To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我已在這間幫襯了差不多5年因為工作關係，一直看見食物質素和服務態度雖然唔係要求要什麼特別要出色，但個人認為起碼要有基本水準！而我已差不多一個月沒去，因為食物質素、環境和服務給我很不好感覺。行過見到請了一個新收銀員而且換了制服就入去睇吓真的估唔到南記現在培訓到甘好的收銀這位小姐笑容好講嘢很清晰我排在後面見到佢幫個老人家落單又問佢有冇長者咭？可以有生菜或者豆漿送，我食甘耐真係現在先知有因為未見過收銀會講，跟住又主動話幫個老人家送餐。個老人家想飲可樂佢主動又話幫佢走冰！到找錢時佢又放係老人家手到叫佢袋咗錢先慢慢嚟唔好心急。去到我的時候佢真的好細心教我點樣點合拼先最平又教我用支付寶10元優惠券真的未試過咁開心而且見到環境乾淨咗感覺很舒服食物質素亦好咗好像煥然一新的感覺！見到這收銀小姐手腳很快清完佢條人龍就見到佢立即出來送餐而且又幫手收拾枱面人哋食完的餐盤又很開心同其他客人說笑又教個女士用枱面掃碼下單不得不服佢能一直保持笑容和耐性佢係我去了咁多餐廳以來，真的是最值得一讚的一個，因為佢能細心聆聽到客人雖要。我寫了一大篇文章也是為了她有這麼好的服務因為其他餐廳真心很難見到有甘好。感謝你令我有這愉快晚餐的一個晚上我一定會經常再來😊

同朋友諗住食南記，但係又唔想喺同人迫，所以就叫咗外賣返屋企食，我哋用佢嘅外賣程式，成個落單嘅程序都非常方便，而且好清晰，叫完之後亦都好快就可以有，推介大家可以直接喺嗰度落單最鍾意食佢嘅春卷，所以就叫咗春卷米線，我哋就叫咗中辣啊，所以味道上都非常辣，不過佢再加埋腩肉嘅味道亦都非常夾，春卷不嬲都係呢一間餐廳嘅名菜，咬落去魚肉嘅香味非常香濃，都難怪長期春卷係佢嘅榜首，鍾意食春卷嘅朋友絕對唔可以錯過，整體外賣嘅質素都OK，唔會話落差太大，大家都可以叫下🤝

今朝早餐食咗南記呢一個招牌河粉早餐，原來早晨嘅時候朝早都好多人，我揀咗河粉，包兩粒魚蛋牛丸同埋兩條春卷，另外送多一杯豆漿。大概3分鐘就準備好成個套餐。🙈 速度上都幾快。先講吓啲河粉，可能係人手不足嘅問題，我覺得整得有啲太軟，非常影響成個食用嘅口感，不過呢個價錢嚟講都冇乜可以挑剔，春卷就不嬲都係非常出色，呢一個絕對係餐廳嘅名物，魚蛋亦都爽口彈牙做得非常好食🙈 整體三個餸牛丸都唔差，呢一個價錢非常經濟實惠！早餐價錢唔算太貴，豆漿就冇乜特別我覺得🙈🙈

今日做個廿四孝老婆，去左接老公收工，心血來潮想食米線，就行入左灣仔一間歷史悠久的米線店今日平日唔算好多人，可能因為天氣比較熱，所以少左人食，但店內冷氣夠涼，坐得都舒服😌😌我地叫左呢度的招牌，即係有辣豬肉，春卷，魚片同香菇的小窩米線。招牌就係招牌😋😋果然好吃！！！辣豬肉咸得黎夠冧，春卷夠入味，魚片好爽口彈牙，香菇好大舊好入味，加杯少甜少冰的凍檸茶正丫😍大家行經灣仔必吃之選！！！抵食之選！！！

南記粉麵係一間好受歡迎嘅米線店，今次試咗佢哋嘅招牌魚肉春卷同埋腩肉小鍋米線，真係好好味！魚肉春卷炸得香口，裡面嘅魚肉餡料好彈牙，味道豐富。腩肉就更加出色，滷水味濃郁而不鹹，不鞋口，米線煮得好滑嫩，配上啲野味濃郁酸辣嘅湯底，味道唔會太油膩。而且，啲腩肉煮得好腍身，唔會太肥膩。不過，腩肉小鍋米線嘅份量比較少，唔夠飽肚，而且價錢有啲貴。總括黎講，南記粉麵嘅招牌魚肉春卷同埋腩肉小鍋米線真係好好味，值得一試。如果鍾意嘅話，都可以試下佢哋嘅其他小食，絕對唔會失望！
