To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 製作食物弄錯了，經理不知所謂，既不更正，又不道歉，現在的員工比較懶散，急不及以前那一批員工，對於一些舊客，例如美孚的老街坊，會殷勤招待，對於一些新客，態度認真一般。

忽發奇想，想寫一下關於你奶茶嘅系列相信之前應該可能有相關嘅嘢雖然唔係有一條豬橫「脷」，但都想用用家嘅角度同感覺去寫一下每一杯奶茶嘅感覺首先，同仔放游水堂食飯，已經係晚餐時段，餐飲叫咗熱奶茶（中完舞廢未咳完所以叫熱）奶茶上枱，正常色水，未攪之前一啖，水溫熱咗少少，奶味偏重，攪勻再試，茶味唔係好出有少少𠲵⋯⋯唔知點解，加咗糖都無乜甜味⋯呢杯茶一般，茶味唔出，奶味偏重

服務態度差，出菜極慢。中午幫襯，人多正常，只點雲吞麵，竟然半小時也出不到餐，服務員還說人多係咁耐， 實在等不了，去結帳走人，才端出來，還說不要早出聲。 態度極差，真令人氣憤。

叫外卖，接电话阿叔态度唔好，好似吹住你落单咁，但最后都要落错单！攞番屋企至发现少咗杯奶茶，又要走多转！咖喱朱扒火腿饭同焗肠片肉酱饭两个饭啲酱係酸酸酸酸味！之前其实已经失望多次，星洲炒米完全无味，粟米肉粒饭还是京都肉排饭还是椒盐肉排饭啲肉都非常之肥，只净番帮衬最简单嘅下午茶餐，为嘅只係杯奶茶。但经过今日之后应该要有一大段时间唔帮衬佢！而且嬲得滞一定要上嚟写返个食评，希望佢地既管理层会见到，加以改善！张单白纸黑字，check下张单係边位师傅做！
