Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 一直好鍾意食點心放題,因為可以乜都試吓,又唔使話太多分量。終於試咗南海1號點心放題,揀依間係因為貪佢個景靚,樓底高,同埋平時單叫點心都唔平,咁好似食點心放題抵食啲😆同依個點心放題可以食埋小菜,比較特別。因為用餐當日係節日,所以一早已經預約滿晒。不過由於我早咗兩個幾星期訂位,餐廳都好貼心安排到個靚景嘅位俾我地。點心質素正常,餐具都好靚。預約需要先支付$500留位費,而且收款嘅銀行不common,這點是扣分的地方,因為實在比較不方便。

終於試咗南海1號點心放題,揀依間係因為貪佢個景靚,樓底高,同埋平時單叫點心都唔平,咁好似食點心放題抵食啲😆同依個點心放題可以食埋小菜,比較特別。

因為用餐當日係節日,所以一早已經預約滿晒。不過由於我早咗兩個幾星期訂位,餐廳都好貼心安排到個靚景嘅位俾我地。

點心質素正常,餐具都好靚。

預約需要先支付$500留位費,而且收款嘅銀行不common,這點是扣分的地方,因為實在比較不方便。

環境開揚,望著港島靚景食飯食物大致上都算高質,尤其是主食。煎飯幾特別,加上cheese,感覺中西合一,好食😋唯一嘅缺點,同佢哋集團旗下的餐廳嘅問題一樣,就係急速收碟。一夾起最後一塊,就收走,醬汁都未來得及點.. 呢個價位嘅餐廳唔應該係咁。Hopefully their management will see this comment and make their improvement accordingly. Same problem in Ye Shanghai K11.

環境開揚,望著港島靚景食飯

晚飯後,一早已經打算食完飯再去飲嘢嘅,不過又冇乜idea喎。由於食完飯都已經有啲夜,咁啱見到同場隔離原來個bar叫eyebar,仲有個balcony添,好正!唔使諗,就決定過隔離繼續飲🥂

最後埋單4千蚊左右,平均每人$1400啦!唔飲酒會平啲🤭

重頭戲來了🙂埋單嗰陣,有個後生仔「經理?」攞張單埋黎,咁你乜都唔講叫我簽,我梗係睇張單個銀碼,好正常以為係簽嗰個銀碼。
先先對單果陣,我就發現佢生日嗰個四送一,係冇扣到一位價錢,咁佢就拎去搞張單啦
更正翻第二次返嚟將單基本上係岩,咁我就問佢,我先前預繳咗個1000 deposit,係扣左未?我而家係咪要簽呢個銀碼?(我指一指張單個總額)
佢用一個好L串嘅語氣同我講:張單係俾你對個項目嘅啫,OK你就簽後面啦

我係未比張卡佢碌,我心諗簽乜L野後面?😓
然後佢好唔耐煩,咁揭開後面,原來有張寫住我交咗1000 deposit 既收據,佢叫我喺上面簽名確認
我簽完佢就拎支筆,用手劃左個總銀碼減翻1000。

哦。。。吾該哂🙂我有少少以為自己去咗大耳窿公司問佢借錢。礙於兩老喜慶日子,我都唔想勞氣
但係我阿媽見到甘,生日流流都要佢忍唔住開聲
問佢咁嘅態度係咪覺得冇問題?

環境境觀十分高分 菜式選擇口味偏重口味🌶️
在於高級食肆 上菜擺盤就有點簡單馬虎
真心而言 呢個價位可以有更好選擇😅

點心好吃,職員態度親切,服務良好,環境幽美,是難得感覺滿足的一餐!美中不足就是用餐時段太短,坐一小時就last order,有點覺得太趕了😂想坐窗邊就必須要夠最低消費。

點了幾個菜:醬大蝦,脆皮肉,煎蠔仔,楊枝甘露。最離譜是脆皮肉端上來量少得可憐,而且竟然是溫溫的!煎蠔仔油膩得難以下口,裡面放太多麵粉。哦還有個腐皮煮番茄,明明點的是豆腐野菜,因為帶朋友吃,吃之前還強調是很好的粵菜,到買單時才發現不是一個東西,腐皮煮番茄還口感過甜,裡面放了一些菇。大蝦和楊枝甘露平平,沒什麼特別的地方。菜的質素很失望。吃了回家後吐了,不知道是不是脆皮燒肉不新鮮還是什麼原因。服務倒是不錯,不停有人及時收盤子。

環境一流,絕對可以請客食飯唔失禮,但係單點的話,啲嘢真係超級貴,最好食係碟叉燒2百幾蚊,雖然係貴,但係真係我食過最好食嘅叉燒,最難食係碟椰菜花,硬骨骨,又冇厘味道,我屋企個姐姐炒得好食過佢,居然都要百幾蚊,擺盤又唔係靚,除咗係比多啲錢買個靚景之外,真係唔知佢貴喺邊?可惜我哋坐近門口,距離窗口舞雷公咁遠,乜景都睇唔到,下次如果訂位,記得要同佢講明要坐近窗邊,如果唔係真係嘥咗,唔使嚟呢度食,平均$800位,其實好多選擇。

昨天屋企長輩生日訂左4 大1 小共5 位,訂枱時訂購左3 個$799 +10% 既餐,另外到步時再叫多個片皮鴨和炒鴨絲,食物質素和味道的確有別一般菜館,雖然OpenRice 寫該餐廳係少鹽少油,但係每道餸都絕對係用偏油同惹味黎形容,但係食落唔似有味精。環境以高樓底酒吧一齊放係同一樓層,環境少少嘈,但係可以睇到outdoor 成個維港景色,目測9 成係游客同埋見到小紅書推薦,相信都係咁旺場既原因。員工人數唔少但係感覺好混亂,有野做就即刻做但係唔會思考地做,每次送菜上台都唔會比番碗碟比我地,我地既片皮鴨上左菜想即刻叫佢收番上一道3 隻龍蝦殼連碟都要等到另一職員協助,點知職員幫我地清曬d 食完既碟,又走左去,要提第三個職員比碟,浪費左好多時間。每人頭$32 一個人頭費,放低生日蛋糕又走左去無比碟同叉,由7 點食到10:30 都有最少1小時係用黎搵侍應幫忙,最後成餐食咗$4500 。
