而家物價真係高,看看這個下午茶,雖然名寫得好好聽,叫做雞翼腸仔蔥油撈公仔麵。豈料端來之後,才發現中了大伏,雖然腸仔兩條,味道確是不錯的,雞翼都的確有兩大隻即炸雞翼,外皮都香脆,不過所謂的蔥油撈。其實只是就咁切開的蔥加少許油,與蔥油豬扒飯那種香味大相逕庭,失禮死人,另外,咁樣亦都極少,可能就只剛剛有一個公仔麵,份量相當少,感覺相當尷尬。以下午茶時段2:30開始都有,剛好抱着小孩睡着了,因此進來吃東西順便可以休息一下。否則,如果他沒睡的話,帶小孩可能去薩利亞或是意樂會比較好呢。

可能就只剛剛有一個公仔麵,份量相當少,感覺相當尷尬。

通常在正餐時段,都很少會去銀龍茶餐廳,因為它的午餐不太划算,之前都是在美孚食個早餐,所以就在青衣長發等我試一試它的下午茶。看見餐牌上邊,寫上炸雞脾是經典,而豬排就是招牌菜式,於是叫了個豬扒。阿姐端來的時候,發現份量都不少,最少沙律夠多,大大件,上邊的吉列豬扒,反而顯得不算又厚又大。吉列豬扒炸粉不算太厚,而且炸得剛剛好,不會太乾,中間的豬扒肉,紋理可以見到不太老不太乾。豬扒亦是有骨,但有未至於多骨,通常黏骨的地方,肉質就會比較好。但是最失望的,就當然是它的奶茶,因為通常,銀龍都標榜奶茶香濃好喝,但這次再去,發現奶茶,好像變了坊間一些只有色水,而火喉不夠濃郁的那些奶茶。淡奶的味道比較濃,都不是真的具有火喉的奶茶。它一味就是夠大間,卡位都有10多20張,因此不論你四個人來,兩個人來,甚或至單人匹馬前來,也可以給你一整張卡位。否則,就味道而言,和以前的金龍泉茶餐廳,其實分別不大的。

阿姐端來的時候,發現份量都不少,最少
沙律夠多,大大件,上邊的
吉列豬扒,反而顯得不算又厚又大。
吉列豬扒炸粉不算太厚,而且炸得剛剛好
,不會太乾,中間的豬扒肉,紋理可以見到不太老不太乾。豬扒亦是有骨,但有未至於多骨,通常黏骨的地方,肉質就會比較好

周末無街出,又心思思想食西多士😂即刻去附近搵間茶餐廳食!見開左銀龍甘耐都未食過佢既茶餐,就一於試下啦襯今次!3點幾去到都唔算太多人,坐低即叫左西多士同炸雞脾~等左一陣野食好快就送上枱了👍🏻西多士已經一早切開左幾舊,成塊牛油係面頭好邪惡🤤西多士認真唔錯!不過$38好似貴左小小(?)之後就炸雞脾了,我覺得麻麻地,炸風唔夠香脆,肉又唔算多,薯條又勁硬~性價比唔掂!不過最唔掂既唔係野食,我問侍應拎刀,佢竟然刀鋒向住我叫我拎😅最後我叫佢放係張枱,等我自己拎。。。其他侍應都無乜禮貌。。

星期一因爲要陪大女去小一體驗日,一早送完個女返學之後就冇野好做,三個鐘時間話長唔長話短唔短,所以決定去附近長發商場去食個早餐先。去到坐低見到個餐牌有牛角包咁得意,真係完全冇諗到依家嘅茶記會有牛角包咁得意,所以就想叫個有牛角包嘅餐黎試下。沙嗲牛肉米粉,炒蛋加牛角包。沙嗲牛又幾多牛肉,沙嗲味都不錯,但米粉就已經淋哂,炒蛋好多油,多油到好似係d蛋訓係堆油上面咁,就係因為咁多油所以隔離黎嘅牛角包吸哂d油.....牛角包冇咩牛油味,唔鬆化,咁我地明白呢d只係茶記搞嘅噱頭,不能期望過高。咖啡就不太濃味,一如平時嘅茶記會有少少酸味。成個餐35蚊,茶記價錢唔會話太貴,但如果少d油就好了...

有着多塊薯仔和排骨
當然前者的數量比後者多
薯仔和飯軟硬適中
與汁一起撈飯也是十分易入口

可惜汁不多
不能撈所有飯

薯仔普遍比較大件
甚至比部份排骨大
排骨味道不差
也很易咬
只是有一件排骨比較多筋也不能吃
與骨頭相連的部份亦不多
蔥的調味作用很弱

整體而言
這碟飯不太濃味和較少油
比不少茶餐廳健康

吃完8成飽

不算抵食

下次可以試銀龍十大招牌菜

心血來潮想飲杯凍奶茶,所以走去揾間茶餐廳食個下午茶,之前呢度重新開張嘅時候食過乾炒牛河,好夠鑊氣,好好食,但係今次經歷真係切底失望。叫咗個下午茶餐(雪山西多士+凍奶茶)$35,凍飲加$3,承惠$38,心入面其實覺得好貴,西多士都要$35,不過坐低咗又想食都無計啦!賣相其實係ok嘅,望落都幾吸引,不過蛋漿味好濃,面包索咗好多油,好努力食咗兩舊就放棄咗!另外杯奶茶仲衰,同飲糖水無分別,好甜,甜到完全入唔到口!或者茶餐廳都只可以食炒粉面飯,但係我估唔到奶茶都會係咁嘅質素,失望!

另外杯奶茶仲衰,同飲糖水無分別,好甜,甜到完全入唔到口!
