To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 米之蓮一星餐廳,非常失望,相信已非擁有此榮譽。 除了合桃包比較好吃,其他點心不是比較咸,就是偏淡,炸雲吞的皮,非常硬 ; 雲耳小點不酸乜不甜,好像衹用水燙熟,沒有加調味。 各項點心終是不合味道的, 點心選擇又少。此外,點心自助午餐收費不包茶錢,另收$28+10%一位茶錢。 食物質數如此,若不改良,不值再光顧! 這個價格,可有很多其他選擇。非常、非常失望的一間餐廳!

訂了 11:30-13:00 第一輪任點任食,11:50 入座時趁未有太多人打了卡,裝修、環境、採光一流。餐廳告知窗邊海景位需有 $300/pp 最低消費,所以坐了入面卡位。如坐入面卡位不太能看到海景,不過仍很開陽基於價錢只需 (209 + 茶芥 + 10%),本身都預計吃環境居多,但食物很有驚喜。不能盡錄,個人覺得必吃的有:黑松露素粉果、蝦仁炒蛋、核桃包、春卷、炸雲吞茶亦有花心思,好像是添加了人參果。12:50 last order,最後13:00待應主動過來結帳,卻沒有趕客,吃到 13:15 才走 👍

公司老外上司們從外國來港, 做TEAM BUILDING! 老外一般都愛中餐(西餐在外國日日食), 有人提議去六公館, 但公司既BUDGET係100USD per each. 最後揀了南海一號, 餐廳安排了上層, 仲要後面無人, 夠晒靜, 俾空間我們一齊合照及敬酒等, 仲要最後因公司政策, 麻煩待應去分單, 分成三張, 待應也很配合幫忙, 真係掂! 尤一係有一個餸, 沒有分開兩個碟(我們有15人, 要分成兩張枱), 不過只是小失誤, 其它野好優秀! 最後落下層既無散維港景真係無得輸(不過那晚好大風好凍!)
