I frequently grab their this this rice boxes after workouts or for busy lunches; they're convenient and generally tasty.They offer a good variety beyond rice, including bagels with nutritious toppings like avocado, eggs, chicken, providing a satisfying protein boost. The smoothies are a popular choice, and I enjoyed the "Kawaii Hawaii" (pictured). It was filling, with a pleasant coconut flavor, making it a solid post-workout refuel.Nood food uses fresh ingredients, which is a definite plus. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the prices are reasonable for the portion sizes. It's a practical and enjoyable option for anyone looking for a quick, healthy meal. While perhaps not a culinary masterpiece, it reliably delivers nutritious,flavorful and balanced meals at a great convenience.

我大中環的Nood 嘗試了多種沙拉,包括羽衣甘藍和南瓜和九層塔蕃茄等…獨特的醬汁令這些蔬菜變得非常有滋味。一切都很新鮮和美味。 唯一讓我失望的是蘑菇沙拉,真的很咸。另外我也嘗試了他們的有機雞肉蔬菜湯,感覺也是很好。希望Nood繼續做營養美味的食物給予香港的健身瑜伽人士,香港人食得健康心情就會好些,也會對人友善些,謝謝。

I've been a big fan of two dishes rice at Nood and was surprised to find out they had changed the menu. I finally chose chicken leg (additional $18) and fried egg with bell pepper which both turned out disappointing. They were served on the cold side and the chicken leg was dry and rubbery. The positive is the dish is still in good portion and the service remains good. however, the taste really needs big improvement

oh wow I just had this salad from Nood Food, and it was chef’s kiss! 🌱✨ Like, as soon as I popped the lid, I was hit with all these vibrant colors. Seriously, it looked like a rainbow in a bowl!The greens? Super fresh and crunchy, giving me major energy vibes. And the toppings? OMG, those juicy cherry tomatoes and sweet corn were a whole mood! The grains added that perfect hearty touch, making it feel filling but not heavy at all.Let’s not forget the dressing—it was light and zesty, just enough to tie everything together without being too extra. I felt like I was treating myself to something healthy and delicious at the same time.Plus, the eco-friendly packaging? Love to see it! 🌍💚 Overall, this salad was a total win, and I’m already counting down to my next visit to try more of their goodies. 10/10 recommend!
