To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前係廣告見到「南記粉麵」出左胡椒豬肚湯底,心入面已經bookmark左一定要食,今日天氣咁岩涼涼地,最岩就係食依碗「胡椒豬肚湯雞翼米線」暖一暖個胃。除左本身啲餸之外,當然要加錢加埋佢地既招牌春卷,麵底我都按照自己個人喜好,轉左做米粉,因為我覺得南記既米粉唔會話煮得太淋,夠硬身😚講返個洗新湯底,開頭食啲米粉嘅時候唔係好覺得好重胡椒味,但飲飲下個湯,就開始食得出一陣陣既胡椒味,唔會話太重味令喉嚨唔舒服。豬肚既份量都唔少,同埋最重要係無怪味,雞翼都唔會話煮到啲肉太淋爛曬咁👍🏻但係,反而覺得今次啲春卷都比較凍,好似放咗好耐咁。另外,跟餐個野飲「香蘭葉桂圓茶」,第一啖已經覺得好香香蘭葉味,加埋桂圓成杯野飲好清新,又唔會太甜👍🏻個人評分(滿分為5)味道:😉😉😉😉環境:😉😉😉員工友善度:😉😉😉😉CP值:😉😉😉😉

講返個洗新湯底,開頭食啲米粉嘅時候唔係好覺得好重胡椒味,但飲飲下個湯,就開始食得出一陣陣既胡椒味,唔會話太重味令喉嚨唔舒服。豬肚既份量都唔少,同埋最重要係無怪味,雞翼都唔會話煮到啲肉太淋爛曬咁👍🏻但係,反而覺得今次啲春卷都比較凍,好似放咗好耐咁。
