To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 帶小朋友過來呢邊 見呢間野都幾多人 於是入來試試 個麻辣酸菜魚米線 麻辣都唔多夠 啲魚都過得去既 個咖哩雞扒飯 啲咖哩都唔錯 雞扒普通 最出色應該係個海鮮炒烏冬 抄得夠干身 啲烏冬食落口感有咬勁👍👍

放假12點幾先起身，hea 下 hea下甘又到lunch time。 諗住落街是但食個飯。天有不測風雲，又落雨，就懶得行甘遠去食，就近近地落左商場，係商場到解決lunch。叫左個鳳爪排骨飯，有餐湯，有熱飲，凍飲加$3。個餐湯一睇就知伏啦，去親茶記都吾會飲佢啲味精湯，又咸又多油。啲排骨都算多，但個肉質真係好差。我懷疑佢蒸得太耐，見到啲倒汗水多到，成碟都係，搞到啲肉又淋又無味。一個餐加埋凍飲都要成40幾蚊，屋村茶記真係吾值。

今日lunch落左茶記食，食左好邪惡的茶餐。😵😵時菜椒鹽肉排飯，凍飲加$3，熱飲免費。小編叫左凍飲。🥤肉排既份量好多，真係食到啖啖肉。肉下面有兩三條菜，如果佢啲菜多啲就好喇。☺️肉炸得有啲耐，睇到佢啲色水都比較深，就知道炸耐左啲。😅😅不過肉是香口的，食落好脆，肉都吾韌，嫩口。🤩🤩肉排上面啲辣椒葱花用黎送飯食真係一流，辣辣地，認真開胃！😜最後埋單$46，lunch黎講，吾算平都吾算貴。

中午食飯時候，唔使等位，環境舒適光猛，而侍應招呼速度快有禮貌，有一段時間冇幫襯，再黎試試先叫左個特餐番茄雜菌烏東，湯味只有番茄膏煮嘅湯，冇鮮味，而雜菌就係眼見到嘅金菇同幾條bb菇仔，烏東食左幾啖就食完，連凍飲$40，唔覺有飽嘅感覺，我係普通100磅左右唔大食都覺得唔飽，以前經常幫襯因為永遠唔多人食啱我唔鐘意等位嘅性格，但以前食完係會飽，同冇乜特別要求食物嘅就不過不失啦，以茶記$40-50左右可以接受嘅……但如果厨師再俾多小小心機嘅話就好喇

呢間茶餐廳今次我同朋友去食tea，我地叫左個 XO醬豬頸肉炒公仔麵 同 潮式四寶河首先，那炒公仔麵，麵質適中，平平淡淡，味道還可接受，XO醬炒得均勻。但豬頸肉，肉質稍靱且不夠新鮮嫩滑，數量較少，配上杯熱檸茶，簡簡單單的下午茶算係咁其後，那四寶河，那四寶包括 魚皮餃，豬肉丸，墨魚丸，魚蛋各式只得一粒，分量適中，河粉質感較為普通，配上簡單湯底，清清淡淡，適合喜歡平淡的人士。至於環境，餐飲環境光線充足使人精神且環保寬敞通道闊落，服務送餐速度快速。
