To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 中午午市時份來到,都好full,等了一陣位,大約5分鐘的時間就可坐低了。
牛腩春卷酸辣米線——由交單到厨房起計,等上了10分鐘,比以往經驗都等得耐。湯底不錯,春卷有2條,味道也一如以往,不錯的。牛腩就唔得了,很靱味道一般,觀塘車仔麵檔牛腩反而更稔更入味。 這碗也算不過不失既,41元。
春卷腩汁撈麵——呢碗真係不得了的難食,麵的份量很多,相信有2個麵餅,但那份梘水味是有12份。。聞落已經刺鼻,食落口得攻鼻。。真受不了,不得不放棄。。
春卷4條,唯有食春卷飽。。
南記可以話係香港扎根多年 叫得香港仔南記 因為佢真係香港仔發蹟 😂 呢排佢都幾大肆擴張 樓下都有番間
好啦 今日下午搞完銀行野 就順道想食下南記既小鍋米線🤣
嗌左都等左一段時間先有得拎 但好野係值得等既😍
相信食得南記都知佢個春卷係生招牌 😃 食左第一啖 已經滿足到不得了😂😂😂 真係到依家都搵唔到另外一間可以媲美
此外 辣豬肉都係佢地招牌 辣同醬汁既咸融合爽左後 係變得更令你上引 唯一可惜係佢今次醬汁落咸左🤣

六點幾過到去灣仔, 唔係好夠時間食野, 又唔想比到貴一貴食20分鐘就要走,
又想清清地、 40蚊左右有交易, 所以米線、潮州粉麵成為我的首選。
諗起春園街有間南記, 二話不說就入左去解決我的晚餐。
入到去, 唔算好多人, 店舖細細, 人個人難免要搭檯, 而且入面仲有一排面壁位可揀tim~
因為唔想食gam 貴, 想清清地就算,
如是者我揀左右為(我認為)係全場最平的「招牌河粉」, 而我因為喜歡米線就轉了做米線。
我喜歡這米線的原因, 係因為28蚊已經包2條春卷2粒魚蛋同2粒牛丸,唔貴又多餸。
有魚肉餡的腐皮春卷, 香口得黎又唔會太過熱氣,
魚蛋都幾有誠意, 雖然唔算最上品, 但起碼D肉唔會太削, 而牛丸都彈牙爽口
加少少魚露同辣椒油一齊食就最過癮
呢一餐, 以灣仔區28蚊黎講, 性價比其實幾高, 好評!!
