To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日要喺公司食外賣， 忙到無晒心情， 就諗起南記經典嘅腩肉米線嚟 填補心靈空虛，南記都係我嘅至愛之一，經典嘅味道真係令人回味無窮，腩肉惹味又軟熟仲唔會太肥，最最最重要就係一定要叫埋佢嘅招牌春卷。唔係跨張～真係冇其他地方食到南記春捲嘅味道。 腩肉加春卷，確係天作之合， 好味道，超飽，超滿足。今次我試下將米線轉米粉， 哇… 原來更加好味 OMG…… 全因外賣米粉吸曬啲湯味道， 啖啖夾著濃湯加上腩肉香味， 好食到唔停得口……真係好夾好正，真心推薦大家可以試下將腩肉米粉，相信試過一定會讚好👍🏼

南記承認原本外賣兩袋食物，但南記只給車手一袋食品，賴外賣平台送漏，經與車手及南記核對之後，南記仍不認錯及態度惡劣再次致電，一直拒聽電話一小時，及後接聽態度仍然惡劣及不承認送漏已經不是第一次遇到這種情況，西灣河南記永不錄用，再不幫襯

之前細個住香港仔，南記真係恩物價錢抵，又飽肚，跟住出嚟做嘢之後，有時都忍唔住會買外賣返屋企食而家公司附近網上外賣平台就可以嗌到，所以成日都同同事嗌。唔知點解佢嗰個春卷，真係出邊複製唔到佢嘅味道，就算其他舖頭話係南記春卷，食咗都唔係呢種味。所以每次都嗌春卷，但係又好貪心想食埋腩肉，兩條春卷又唔夠食。所以永遠都係嗌單拼春卷酸辣米線再加一份腩肉先夠。酸辣湯底冇得輸，佢嘅酸菜又係出邊複製唔到，今日嗌外賣，試吓將米線轉做米粉，估唔到都幾出色，反而覺得米線冇米粉咁好食㖭啊，下次又可以試吓轉河粉先。

作為一個芫茜控，知道有芫荽湯底嘅米線，當然第一時間衝去試吓啦🍜炸豬扒．芫茜丸．皮蛋芫茜蓉湯底米線 $53好茜丫！湯底用大量嘅芫荽熬製而成，淨係聞到已經覺得香😋再加上芫茜丸，真係好癲😂不過可能係湯底嘅味道太濃郁，芫荽丸相對之下，茜味較輕，不過佢嘅口感彈牙，好食！仲有炸到鬆脆嘅豬扒，啱曬鍾意食茜嘅人😋🥤芫荽可口可樂 (跟餐)少癲😂芫荽配熱食一啲都唔出奇，不過配可口可樂又真係第一次😂可口可樂本身都係重甜味，所以第一個感覺都係似可樂，after taste先有淡淡的芫荽味，但係食完之後要見客嘅話，可能就要諗一諗😂 嗝出黎個下都幾重味😂
