It used to be a good pick for lunch and I usually be there around 1PM. However, It has been my 3rd time I can't order pork chop or chicken leg. The most unpleasant experience is when I raised the concern to the shop manager, he just casually replied our shop open at 12:00 meaning I should fit into their shop schedule rather than thinking how to improve their choice availability???

The 牛坑腩 came in its own bowl and soup. The soup was clear and delicious - not oily or MSG flavor at all. The beef brisket was tender yet chewy in a good way unlike the usual beef brisket that is braised for so long it's too soft sometimes. The lo mein was good (not too soft or too hard) and the shrimp powder went well with it. A satisfying meal and I would come back again to try other items on their menu!

琴晚接大人收工,之後大人就帶我去左呢間野食。湯面,撈面為主,有少量小菜,仲有飯和小食。我要左碗牛根腩魚片頭湯河(大地魚湯底),大人就要麻辣雞粗面,另加蝦子芥蘭和炸大腸。先講下我碗湯河先,都係雞湯為主,上面灑了(相信是)大地魚粉,湯底清清地,但係有味,一旁好似有少少腩汁,但係飲湯時唔覺,只係覺色水有少少唔同。河粉係幼身河粉,依家好多地方都唔會有粗身河粉。(只得一兩間的干炒牛河係用粗身河粉,口感絕非幼身河粉可比,此乃後話。)蘿白夠「淋」,都有點味,魚片頭就冇咩特別,根腩都唔錯,唔會好似出面集團式果些「淋」哂,牛根都仲有嚼感。大人碗粗面,我試左一啖面,湯底都香,好少少既辣味(本人食得辣,所以唔覺有料),雞就斬件上,有少少怪怪的,可能碟仔上會觀感好點,又或者雞絲啦(可能餐牌有我唔知)。蝦子芥蘭就可能蝦子多了點,我覺得有點鹹,可能病緊,口淡淡啦。炸大腸就冇咩特別,係炸得干了點。之後,偷望下鄰桌果個飯先,唔吸引我,所以放棄。服務唔錯,不時幫我地加水,好有禮物,值得嘉許。整體黎講,都算好食,適逢其會,都值得介紹一下去食。

台慶日唔洗等位,帶埋bb去食,老闆一見到bb就安排左一個比較舒服既位俾我地。今次係我第2次黎食,之前有bb既時候黎,好多野都唔食得,今次終於食到好想食醉酒鵝肝,又食左牛脷撈面,老公食左羊腩飯,樣樣都非常好食最感動既係食完後有一個waiter突然間拎左一"盤"有好多料既湯放係我地木台到,當我地好驚訝既時候,個waiter 話係送俾我地飲,之後老闆話:生完bb要飲多d有營養既湯水!所以佢俾我地既湯有好多豬骨同雞,補充鈣質。超細心!好感動!!當我地俾多d貼士既時候,佢仲唔肯收。所以要極力推薦!非常有heart!!!!

據聞這店子的老闆當年係筲箕灣曾開設 "南洋館", 當時既我仲讀緊中學, 那處成為左我地既飯堂之一, 撈麵既味道尚依稀記得......今日有空來到, 就點佢既牛脷撈麵, 配峇拉醬, 另加錢點了醉雞翼麵質絕對一贊, 無鹼味, 既爽且彈, 而峇拉醬也很出色, 不是一味的死鹹, 跟當年既味道差不多牛脷也很厚道, 每塊足有5mm厚, 煮得很腍,但不失咬頭, 而且有淡淡的牛羶........撈麵的湯有陣陣牛味, 喝完也不覺口渴而醉雞翼也很入味, 而檸茶多了一片青檸, 雖特別, 但飲唔到青檸味.....店子的出品確是不錯, 不過價錢就稍高, 減價既話會更好~

雖然好飽,但見到他們D特色飲品同甜品好吸引,於是抖了一抖,再試埋紅豆鮮奶特飲同叫了一客芝麻糕,兩款東西都係在其他地方食唔到,紅豆鮮奶特飲唔似紅豆冰咁,飲落口感到好健康好有咬感,真不錯!至於芝麻糕,聽老細講係芝麻粉是人手磨的,而食落真你好好味,難以形容!我仲叫多兩客作宵夜添!

最後,原本只係想食碗麵,竟然都試了唔少嘢!肚脹得飽飽的,但難得的那份滿足感,令人心情愉快!阿媽講得啱: “一分錢,一分貨”,下次帶埋她來食!

