唔一定有韮菜,酸菜同腐竹。而今次再試南記小窩米線覺得佢回復番我最初食時嘅水準。湯底唔水,厚身,酸味適中可以話係小小偏甜,但啱我,好好味。
冇另加但都有唔少酸菜,甜甜酸酸,少量芽菜,韮菜,肉碎,同埋見到有腐竹!好感動!真係唔可以take for granted!

大腸就比較有個性, 一開始只見到大腸碎,仲以為佢唔記得俾我🙈
之後見到兩塊好長好似冇切嘅大腸😅
好味道,但比較薄身。
啲米線就比較淋,唔係爽口嗰種,但外賣嚟講都可以接受。
