當天本來約了友人到另一食店吃飯,可是臨時因會議延誤、原來食店人龍太長而只好轉戰別處,最後來到了「港麵子」。老實說不是這樣誤打誤撞甚至連有此店我們也不知道,見到正門大餐牌食物較為吸引,而且店內有足夠的位置,便進去一試!點了較有特色的鐵板銀芽肉絲炒麵及鐵板沙嗲牛肉炒麵,上菜時竟然是一個煎Pan的上,而且炒麵竟然有兩個麵底,而味道則是正常的銀芽肉絲及沙嗲牛肉味,算是不錯,而唯一的不足就是麵本身是分開炸的,因此沒配上菜汁的會很乾身,但整體已算是可以推介的餐廳!

以前同一位置做韓國餐館 , 食過一次又貴又唔好食, 拍曬烏蠅 ,終於轉咗呢間 好似係食香港麵類 ,第一次試 ,叫咗個 牛肚牛柏葉擔擔麵 黑醋雲耳 ,個麵幾好食 ,唔算好辣 ,牛肚牛柏葉夠多, 夠淋爽口唔韌, 擺得都幾靚 ,肉醬汁都幾好味, 黑醋雲耳雖然個醋汁有啲怪怪哋, 唔似平時食開嗰隻 ,但都ok ,雲耳爽口, 又夠蒜蓉味, 整體嚟講咁嘅價錢, 普普通通食得過 而且坐得舒服, 不過可能位置問題, 死角位冇乜人留意到 舖位大得利坐唔滿, 仲好唔使咁嘈靜靜地食。

湯麵都陸陸續續上枱,同事的成都牛腩牛肚湯麵採用上海麵,但煮得有點腍,雖然佢加入了麻辣味道,但本身湯底好淡,所以食落麻辣同湯底味道係分開似的。牛腩好腍,牛肚都唔錯,有淡淡都五香味。

我的喇沙雞絲湯麵都上枱了,用料包括有豆卜,芽菜,半隻半生熟雞蛋和一些雞絲,豆卜入晒喇沙湯味道,都算唔錯,半生熟蛋我覺得好奇怪,食落去軟腍腍,但在口腔入面硬係食唔到佢既蛋味,連蛋白味都冇,我一路食都感覺唔到我係食緊隻蛋似的。湯底同牛腩麵既弊病一樣,喇沙味同本身湯底好似分開味道,有喇沙味,但又食到好淡既湯底,椰漿又欠奉,硬係食落去啲味唔係混埋一齊似的。麵就覺得佢用的是類似公仔麵質地,都係煮得偏腍。失敗!

日日經過九龍灣地鐵站都同到這間「港麵子」廣告牌。但一直都未試過。今天到等銀行開門所以就在德福食埋早餐等埋銀行開門。本來想去文華冰室點知門口有十幾個排隊。於是就過來試試這間港麵子。入到去我估無100個都有80個位。成間餐廳我是第二枱客。算啦食個公子面間間差唔得幾遠。點左個沙嗲牛肉公仔麵,跟煎蛋,多士,跟凍咖啡要$35。以今時今日九龍灣來說算平。以德福商場來說算非常平。等5分鐘左右有得食(因為只剩我一個人包場)🤦🏻‍♂️ 個麵係暖的,煎蛋又凍又硬,多士又硬又乾的。諗住仲晒伏,那那林扒兩啖飲埋杯野就走啦。點知連杯咖啡都有問題。叫左少奶少油冰,成杯飲晒仲有三份之二杯係冰。味道都唔好講喇。一間以港式麵做招來,可以難食到呢個程度,真係好難理解。

相反,如果我抱着在下午茶時間,單純想食個簡單粉麵茶餐就解決問題的話,在「港麵子」勉強還可以找到,適合我在下午享用的粉麵下午茶。

「港麵子」八款下午茶餐牌裡面,其中有兩款食品不屬於「粉麵類」食品,而是一般炸薯角配炸雞髀,或者配炸雞翼而成的西式下午茶茶餐,我就對在「港麵子」裡面食炸雞髀下午茶興趣不大了。

