一直都好少黎到中染呢面食晏今日本來想去薩利亞食意粉pizza但臨時轉軚話試下呢間,都好丫~見佢個名真係幾得意又唔知點解同埋又法國又越南咁,真係搞唔明有咩食呢~入到去睇到佢d介紹,原來碌冧係指類似魚露既調味料喎忽然諗起唔知越南定泰國果頭有一種又係好猛料既調味料,叫做「桂花蟬油」,好似話落一滴落去煮野,就成味野都增鮮不少,聽落仲堅過一滴香睇黎果d地方既香料都好出色不過而家都無乜天然既桂花蟬油喇,比人搞到越黎越少,d油就升到幾滴一美金咁貴....講返正題,呢間碌冧個名就好特別但原來d野食呢,就唔算好令人驚喜叫左個豬扒飯,好細塊下,又唔係好出色有d似以前公司can果d汁撈飯咁同埋價錢都比較貴啦最大齋就係講左咁耐都唔記得試下d魚露添!!!!!不過佢個環境係幾好既坐得好鬆動如果閒時同朋友黎吹下水都唔錯見佢晚餐好似正好多下次有機會黎試下先~

最大齋就係講左咁耐
都唔記得試下d魚露添!!!!!


不過佢個環境係幾好既
坐得好鬆動
如果閒時同朋友黎吹下水都唔錯
見佢晚餐好似正好多

匆忙的下午...沒時間思考去那兒午飯...路過這間碌冧法式越南料理...唔駛等位, MENU唔錯...決定一試~Lunch menu...算是很多選擇,雖然餐廳主打法式越南菜, 但另外還有很多其他菜色選擇...不錯呢~~左選加選, 最後點了海鮮意粉~~賣相不錯, 而且十分足料,有魚柳,青口,蝦...~~~如果喜歡很濃芝士味的朋友可能不夠滿足...但我卻有點怕膩, 所以這個剛剛好~~餐飲凍奶茶...不過不失~值得一讚是糖水自己加...可按自己口味決定~!!!

一次無意之選,去了荃灣的碌冧,入到餐廳只見各有各忙的侍應,沒有人在門口安排派位,只好自己找個侍應問,取了票便等位,我同我父親大概由8:20pm等到8:50pm便有位入坐,由於9:00pm後的任食每位會平$10,而我地都係早左10分鐘,所以便問清楚,因入坐後無人同我地講過個收費係點,誰不知個經理勁串話入坐起計,叫我地一係出返去等到9:00pm先再黎過,仲比埋個餐牌我地話你地叫散,我都係想問清楚姐!其實我地一早已入單叫任食,只係等心裡有個數!至於食物方面,都係蔗虾同芝士條最為吸引,因他們出食物會一次過出晒你點的食物所,所有肉類擺耐左便不好吃了仲有每位送的帶子要等好耐,因即燒的關係,但太多又不好吃!不會有下次!

之前都唔知有呢間舖,之後朋友介紹我咪黎試下。一入去都唔係好多人,所以都好快有人帶位。但係個到啲冷氣實在太凍,不過都好采,過左冇耐都有杯暧水比我地。而且我地一就飲完就會幫我地加水,服務質素唔錯。過左一陣我地決定左要任飲任食,之後過左陣都未點食物就有四隻元貝黎,我本身重以為落錯枱,原來係一人送兩隻,都幾抵食。而且我都幾鍾意個到既栗米墨魚餅,炸得幾靚。個到重有好多唔同煮法既雞,有燒雞炸雞走地雞。。。至岩我呢啲鍾意食雞。又有唔同煮法既菜。食物款式都好多,而且又唔係好貴,我覺得大家可以試試,唔錯既選擇

個日係mami生日,諗住試下越南野,一入去就更係睇下有咩食啦,個到有張紙填既,睇落款色都幾多,點左d飲品,d飲品好大杯,我至鍾意就係個到d紅豆冰,好味!!之後又點左好多野食,估唔到點左唔係好耐,d野食就好快到,擺到成枱都係,我至鍾意個到d芝士條,外面脆脆地裡面d芝士芯流出黎,正~~個到d青口都好好味,都值得一試嫁,個到仲有d走地雞,食落口都幾滑下,我就更係愈叫愈多,仲有好多其他野食都好好味~~d野食真係唔錯,我地成完又係咁點,第一次去估唔到有意外收獲,間野平平地,但係d野都好好味wo,而且又快到,好有效率,我下次都會再去食下!

I've been searching for good Pho in Tsuen Wan, and walking by this place in the past, it had looked pretty interesting, so I decided to give it a go.

There was only one option for Pho on the lunch menu: raw beef. That's fine, it's probably what I would've gotten anyway, but still, only one option? At a Vietnamese restaurant?

I also got two add-ons, a lime-soda for $10 and a spring roll for $15 (or maybe the prices were the other way around).

