To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 點了一個主食及兩個小食和家人分享來食,一打開個招牌米線,見到清湯底偏米白色加有泡在面,平時一直食都係清底,今次令人失望,米線又有啲硬有啲軟,今次一般
冬菇有兩大粒,厚身,淋,生菜爽口
炸魚片頭加咗少少鹽或胡椒吊味,第一次食,幾好
我一向都吃習慣了它的清湯,這次嚐嚐它的酸辣小窩米線,點了雙拼,分別是春卷和魚片,其實魚蛋才是我的最愛,因非常彈牙,但可惜休魚期間,南記暫停供應魚蛋,唯有點魚片過過口癮
南記的酸辣小窩米線非常適合我這些吃不了辣但又想吃辣的人,因它的小辣是完全不辣,只有酸,附上一包辣醬任食客自由調較辣度。酸菜和芽菜非常多,配菜份量與米線份量也不相伯仲,整體份量很多,質素與裝修前沒差別
今次係第一次來西灣河店食我的最愛,店內氣氛感覺很不錯,由收銀員到取餐部姐姐以至清潔的員工同事都笑容滿面。 招牌春卷嘅爽朗同夠咬口嘅腩肉永遠冇令我失望。感覺個酸辣湯底同銅鑼灣店的有啲唔同,但味道仍然處於我愛的範圍,完全收貨。
鑑於疑似湯底味道不同,計劃盡快返回銅鑼灣店進行驗證。😉

今日本叫工人姐姐去幫手買外賣,但工人姐姐途中跌左張紙,諗住去到叫佢聽電話我叫啦,個好串嘅男人覆佢話唔得閑聽,仲叫個姐姐寫紙,如果佢識寫中文就唔洗叫你聽電話啦!亞先生!真係好勞氣!如果佢係香港人叫你聽就話啫,叫個工人姐姐寫紙?係咪寫左你識睇先?聽一聽咁少嘅忙都唔幫,呢啲咁嘅服裝態度真係好!幾好食都假啦!態度咁差!比呢啲人做衰哂!做飲食除左要野食好食,仲要有好態度,唔係要你做到狗咁,但最起碼嘅服裝態度係應該要有,你好聲好氣話唔好意思,我地唔聽得電話,我接受囉!唔係一句唔得閑呀!你寫紙啦!你講前都望下咩人叫你吖!
環境:呢度多數都係2人同4人位,想自己一個人靜靜地食野又唔想同人搭枱既,呢度都有一排對住舖面既單人位,坐位安排照顧周到啦。
服務:雖然係快餐店式自助取餐,但侍應呀姐好主動執枱收餐,係繁忙多人既lunch time絕對發揮到作用,同埋呢度既呀姐好有禮貌,次次黎到都小心前唔該後。
衛生:正如上面講左,侍應呀姐收餐抹枱快手快腳,另外餐具跟餐一齊上,有別傳統粉麵店放係枱面任攞,感覺衛生d。
味道:其實我每次黎都係點春卷魚蛋清湯米線。春卷係南記招牌,就算我平時少食煎炸熱氣野,但黎到每次都會點春卷,因為真係好好味好彈牙,魚蛋都係我另一至愛,好滑同好爽口,配清清地既米線同湯,清淡得黎好滿足。不過值得一提,呢間南記既清湯愈黎愈唔清,成碗都係油,有d嚇親!
抵食:新一年南記又加左價喇,兩餸麵加左1蚊,但今時今日27蚊食到兩餸麵,價錢上其實都算抵,最緊要仲要係好味丫嘛。
