Buffet控嘅我!一早留意到noble spice 有lunch buffet 食。無意發現又有團購。約埋好友去試試先!$148 二人再加$15每人都係$82無抱太大期望。11點10到。未開始。人客亦不多。隨便揀位。12點幾開始喇。陸陸續續都開始多人。大部份都係買左團購嘅客人。有一款湯。但我無飲。有四款小食。香料雞。外表好似好乾。但其實裡面又有啲汁。加埋香料味道。幾好食架喎。炸雞蛋。無特別。春卷。都係普通。無咩味。炸雞肉。有啲鞋!炒蛋。同羊肉碎(應該係羊肉)都係略咸。椰汁咖哩魚。呢個好食。魚幾滑。又香椰汁味。唔食得辣嘅人都岩!下面呢兩款都好食。左面係有粟米,青豆,紅蘿蔔,印度芝士。印度芝士唔會好重芝士味。但口感有啲似硬豆腐。右面係雜豆? 好似係!沙律同胡椒脆片。香料印度飯同印度飯。長長。粒粒分明嘅印度飯。配埋咖哩。好食!當然唔少得naan有四款naan揀!揀左蒜茸同薯仔。兩款都好食。薯仔就qq啲!蒜茸就香口同脆啲。但又唔會唔q。Encore左多份蒜茸!佢地嘅naan 真係好好食。我一人食左兩份!仲包杯野飲。揀左士多啤梨酸奶。但唔酸嘅!?味道幾好。但少甜啲會更岩我!支持環保。一碟食到尾

昨天在Rang Mahal吃完一餐美味的印度菜後,今天對印度菜的熱情沒有冷卻下來.所以今天再出發尋找美味的印度菜.在openrice上見到了Noble Spice,而評價也不錯,所以決定來試試.Noble spice地方比Rang Mahal更光猛而且人流較小, 我到達時1點15分, 都係得幾台食客.HK$ 85 的Lunch buffet食物有沙律, 湯, 熱盤及甜品.而每位客人再可選擇飲品及印度薄餅.因為我對沙律及甜品都沒有太大的留意,所以我只是主打食熱盤.佢地既熱盤有素菜,磨姑, 綠豆,烤雞, 咖哩雞, 炒雞, 咖哩旦,炸魚及春卷等.食物味道來說, 佢地既熱盤夠熱, 咖哩夠香及只是微辣, 完全啱曬我黎啲唔食得辣既人.Mango lassi –好味只係唔夠凍.再凍小小就好了.牛油印度薄餅 – 好味, 有粉香, 夠咬口及夠熱辣辣.

食物味道來說, 佢地既熱盤夠熱, 咖哩夠香及只是微辣, 完全啱曬我黎啲唔食得辣既人.
Mango lassi –好味只係唔夠凍.再凍小小就好了.
牛油印度薄餅 – 好味, 有粉香, 夠咬口及夠熱辣辣.

早前購買了這間的團購,花了點時間才找到這間,中環的路真的很崎嶇呀~ 電梯一到,就見到大大的招牌首先不能不讚貼心友善的老闆 (身後男仕),本來一聽到是2位,他想安排我們坐門口的 (離食物區遠),但一見到我母親就改為讓我們坐食物區 (母親只是胖, 但沒有行動不便啦~),跟我說: for your mother然後拉開座椅給我母親坐~ 真心不大,只有7, 8枱而已 (我們食用期間竟然見到有泰國人及內地人享用喔~ 也許也是買了團購券啦)Naan有4、5種口味,都是即叫即製的,先叫了薯仔薄餅的口味,好好食呀~~ 真的想不到,其後試了蒜味的,不過還是薯仔那款比較好食 ^^ Lassi 選了芒果口味,母親選了熱咖啡,咖啡味道一般,試過我的Lassi,她說後悔沒有點這種的,微酸的口味,又不會太甜,挺開胃呢~ 雖然之前看食評已有網友稱讚,但仍要表示一下我的喜歡~午市自助餐的款式真的不多,熟食只有7,8樣左右,湯品只有忌廉湯 (稀稀的湯水,好像連罐頭湯都不如...) 有薄脆餅任取,還有一款甜品 - 椰汁甜奶油 (真的超甜 @@ 用椰汁水浸著的甜奶球,質地似白糖糕? 幸好只試了一粒...)味道其實挺不錯,可

