To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 呢間分店面積唔算大,我去到嘅時候都幾full,我要坐喺廁所出面嘅位置用餐,聞到有少少渠味,有啲影響用餐體驗 🤏🏻
招牌春卷+酸菜米線 ($54)
我每次食都會叫呢個招牌春捲,因為個春捲煙韌彈牙,有魚味,外皮有少少煎香左,令口感豐富左👍🏻 至於酸菜方面,佢呢隻酸係雪菜果種酸,同三哥嘅酸味好唔同。我自己就prefer食得酸d,所以中意三哥既酸菜多啲。我叫咗蕃茄湯底,加咗少少枱面上嘅辣椒油,加少少辣好味啲。
凍豆漿 ($14)
店員斟得好滿,拎埋位嘅時候爭啲倒瀉😅 味道唔算太甜,飲下飲下就好快飲晒。
我08:20入到去,店內已經座無虛席,而且大部分都係上班族,可能好多人都習慣返到公司附近先食早餐。我點左一份早餐A,有一碗蕃茄春卷米通、魚皮餃生菜同埋一杯熱飲,盛惠$32。味道方面,米通最令人驚喜,因為佢口感有啲似"狗仔粉+年糕",有狗仔粉嘅形狀,又有年糕嘅煙韌,好特別!至於我同樣重視嘅蕃茄湯底一樣味道唔錯,濃香色豐。
整體嚟講,呢一餐性價比嚟講真係無得輸!
見到餐牌有好多選擇,但係因為見到後邊好多人排隊,我就是是但但叫左一碗珍寶小窩米線,因為今日想食得清清地,所以我就選擇左清湯底。
原來小窩米線嘅配菜主要都係丸,丸,丸,同埋一條招牌春卷。

味道方便,普普通通啦,唔係話好大驚喜,最好食當然係佢條招牌春卷。
不過因為周圍都冇位,南記有個位可以坐下已經好滿足。於是我就簡簡單單,匆匆忙忙完成咗我今日嘅午餐。

見到門口poster推介春捲墨丸米線,試一試。
湯底唔夠酸唔夠辣,淡少少,都好,味食少啲味精🤔
米線唔錯,彈牙唔會淋pat pat;春捲,墨魚丸,都保持到水準。
配菜,有啲鹹酸菜,如果有d芽菜就仲好。
鋪頭都乾淨,餐具都乾淨衛生。👍
另外而家好識做生意,食一碗麵,有幾張 coupon, 再食早、午、晚餐都有優惠😂
2)店舖環境尚可,有卡位,疫情時期,四人卡位兩人搭枱對角坐,除口罩心安樂。下午茶時段,客人一波接一波,店員執碗抹枱,清潔態度可。
3)唯收銀員不公不正,竟然先為後到人士下單?既沒守規矩,又何必揚聲叫人排隊?
總結:香港唔係得一間南記,無規無矩無秩序,講一套做一套,唔想再受氣,春園街分店,真的不了!

遍佈港九既南記, 應該好多人都認識架喇, 招牌春卷應該都係眾人必食首選.
而我都一樣, 周不時都釣癮想食南記.
配搭都會有好多選擇, 淨係粉麵都有米線、米粉、河粉同麵揀. 不過近排好似唔見左牛筋哩個選項, 令到我D同事稍有卻步.
不過唔緊要, 春卷始終係深得民心既, 而酸辣湯亦都係常駐選擇既榜首, 雖然佢不定期會出新款, 試完都仲係會回歸春卷酸辣既懷抱.
辣度我一向都會叫中辣, 有時叫大辣好似又辣左D, 食唔倒個香味, 而有得揀的話, 我盡量都唔會選米線, 因為米線太過彈口喇, 當然好多人就係喜歡食佢既彈口感覺. 雖然南記既河粉唔似一般粉麵舖既幼滑, 但融入左酸辣湯, 口感即時變左另一個層次. 選單餸春卷的話, 佢會比4條你, 每一啖河粉, 都可以配搭春卷黎咬, 簡直係不得了. 仲有佢既配菜都不容忽視, 酸菜同芽菜都係好爽口好味, 酸菜唔會太酸, 不過塊腐皮我就唔太喜歡, 因為咬落口個質地有少少怪, 好似膠膠地咁, 不過留待最尾, 我都會食埋佢既, 但唔可以全塊食落口, 細細啖咬既話, 就唔會有個個奇怪感覺喇.
