Other Info. : 餐廳點餐小tips:再下午茶或晚餐時間,你會見到粉麵可以選$15或$45價錢,$15份量是比較小的,大約是$45正常份量的1/4,但如果你想試多幾款的的食物或是食量比較小的,點$15份量都是比較好的,所以很容易就點到成餐桌都是食物,非常有滿足感。而一開始餐具是要自己拿的,但之後的每一份食物都會跟上餐具。而餐廳有提供自助糖水服務,雖然沒有限制大家添加的次數,但希望大家能珍惜食物。

一年至少要飛一轉泰國就係為左食佢地既街頭船河,係香港亦一直試唔同既餐廳睇下搵唔搵到呢種味道,呢度算係頭3名比較接近泰國風味既小店。$15蚊一碗細既,真係得幾啖,因為泰國既真係甘細碗!所以一個女仔食2-3碗係好正常!呢度既脆肉真係好香脆,d河粉真係泰式肥粉,勁煙靭,香港既粉麵真係被比下去。海南雞飯唔算太特別,但堅去骨,連雞翼都去左骨,好有誠意!甘親民既價錢食呢個質素,真係好抵食!以後唔使成日心掛掛要飛泰國食船河喇!

大角咀附近其實有好多泰國食舖,呢間新開無幾耐,終於有機會試啦!我們一行三個人,一開始睇菜單,啲河粉15蚊碗,心諗有無睇錯呀,原來三點至十點係特價時段,真係好平,叫左個泰式豬頸肉冬蔭功粉,不過一分錢真係一分貨既,啲粉兩三啖就食晒,但個湯係正既,飲落好醒胃,啲辣味剛剛好。豬手飯就咁食就平平無奇,啲豬手汁就唔係好膠食落無咁濟,但將啲豬肉豬皮點左佢啲醬汁就提升左一個層次,啲醬汁係越食越辣既,慢慢滲入條脷度。瀑布豬頸肉飯呢,望落好似沙律咁將啲醃料加少少菜撈埋啲豬頸肉度咁,都係靠個汁取贏,酸酸甜甜咁,但如果食唔慣乾蔥就唔會覺得好食。最搞笑既係好檸脆雞翼,因為個名先試下,佢係將啲雞翼一開二,話有六隻其實係三隻,食落係老麥脆香雞翼新鮮脆口版,可能係啲辣汁麻痹左條脷,檸味就唔係好覺。又或者佢個名純粹搞笑無檸檬就不得而知。但佢個泰式奶茶就無茶味,好啖。珍珠冰都飲到椰汁味,都OK既。整體呢間舖都係靠醬汁最勝,環境好舒服又唔迫,但夜晚有好多吉位,擔心間野做唔住。。。。。

同老友聚會開餐,今次輪到我話事,揀食邊間餐廳,我就揀左之前係網上睇過報導既船河餐廳,聽講老闆係泰國人,咁食物應該好正宗。呢度係半自助點餐,自己出去收銀度叫野食,比錢,跟住埋位等店員送餐。先買左飲品先,龍眼冰同珍多冰,味道比較淡。泰國空運燒雞,皮薄,香口,唔多肥膏,應該有半隻的,肉嫩滑,配個泰國辣醬食,爭味!椰青,大大個,清甜解喝,d椰子肉好嫩滑。脆肉船河,河粉又滑又q,脆肉味道咸香,湯底濃郁,因為15元一碗好平,我地跟住叫左多幾碗試多幾個味。

個豬頸肉生菜包,豬頸肉唔錯,但d肉碎有d咸,個人比較食得辣,所以都okay,但好想知道d生菜有無得免費添呢~(原諒我貪心,因為d肉碎有d咸嘛);
本身想挑戰一些奇奇怪怪的名的飲品,例如“男神” or “女神”呢類睇完英文名都唔知系咩ge野,結果睇到杯野飲的顏色,我都系老老實實地揀左泰色奶茶~好飲啊