最近吃了個多月韓燒日本菜吃得胃口也有點膩了~~~剛好媽媽今天路經中環說可以與我一起晚飯我們二話不說就是選擇印度菜因為上次吃過了都覺得味道不錯可以再試~~~在OP搜索了一下就決定選這間名叫Noble Spice的印度餐廳打電話book枱時接聴電話的印度服務員超有禮貌給我的第一感很好喔!!! 坦白說, 平日的晚上時間人真的不多訂枱和walk in都頗容易呢~~餐廳環境清靜裝修很富印度特色呢~~到達后,笑容滿面的印度服務員細心的領我們到位子就座又為我們添好水, 感覺服務不錯~看看餐牌, 選擇亦有很多大路的印度菜如Naan, 咖喱等等固然有另外我發覺它的小食類都有很多炸雞鎚, 疍炒飯這些都有提供喔~~~點好菜后, 侍應送上免費的薄餅來開開胃口不少得還有熟口熟面的三色醬喔~~薄片非常香脆是新鮮熱熟立即烘好上碟沾些微辣的青咖喱來吃相當美味又開胃呢~~~由於媽媽想吃羊扒我們點了這個薑汁燒羊仔扒上桌時是以鐡板上好熱度能夠好好控制又香又惹味的羊肉陣陣飄來........羊扒細心的以小件扒好用上小錫紙封好羊架口位客人可以拿起鍚紙就吃真的很細心~~~本來以為羊扒都會有少少酥味但這個一點難受的酥味都沒有它是用

訂枱和walk in都頗容易呢~~

餐廳環境清靜

裝修很富印度特色呢~~

到達后,笑容滿面的印度服務員細心的領我們到位子就座

客人可以拿起鍚紙就吃

真的很細心~~~

本來以為羊扒都會有少少酥味

但這個一點難受的酥味都沒有

它是用上少少薑汁來燒成

皮很脆很滑之餘

羊肉亦夠嫩滑,能保持肉汁之餘

沾上燒烤汁的羊肉更覺美味

一碟有5-6塊

感覺不錯呢~~

這款雜菜炒面看似有點油膩

但吃下去很滑亦夠爽身

面條夠彈, 而且味道不會太咸

用上很多雜菜來炒成更能增添一點清新感覺

比較有咬口~~~

另外整個飯的味道真的很好

充滿疍香的味道

而且入口不會太咸

再加上脆卜卜的紅蘿蔔粒青豆粒

個人覺得它是三個餸最美味的呢~~

我和媽都覺得這個超級好味!!!!

我有個口味獨特的姐姐,竟然愛吃一些香港人很少喜歡的菜式-印度菜!作為一個好妹妹的我,偶爾都跟姐姐去“撐枱腳”,她就選中一間位置中環的印度餐館,帶我去見識見識!Noble Spice位於中環蘭芳園對面,乘MTR行步10至15分鐘左右就到達!位置大廈7/F,不是找Openrice也不知道這裡有間食店!進店後,人客不多,只有幾位客人,所以不用等位就可以坐下來~而之前都去過幾間印度菜館,這間俾我感覺好西餐廳Feel,只有少許位置是有印度的特色~而牆身有不同的油畫,好美!旁邊亦有酒吧!在點菜之前,職員先送上餐前小吃薄脆片,再現以不同的特製醬料沾上一併食用,好開胃!我自己都最喜歡淺綠色的醬汁,有少許薄荷味也點微辣!菜單上的選擇也很多,主要以印度菜及尼泊爾菜為主~Lassi(酸乳)HK$30之前去過幾間印度菜食店都飲過印度的特式飲品Lassi(酸乳),除了一般的原味、甜味及咸味之外,這間竟然還有芒果、香蕉、士多啤梨及椰子味可選~我和姐姐就分別點了士多啤梨及椰子味的Lassi試下!我的是士多啤梨味!果真不錯wor!又不甜,帶有淡淡的士多啤梨,微酸,幾好味!白菌忌廉湯 HK$36好奇心之下就點一碗白菌忌

瑪沙拉是印度菜中特色的醬汁,跟咖哩汁差不多,但這過甜味較多一點,怕辣的朋友極度建議點這個,一試愛上的味道!
而燴蝦是已經開邊拆殼,真係認真體貼呀!

