To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一直好鍾意食點心放題，因為可以乜都試吓，又唔使話太多分量。終於試咗南海1號點心放題，揀依間係因為貪佢個景靚，樓底高，同埋平時單叫點心都唔平，咁好似食點心放題抵食啲😆同依個點心放題可以食埋小菜，比較特別。因為用餐當日係節日，所以一早已經預約滿晒。不過由於我早咗兩個幾星期訂位，餐廳都好貼心安排到個靚景嘅位俾我地。點心質素正常，餐具都好靚。預約需要先支付$500留位費，而且收款嘅銀行不common,這點是扣分的地方，因為實在比較不方便。
