To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 講返個洗新湯底,開頭食啲米粉嘅時候唔係好覺得好重胡椒味,但飲飲下個湯,就開始食得出一陣陣既胡椒味,唔會話太重味令喉嚨唔舒服。豬肚既份量都唔少,同埋最重要係無怪味,雞翼都唔會話煮到啲肉太淋爛曬咁👍🏻但係,反而覺得今次啲春卷都比較凍,好似放咗好耐咁。
另外,跟餐個野飲「香蘭葉桂圓茶」,第一啖已經覺得好香香蘭葉味,加埋桂圓成杯野飲好清新,又唔會太甜👍🏻

- 我點了春卷、貢丸、魚腐蕃茄湯米線,等候的時間俾一般清湯米線長些少。米線份量都很多,坦白說蕃茄湯底人工味較重,跟新鮮蕃茄不能完全融合,有點兒失望。三個配料之中我喜歡春卷,口感雖然不香脆,但是還爽口彈牙,推介。魚腐煮得發脹,口感不是太好,而且貢丸都是普普通通的質素。

雖然我明白廣告相片應該係會比較靚同埋多餸,但係都唔會離譜成咁,淨係睇幅相覺得佢好大碗,點知一個人都唔夠食,唔好講話男人,女人都唔夠食!