朋友多次誠邀下, 今日終於有機會到麵創坊食飯. 由於我朋友係Quarry Bay 返工, 所以佢成日都黎食lunch. 咁啱個日我哋去開Jusco, 於是我朋友就帶我哋去麵創坊. 我哋一行四人未到6點半就到達. 離遠望到間舖似一間coffee shop, 入到裡面都算寬敞. 一開始我朋友點咗D小食, 個芝麻涷豆腐都幾好味. 不過我最鍾意係淨牛坑腩, D牛坑腩炆到好"林", 好有肉味同埋D蘿蔔好入味, 個日老闆仲拼咗D牛爽腩俾我哋試. 跟住我哋食咗峇拉醬羊腩撈麵同蝦湯摻摻, 味道不錯. 不過, 我最想推介係雪餅同芝麻糕 - 我哋叫咗荔枝雪餅, 感覺好似食緊荔枝雪糕咁, 下次一定要試埋芒果同榴槤味. 仲有芝麻糕好有濃濃嘅黑芝麻味, 我都買走咗一份帶返屋企孝敬阿媽, 阿媽都話好好味.原來呢度晚飯時間都有小炒同特色炒飯. 我見到隔離枱訂咗一煲海南雞飯, 聞到好香. 聽老闆講隻雞係新鮮雞, 同埋個飯落咗好多藥材去煲. 下次我一定要黎試, 不過要帶多D朋友黎食, 因為煲飯都幾大煲.

朋友多次誠邀下, 今日終於有機會到麵創坊食飯. 由於我朋友係Quarry Bay 返工, 所以佢成日都黎食lunch. 咁啱個日我哋去開Jusco, 於是我朋友就帶我哋去麵創坊. 我哋一行四人未到6點半就到達. 離遠望到間舖似一間coffee shop, 入到裡面都算寬敞. 一開始我朋友點咗D小食, 個芝麻涷豆腐都幾好味. 不過我最鍾意係淨牛坑腩, D牛坑腩炆到好"林", 好有肉味同埋D蘿蔔好入味, 個日老闆仲拼咗D牛爽腩俾我哋試. 跟住我哋食咗峇拉醬羊腩撈麵同蝦湯摻摻, 味道不錯. 不過, 我最想推介係雪餅同芝麻糕 - 我哋叫咗荔枝雪餅, 感覺好似食緊荔枝雪糕咁, 下次一定要試埋芒果同榴槤味. 仲有芝麻糕好有濃濃嘅黑芝麻味, 我都買走咗一份帶返屋企孝敬阿媽, 阿媽都話好好味.

原來呢度晚飯時間都有小炒同特色炒飯. 我見到隔離枱訂咗一煲海南雞飯, 聞到好香. 聽老闆講隻雞係新鮮雞, 同埋個飯落咗好多藥材去煲. 下次我一定要黎試, 不過要帶多D朋友黎食, 因為煲飯都幾大煲.

今次第二次幫襯,還記得第一次來吃,留下了深刻印象,麵很好吃,雖然貴了點。但今次再來,試了其他食物,就有點失望,難道這裡只有麵才值得吃?今次我們點了黃咖哩牛腩飯和焗羊架。黃咖哩牛腩飯:牛腩夠淋和入味,但咖哩汁太鹹,淹蓋了辣味,咖哩亦沒有之前的香。飯的份量亦少,估計一個男仔都不夠食,配上過鹹的咖哩,令人難以下嚥。以咖哩飯來說,$48算貴了,但質素連茶餐廳都比不上。焗羊架(七成熟):這個在廚師推介的餐牌上,一個疑似是老闆娘的人,跟我們說這個很好食。味道還可,但沒有令我覺得很好食,或下次會再來食的感覺。肉質夠淋,七成熟剛剛好,沒有一點羊羶味,對我來說是容易入口的,配上一種酸酸地的醬,不過個人認為不點醬會較好。價錢超貴,$168大元,但只有九件仔。兩個人吃了二百多元,份量好少,完全沒有飽的感覺。雖說不用加一,但本身定價已經很貴了。下次不會再來。至於服務是不錯的,適時加水,亦有禮貌。該疑似是老闆娘的人,過分熱心,令人有點煩。點菜時,人家正在講電話,她可能沒看到,在旁邊說著哪些食物好食。我們剛拿起餐牌看,已站在旁邊好像在催促人落單。

整體來講,食物唔差,但係........價錢就................

Last time I came here I was really impressed by a few of their items. Namely the fresh HK Briskets, the fresh Chicken (which was really excellent), also their noodles and fish cakes were pretty good. Am afraid to tell you, this is no longer the case in a recent weeks visit. ************** - The Fresh Beef Brisket's in the noodles were hard and tough. The broth was ok. Noodles ok. - The Fresh Beef Brisket's in the noodles were hard and tough. The broth was ok. Noodles ok. This was so different to my last experience of the same here. In fact, last time they gave 3 cuts of meat, nowadays they only gave 坑腩 only.

- A new Tea Smoked Duck with noodles dish was ordered for trialling. The duck although slightly smoky, was tough as a boiled leather shoe! I couldn't tear off the meat. The dry mixed noodles with Salted Fish sauce was still good but a bit too oily.

- Boiled veggies in soup was overcooked.

As a side note, someone spilled iced lemon tea all over my back and my seat. And their first reaction was to clean the floor! I had to ask for some napkins and to be relocated.

The male boss's son at the counter stood there stone still for the whole time. He seems like a polite person but that night he wasn't concentrating and looking after the customers like the older lady. Not sure what was going on in his head or in his personal experience..... ANYWAY NOT GOING BACK TO THIS SHOP IF IT CONTINUES LIKE THIS.
Fish Cakes not crunchy. Beef tough and chewy.
