To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友兩個人入去叫咗 兩個餐....叫咗一個菠蘿油餐 ： 一杯奶茶紅豆冰( 小冰 小甜) 加埋 菠蘿油， 正正常常咁啦 ，唔使30 蚊算係咁。 紅豆都 唔算硬 ，奶茶味適中，都唔算甜所以可以接受。跟住見到有牛雜麵好開心叫咗， 點知唔夠五分鐘 師兄姐姐返嚟話畀我聽冇 牛雜， 再改牛腩啦原來都係冇， 最後只有 compromise 要咗炸醬麵，再加奶茶多奶。奶茶用黑白奶所以我好滿意，不過可惜 叫咗加多 D 奶都係爭少少 ， 冇叫佢再加因為奶茶沖咗再事後加，啲奶同茶就唔會咁均勻冇咁好飲。 炸醬麵 你唔可以同一般粥粉麵專門店比較，茶餐廳四十幾蚊有埋奶茶飲 我都冇乜嘢 complain可以話悶悶地兩個人 入茶餐廳一般 standard 啦。

而家物價真係高，看看這個下午茶，雖然名寫得好好聽，叫做雞翼腸仔蔥油撈公仔麵。豈料端來之後，才發現中了大伏，雖然腸仔兩條，味道確是不錯的，雞翼都的確有兩大隻即炸雞翼，外皮都香脆，不過所謂的蔥油撈。其實只是就咁切開的蔥加少許油，與蔥油豬扒飯那種香味大相逕庭，失禮死人，另外，咁樣亦都極少，可能就只剛剛有一個公仔麵，份量相當少，感覺相當尷尬。以下午茶時段2:30開始都有，剛好抱着小孩睡着了，因此進來吃東西順便可以休息一下。否則，如果他沒睡的話，帶小孩可能去薩利亞或是意樂會比較好呢。

早幾天在青衣食午飯🎊在長發商場找了一間茶餐廳🎈餐牌的選擇也很多個人比較鍾意食常餐🥰最後也是選了沙嗲牛肉公仔麵公仔麵也煮得剛剛好沒有太冧餐廳內卡位有很多♥️坐得又舒服💕凍奶茶也冲得很好味

由於湊住2個怪獸，屋企人都怕左佢哋，所以叫Food panda外賣。食物焗豬扒飯估唔到呢個最好食🤣2個小朋友幾乎食晒，搞到舅父得幾啖食，好甜嘅茄醬！好多芝士！塊豬扒都好冧，係得呢個外賣最夠熱椒鹽豬扒飯啲豬扒就比較硬啲，不過夠咸味，好唔好食🤔？不過不失啦。可能因為係外賣，得4舊豬扒，如果堂食會多啲。揚州炒飯，比較淡，要加少少鹽同埋因為外賣關係，倒汗水都滴到啲飯濕晒…干炒海鮮烏冬，呢個又係冇味，仲有烏冬本身個酸味…食炒野下次都係堂食好。外賣黎到都凍晒。奶醬多，好鐘意佢個粗粒花生醬！有烘底，可惜外賣問題，硬左，不過都咬到有啲外脆內軟嘅感覺
