To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 而家物價真係高，看看這個下午茶，雖然名寫得好好聽，叫做雞翼腸仔蔥油撈公仔麵。豈料端來之後，才發現中了大伏，雖然腸仔兩條，味道確是不錯的，雞翼都的確有兩大隻即炸雞翼，外皮都香脆，不過所謂的蔥油撈。其實只是就咁切開的蔥加少許油，與蔥油豬扒飯那種香味大相逕庭，失禮死人，另外，咁樣亦都極少，可能就只剛剛有一個公仔麵，份量相當少，感覺相當尷尬。以下午茶時段2:30開始都有，剛好抱着小孩睡着了，因此進來吃東西順便可以休息一下。否則，如果他沒睡的話，帶小孩可能去薩利亞或是意樂會比較好呢。

由於湊住2個怪獸，屋企人都怕左佢哋，所以叫Food panda外賣。食物焗豬扒飯估唔到呢個最好食🤣2個小朋友幾乎食晒，搞到舅父得幾啖食，好甜嘅茄醬！好多芝士！塊豬扒都好冧，係得呢個外賣最夠熱椒鹽豬扒飯啲豬扒就比較硬啲，不過夠咸味，好唔好食🤔？不過不失啦。可能因為係外賣，得4舊豬扒，如果堂食會多啲。揚州炒飯，比較淡，要加少少鹽同埋因為外賣關係，倒汗水都滴到啲飯濕晒…干炒海鮮烏冬，呢個又係冇味，仲有烏冬本身個酸味…食炒野下次都係堂食好。外賣黎到都凍晒。奶醬多，好鐘意佢個粗粒花生醬！有烘底，可惜外賣問題，硬左，不過都咬到有啲外脆內軟嘅感覺

銀龍茶餐廳青衣担杆山路6號長發廣場4樓402-403號舖今日星期六起身都中午啦，hea多陣都已經成2點鐘，所以就決定唔食lunch, 直接去食下午茶啦揀左屋企樓下長發商場既銀龍茶餐廳，記憶上好似無試過下午茶時段黎幫襯過，估唔到選擇都好多有成幾拾款最後我揀左乾炒牛河，炒得都幾夠獲氣，而且牛肉都幾多，值得推介價錢都算合理$45蚊，凍飲加3蚊