後來我詢問過「港麵子」的侍應之後,才知道「港麵子」的粉麵下午茶,原來可以自由選擇以港式即食麵,或者通心粉,配搭「沙爹牛肉」、「五香肉丁」或者「蕃茄湯牛腩」成為下午茶食品。

結果我就選擇了以「蕃茄湯牛腩」,配搭港式即食麵,組成「港麵子」下午茶茶餐餐牌裡面沒有的「蕃茄湯牛腩即食麵」,再配搭煎蛋和多士,組成我的「港麵子」下午茶茶餐。

至於「港麵子」下午茶茶餐裡面的跟餐飲品,即使「港麵子」的食品飲品,實在很有港式茶餐廳的感覺,可是我始終不是太敢選擇點,例如「茶走」的飲品。

所以我最後選擇了一杯港式「凍奶茶」,作為「港麵子」「蕃茄湯牛腩即食麵」下午茶裡面的跟餐飲品,「港麵子」的「凍奶茶」味道仍然有牛奶甜味,以及港式紅茶的茶香味。

至於「港麵子」下午茶裡面其他的食品,港式烤多士在我放入口的時候,烤多士勉強仍然能造到有香脆口感,不會無端端變腍。

反而煎蛋有點出乎的意料,原來「港麵子」還有製作「太陽蛋」,蛋黃仍然未被煎至全熟,還有流心的甜味蛋黃蛋漿剩下來,為烤多士增添雞蛋蛋黃的甜味。

不過煎蛋跟多士,始終稱不上是「港麵子」下午茶裡面的真正主角,因為「蕃茄湯」配「牛腩即食麵」,才是今次「港麵子」下午茶給我深刻印象的食品。

「蕃茄湯牛腩即食麵」下午茶實際製成品裡面,足足有四至五大塊厚肉肉質的牛腩。而且牛腩浸淫在味道偏甜和鹹的蕃茄湯裡面,牛腩實際的味道也沾染到蕃茄湯的酸甜味道。

而且牛腩實際上的口感,也不算太過腍,又不太過韌。蕃茄湯牛腩在我咬下去的時候,總算不需要花太大的牙力,就已經可以咬斷咬開「港麵子」的牛腩。

不過,由於牛腩已經吸收了很多的蕃茄湯酸甜味道,所以我已經完全食不到牛腩裡面的牛肉原味,徹頭徹尾變成了有蕃茄湯酸甜味道牛腩。

至於「蕃茄湯牛腩即食麵」裡面的即食麵,即食麵麵條的口感和彈牙程度,只算是一般程度而已。或許是因為即食麵,把蕃茄湯裡面的酸甜味完全吸收過來,所以即食麵吸收湯汁已經立刻漲大,口感亦變得一般。

雖然「港麵子」「蕃茄湯牛腩即食麵」即食麵口感只算一般的程度,但是因為即食麵吸收了蕃茄湯所有的酸甜味道,所以「蕃茄湯牛腩即食麵」麵條味道頗為豐富,很容易就會食完所有麵條。

另一方面,「蕃茄湯牛腩即食麵」裡面的牛腩,跟即食麵和蕃茄湯湯底,三者份量上的比例尚算平均,蕃茄湯的酸甜味可以覓得歸宿,即食麵和牛腩實際上的味道,全部變成了酸甜蕃茄味。

「港麵子」下午茶給我最重要的優點,就是下午茶價錢十分實惠,一碟蕃茄湯味道濃厚的牛腩即食麵,加上烤多士和煎太陽蛋,再加甜味凍奶茶飲品後的實際價錢,都只需要港幣三十七元,這餐下午茶其實頗為抵食。