後記:
整體來說都是好味的一間印度菜,好多人覺得印度菜是比較重口味的,大部人好怕濃濃的味道~
這間的食物整體黎講算是溫和的一類,味道不重,咸度適中,辣也不會太辣,當然如果愛吃辣的朋友可以叫他們加辣吧!
所以好推介想想印度菜又怕重口味的話,這間確是不二之選,是入門級的印度菜!

最後我地叫左咖哩燉羊肉同埋一客牛油烤餅。咖哩燉羊肉絕對係適合香港人嘅口味, 咖哩味香濃, 但辣味適中, 絕對唔會令人吃一啖就卻步~~
羊肉亦燉得質地鬆軟, 食嘅時候唔駛花過多嘅力氣, 都食得出咖哩味已經滲進羊肉入面, 證明廚師確實用不少時候去烹調呢個餸菜, 誠意度爆燈!
牛油烤餅係即叫即整, 上枱時係熱辣辣, 麵包質地軟綿綿, 加上適量嘅牛油香, 就咁食已經夠滋味! 不過點埋咖哩汁, 味道會更加令人難忘!

另外,我還點了絲苗白飯及蒜蓉烤餅來送咖哩。一向都知道印度餐館的白飯與平日在家吃到白飯分別很大,飯粒偏向尖細,而且吃起來口感較單薄,不過這裏卻剛好相反,絲苗白飯的口感挺像泰國米,而且飯粒非常爽身,口感亦較厚,相當不錯。

I have always wanted to try the buffet here but it ends at 2pm which is a rush on Saturdays and I don't work in Central during the weekdays.Finally made it on a Saturday, the food was good as expected but it doesn't get refilled and they had a groupon offer when I went so people were like starved animals.

The National Day holiday of this year, my friend and I went shopping in Central and surfed the Internet to look for a comfortable place for chatting and dining quietly. The National Day holiday of this year, my friend and I went shopping in Central and surfed the Internet to look for a comfortable place for chatting and dining quietly. We saw some positive comment on this restaurant called “Noble Spice”, so we decided to try its Indian food.
I was surprised by the romantic dim light with decent atmosphere with in spite of the fact that the restaurant is located in an old commercial building and difficult to be found.
Before we ordered the food, we did love the crisp appetizer, the papadum complemented with three type of sauce, which are the perfect match. I must emphasize papadum with mint yogurt is really wonderful.

My friend and I are really fascinated in Indian Naan Bread so we ordered two basket of naan complement to Aloo Baingan Masala (Spiced potato and egg plant), Chicken Makhani (Butter Chicken), and Chicken Kadhai.

Chicken Makhani is my favorite Indian cuisine. It was made as mild but not too spicy as I wish. Rich butter sauce with curry made the chicken much more yummy.

Chicken Kadhai was mildly flavored with spices and capsicums that makes this dish enticing and it was perfectly served with naan bread.

Aloo Baingan Masala was an amazing combination of vegetable and spices. My friend really hates the mouthfeel of eggplant. But he ate a lot this time in this dish.

A lovely Monday night after a busy day,Me and my buddy visit Noble Spice for dinner,It is my first time to come and we both had a very high expectation.Staffs explained the menu to me in a friendly way,We ordered a Momo for starterIt actually quite like Chinese dumpling but it serves with spicy source which make it very Nepalese.There are 8 pieces and I think the portion is enough for 3-4 peopleThen we ordered mushed eggplant and Chicken tikka masala for main,Mush eggplant is always my favorite

Mush eggplant is always my favorite dish and it is very good to eat with naan
Chicken tiika masala is very aromatic
The source is good and the meat came from the thigh part so the texture is very soft,
Finally we ordered a basket of Kashmiri Naan
It is sweet and soft which made of nuts and dry fruit.
We enjoyed the dinner so much and the whole bill cost us 350 which is very reasonable.
