Birthday can’t be completed without a cake! First a mini earl grey tart, then a wholesome sweet purple potato cake. Both tasted good! I like the latter one a lot because there is chewy mochi inside and it’s topped with purple potato cream and crispy rings of chocolate. Pretty fancy. The earl grey tart has a pudding decorated with hazelnuts, glitters and gold foils. Delicate presentation with legit tea flavours as well.

朋友生日想揾個靚靚蛋糕，然後係ig見到有人介紹呢個如心酒店既季節限定《北海道雷電蜜瓜忌廉蛋糕》，外型好可愛又好食，絕對係近期食過最有驚喜既cake🤤🤤🤤佢用咗原個北海道蜜瓜，切走中間果核嘅部份，放滿多層海綿蛋糕，以綿滑忌廉相間，每層加上唔同嘅水果，打卡度滿分之餘，食落好refreshing～平時食完飯再食蛋糕一定飽飽滯滯，呢個就絕對唔會🤭🤭🤭雷電赤肉蜜瓜係北海道最優質三大蜜瓜之一，果肉甜度高就唔洗多講，佢嘅熟度仲要剛剛好，唔太爽又唔會熟到腍，而且超juicy！我哋8個人分，個個都話唔夠喉，我自己都可以食半個🍈🍈🍈💰: $738 (4lbs)
