To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 咖喱朱扒火腿饭同焗肠片肉酱饭两个饭啲酱係酸酸酸酸味!之前其实已经失望多次,星洲炒米完全无味,粟米肉粒饭还是京都肉排饭还是椒盐肉排饭啲肉都非常之肥,只净番帮衬最简单嘅下午茶餐,为嘅只係杯奶茶。但经过今日之后应该要有一大段时间唔帮衬佢!而且嬲得滞一定要上嚟写返个食评,希望佢地既管理层会见到,加以改善!张单白纸黑字,check下张单係边位师傅做!

啲雞又老又鞋又冇味又多骨。。。
極之差 未試過咁差的海南雞飯。。。
唔建議去食飯叫海南雞飯。。。
真心呢間野係我食過最垃圾嘅一間餐廳,價錢貴,食物質素差,環境污糟,職員態度差,完全冇樣野好。
不改進 客戶只有越來越少 靠生客 沒有回頭客
生炒牛肉飯份量不用説確實慷慨,因白色等邊三角形的碟子中間是凹下去的,盛食物要有一定份量才能令食物凸起,所以見這碟飯是凸得高高的。牛肉不嫩不滑炒過火了,相當韌,有好幾塊是嚼不動的,飯粒炒得算幹身,粒粒分明,但整碟飯越吃越幹,口腔所分泌的水份也難以將咀嚼的飯而咽下。尚好已多點一碟【油菜】$18,油菜也算嫩,新鮮爽甜,菜汁可伴隨過幹的飯徐徐咽下。
總的來説,服務週到,服務員挺善解人意。但這碟生炒牛肉飯相當遜色,缺少重點配料生菜絲。
黃金魚角河加紫菜$48
最欣賞呢度既河粉係幼身滑嘟嘟,因為有啲餐廳會用比較粗同厚既河粉,食落質地無甘好食。魚角彈牙,加埋紫菜就perfect。
湯底我要加腩汁同走青,店員都無嫌我麻煩呢。
五件炸魚角,脹卜卜,河粉質地好滑,唔係又厚又鞋果種,識食一定要加紫菜,雖然份量唔多,但能將成碗粉好味度加十分,碗上仲有一件炸魚皮點綴下,食得辣既記得要配埋辣椒油,甘就滿分了。 紅豆冰 +$3
紅豆冰比較遜色,花奶不夠濃,紅豆不夠飽滿,整體味道較淡。
