豐富的下午茶有ABC的組合,份量很足夠,味道和用料不錯。A項點了燒牛肉沙律,有驚喜,牛肉很多、有肉汁,舖上炸得香脆的芋絲,配車厘茄、青瓜、青菜和花生碎,很惹味。B項點了豬扒撈檬,豬肉厚但不硬,雖然不太稔,但炸得很香。最正檬粉裡夾有一點薄荷葉片,吃起來很清新。C項點了甜薯蛋糕,這個可以不用點,太硬,不難吃,也不吸引。總結,98元另有加一就享用齊ABC三款,不算便宜的下午茶,但是食物質素和份量足,值得這個價錢。

有ABC的組合,份量很足夠,味道和用料不錯。

This restaurant is famous for Vietnam food. We order 3 types of pho. Two pho were beef and one is tomato and seafood. The beef was too tough. It was not soft at all. The Tomato and seafood is not bad but not good as usual. I have tried same food at the other Nha Trang. Tung Chung shop  has same menu but the quality is slightly worse.

在這區附近工作了那麼久,從來沒有想過要到芽莊吃東西,之前所見到的芽莊,好像只在新城市廣場見過。其實,看一看餐牌,芽莊的午餐,相比起元氣壽司,都不算是非常貴。亦都看到餐牌上邊有很多似乎是越南的地區或是省份,例如會安或是金甌。🤔我在餐牌上邊,選擇了一個越南牛肉湯粉,先來了的就是那些香葉、辣椒、青檸。牛肉粉內裏亦都有很多配菜,除了四至六片生牛肉之外,還有一些菜葉、長蔥、以及青蔥,因此吃上來,青蔥的味道紛陳,牛肉切得薄薄的,即使放久了也不會顯得太韌,味道相當不錯。湯底就顯得比較普通,少許酸、有點兒牛肉湯的味道,亦都不算太過熱湯燙。而其他小食,就有串燒豬頸肉兩串以及香茅雞翼;香茅雞翼,夠熱,外皮燒到香脆,香茅味道不算太濃,但是雞翼內裏都有輕微肉汁,都熱湯已經加很多分;豬頸肉全消,兩串串燒豬頸肉切到細細粒,好像比較小型的麻雀那般的大小,但是夠厚身,因此吃起上來口感甚佳,而且豬頸肉內裏肉汁也多,半肥瘦的狀態,味道極好。另外還叫了一個小食墨魚餅,五六粒仔的墨魚餅,想不到,越南式的墨魚餅,內裏的墨魚粒粒非常之多,密佈於墨魚餅內裏,另外,墨魚餅裏竟然還有一些紅椒作為點綴,未到就更加昇華。另外餐飲就有幾款:

另外餐飲就有幾款:青檸梳打、越南食凍咖啡、柑橘、以及另一種。這兒的
越南式凍咖啡,並不像深水埗那一間滴漏咖啡那般,但是味道亦都夠香夠濃,即使杯子內的確有大半杯冰,但味道亦都沒有沖淡,濃味而提神,味道相當不錯。





芽莊這兒,包括了特式飲料,也是$100左右,似乎芽莊划算得多。

軟殼蟹卷還算比較特別,可能因為比較罕見,米紙卷的質地偏向鞋身,內裏的軟殼蟹亦都偏向皮厚,味道其實普通
炒椰菜苗反而味道比較好,偏向厚身的菜葉,起上來比較會有蔬菜的味道。

芽莊炸豆腐撈檬因為要素食一日東薈城搵到芽莊咁岩menu上有呢個檬驚喜 ❤️ 炸豆腐好香脆 好大件你睇到個量都好足夠好大碗下個賣相都好好睇呀豆腐出色個粉就冇套大特別相反個撈檬汁唔係套夠味落多多都好似唔夠味服務當然很好待應反應好快5 分鐘左右就上到菜仲熱架豆腐可能豆品都飽肚食完飽左一日 哈不過人流比較多特別係weekend 大家可能都要等一等位上菜時間會因為咁而有長短但係食完又可以買過位置上呢間餐廳係極好架大家黎開呢頭都可以食

個粉就冇套大特別
相反個撈檬汁唔係套夠味
落多多都好似唔夠味

服務當然很好

仲熱架豆腐
可能豆品都飽肚
食完飽左一日 哈

不過人流比較多
特別係weekend
大家可能都要等一等位
上菜時間會因為咁而有長短
但係食完又可以買過
位置上呢間餐廳係極好架
大家黎開呢頭都可以食

東涌某兩間泰國餐廳都冇做串燒,剛巧芽莊的牛肉串燒味道不錯,唔會乾掙掙,有肉汁味又軟熟😋仲有碗手打牛丸湯河粉,湯底清香,配菜惹味,若非剛吃過早餐,個胃消化唔切,真係連湯都飲埋佢。

公眾假期晚飯時間要在東涌搵食唔容易,周圍都係人,好在我地多人去食,大枱唔洗等好耐就有位!用餐時間75分鐘係趕左d, 不過咁多人等位黎講都無辦法,否則會變食宵夜!我地每人叫左一個粉,再加兩個小食/菜。我點了雞肉撈檬。味道好好味呀!個雞整得好香,撈檬酸酸咁,好鬼開胃!十分鐘就食完一碗了。小食叫左蓮藕魚餅,兩塊蓮藕夾住薄薄的魚餅,不過不失啦,係魚餅薄左少少,變左味道唔突出。炒芥蘭苗好味道,菜好嫩好新鮮,正!