兩個人吃,點了三麵三小食的套餐$108番茄麵,喇沙麵及担担麵都非常好吃小食有木耳,味道不錯,海蜇看起來有點像豬手皮,口感一般,味道還可以,口水雞不過不失一男一女吃這個餐是完全夠飽的(我們兩個都很飽), 不過如果兩位男仕就可能要多點一些另外配熱飲只需加五元,凍飲加八元,我怕肥所以晚上一般都不點飲品給五星的主要原因是性價比太高了每人只需$54, 又可以試六款食物,最適合貪吃的我而且沒有加一,所以自助拿碗和水我也可以接受

小食有木耳,味道不錯,海蜇看起來有點像豬手皮,口感一般,味道還可以,口水雞不過不失

一男一女吃這個餐是完全夠飽的(我們兩個都很飽), 不過如果兩位男仕就可能要多點一些
另外配熱飲只需加五元,凍飲加八元,我怕肥所以晚上一般都不點飲品

給五星的主要原因是性價比太高了
每人只需$54, 又可以試六款食物,最適合貪吃的我
而且沒有加一,所以自助拿碗和水我也可以接受

其實...無人真係有原因


擔擔小雲吞湯麵的麵底似生麵,同擔擔的湯底好唔夾,雖然有花生,但辣味完全蓋過所有味道。小雲吞還有點似某大水餃牌子出的小雲吞!

本來今晚岩岩同朋友睇完場戲諗住睇下有啲咩食,點知見到呢間野好似幾好咁就行左入去食,之後我見到冇咩岩食就叫左碗番茄湯雞翼麵,我朋友就叫左菠蘿炒飯,咁叫之前我問左一次個侍應啲雞翼同面可唔可以分開擺,佢好冇禮貌咁答左我一句冇喎,咁我食完之後諗住再問多次另一位侍應睇下佢地既答案係咪一樣,點知個女侍應就答我應該冇,好喇,咁都冇辦法喇既然佢話冇得分開,咁我既然問佢咁啲雞翼係新鮮咁炸出黎既如果浸落湯到咪林曬,我未講完佢就已經行開左,極度冇禮貌,好喇,到我地食完係度傾緊計,個女侍應就企左係度望住我地,我明白可能人地趕收工,但既然你係一間餐廳,只要未到關門時間,如果個客一分鐘前行入黎你地鋪頭你地係咪都有責任去services佢地呢😠

As well as Nooodies, there is another noodle joint in Sai Ying Pun called NOODIES that opened in 2015.I bet if NOODIES didn't exist, Nooodies would probably have used that name and not needed that extra "o" to be different!Anyway, both joint offer a choice so that you can try different noodles.Here they have the tasting choice for $108 which lets you try three different noodles in small portions but unfortunately I came here in the afternoon when it isn't served.Ordered the Dandan noodles!I can'

I can't quite understand why they needed to camouflage the broth and bowl together.
A different coloured bowl might have made it look much nicer.
Apart from presentation, it was damn delicious and I wish there was a vegan option with omnipork as I don't really eat pork in HK as it is usually not fit for consumption.

The noodles for damn good because the broth was so tasty, it was a right balance of Sichuan spices as well as the nutty broth without being sweet.

今日係德福行街,間間餐廳都好多人,係咗呢間餐廳坐得幾個人。懶得等位之下,本住中伏既心態去試食下午茶。佢價錢最貴都係$38,唔洗加一,好似幾抵。叫咗個沙嗲牛肉即食麵同埋蕃茄牛腩通粉,兩個都包煎蛋、牛油多士烘底、熱飲。個面嘅湯底就一般,冇咩味,沙嗲還可以,但份量唔多。番茄牛腩通粉味道比想像好,有牛肉味,但同樣份量唔多。個太陽蛋煎得幾靚,有蛋味。多士雖然係烘底,但涼咗,冇咩特別。奶茶茶味濃,但有少少酸同唔夠滑。呢個價錢有咁既質素,可以接受。
