大家可否知道茶與人類有莫大的關聯和高深的學問。原來紅茶包也是綠茶發酵而成的。綠茶對人體有益且能禦防基因改變達到防禦癌腫,又能在人體可作排毒利尿功用。綠茶含茶多酚與抗氧化物質。一直以來很多科學研究者指茶葉中的茶多酚是有益的物質可改善血液流動,有助預防冠心病,心絞痛,是最佳防禦心臟病的飲料。

而柚子蜜呢,加有一片檸檬,飲落,落得太多,好甜好濃,我加o左佢o地畀o既o個杯水去飲,都仍然好燶.

住葵芳這麽多年,有品質的茶餐廳一直很決乏,今天經過舊邨一座(警署對面)的領會商場,發現了銀龍又開了,哈!試試吧!!銀龍的奶茶很正,紅茶回甘味重,香濃色佳,用的是斯里蘭高山茶加捷榮粗幼茶配合,冲出層次極好的茶!!在葵芳可說是最好的!!新的推介是紫菜五寶28蚊,加麵多5蚊,有墨魚丸,魚皮餃,炸魚角,炸魚皮,紫菜,在屋邨收旺角價值,比較貴,但有品質,爽滑彈牙,魚味濃郁,新鮮,皮脆集結在一個腕內!!不得不提這裏的辣油,很香又夠辣,一定要試!

經過領匯管理後,很多屋邨商場逐一翻新,連茶餐廳也好像升格了,裝修煥然一新。雖然裝潢是新,但價錢仍然依舊。因為早一日狂食幾餐,是日是休息日,連腸胃也要休息。所以不敢叫飯餐,只是叫普通茶餐算了。叉燒湯意、煎腸仔蛋,加$1有牛油麵包,再加多$1可烘底。真是後悔要多士,只有一面是烘過的,可恨的是不脆,包底還是白雪雪,沒有烘過外,又俾蛋白及油浸到又腍又濕。叉燒湯意算唔錯,不是頭頭尾尾的叉燒;意粉又夠爽;湯底有雞湯味(雖然是味精),起碼不會淡淡的。奶茶的顏色雖深,也夠順滑,但茶味仍不夠甘濃。雖然這間真是好一般,但我會繼續會來,因為葵芳沒有一間好茶記。