Let's talk Pho:

The broth: Upsides: nice and meaty, not greasy. Definite notes of anise and maybe cloves as well. Maybe not quite as salty as I like it, but still salted pretty well. It comes with a lime so you can get your citrus going on. Downsides: the broth was cloudy and not clear. I'm not complaining that I couldn't see through it: it's difficult to see through rich and meaty broth. It's just that if you let the broth sit, little dark clouds of tiny particulates would form. I don't know what causes this. Finally, the broth should've been sweeter. 7/10

The beef: it was quite tender, but it was a very fatty cut. Not really to my liking. 6/10

The noodles: I haven't been to a Pho restaurant in HK that doesn't use these really thin flat rice noodles. They are simply not suited for soup: the hot broth cooks them to a mush. 4/10

The extras: It came with a lime, so that was good. It also came with some chopped chilis, and ample amounts of green onion. I'd have preferred they not put the bean sprouts directly in the bowl, because I prefer my soup without them. The photo on the wall showed basil in the soup bowl, but I didn't get any basil. I wouldn't have minded some cilantro either. 5/10

Also, and this kills me, THERE WAS NO SRIRACHA. I don't know how you can call yourself a Vietnamese restaurant and not have any chili sauce anywhere. 0/10

Overall Pho score: 6/10. Better than Viet's Choice, but not really worth having again.

The spring roll was different from any I'd had before. Much closer in its wrapper to what you find in American Chinese restaurants as "egg rolls". Still, it was pretty tasty and even better with the homemade fish sauce. 7/10

水晶素菜卷 - 卷裡有青瓜絲、紅蘿蔔絲、菠蘿、蒜苗、粉絲...若沒有醬汁來拌這小菜,一定不合格
因為素菜卷是完全無味的。我將枱上的撈檬汁(魚露、蒜茸和紅辣椒)倒在碟上,再把素菜卷點汁,味道變得不錯...


菠蘿炒飯 - 賣相遜色,而且炒飯沒有"鑊氣",配料有菠蘿和札肉,並沒有落任何調味料,所以非常淡味...


惹味燒雞 - 雞不太嫩滑,而且沒有惹味的感覺


金栗生菜沙律 - 賣相不錯,栗米粒很甜,生菜算是爽口,但沙律醬的份量太小,難以拌勻全部生菜
我suggest它已拌勻,才把它送上客人面前...

香草茄子 - 只看著"香草茄子"這四字,我真不知道是炸的,我就好像比人欺騙那樣

以前去吃過,覺得還挺好吃,所以常常想下一次,這次再去。但這次卻少了些以前可以吃的東西確實是頗為失望。(飲品沒了熱柑橘檸檬,但新添了冬瓜薏米茶,也算不錯,而還有一個酸酸甜甜的魚湯都沒了,甜品中的芝麻糕也沒有了,這個很好吃的說)幸好還有一向吃的羊扒,但這晚的羊扒不好吃,煮得太老了。而粉包、春卷很都不錯,尤其是春卷,我覺得那裏的魚露實在不錯。牛舌也很好吃,切得厚但炆得很腍,不錯。但沙嗲的確麻麻地,肉太「鞋」。看見有人說炒時菜的問題,那真是不同人有不同看法了,因為我非常喜歡紹菜,所以時菜是紹菜正合我意,蒜茸菜弄得很好吃,而蝦醬菜則有椰菜和蘿蔔絲,但太鹹我不喜歡。總括來說我覺得是值得一去的,但因為轉了菜牌所以降級。而環境尚算闊落,客一多侍應便分身不暇,但態度還算不錯。

今晚與太太路過中國染廠, 見此餐廳做緊任飲任食, 諗住100多元食碗生牛河加沙嗲加珍多冰都唔錯!!

點知, 最出事就係碗生牛河....
先講個湯, 又淡,又欠香料,欠骨湯味, 又唔夠熱...
仲有d粉全部'碎濕濕',

之後又試了沙嗲
但...d 肉又係太 '林' 太' '梅',

以為炒飯實穩陣啦, 點知剩係將d飯加油加黃薑粉粉埋一碟, 完全無味!

最後來試甜品, 只有紅豆糕, 楊枝金露糕 及黑糯米,
d 糕 細細粒粒, 但好'梅',
其中一件紅豆糕仲係酸!!

問題係全部都係以為只有煮熟左就可以上檯, 完全無誠意!
可能佢地覺得百多元就係呢種質素吧!!

九時是'抵食'的, 入座後, 看了放題紙, 大致上款式足夠而且不錯, 大家便開且你一句我一句地說出想要的食物, 待其中一位負責填畫..... 正在大家高興地點菜之時, 其中一人發覺紙上一些點菜指示, 原來每個食物種類只限每次點三款, 還在尾段附加, 吃剩的食物每安士收費.... 我們一向都是自律不愛浪費的食客, 即使是每個種類點了多於三款食物, 但我們填畫的數目都是少過我們的人數, 以確保吃得完及不浪費...... 但當見到這些指示時, 我們有像被歧視一樣與其他一般的'港人'食客被標籤, 真有點掃興 為免麻煩, 我們立即拿另一點菜紙小心地於限制內點菜, 這麼的點法, 反而是不停地浪費紙張, 根本更不環保呢!是晚的招呼總是不足, 上菜亂, 加水慢, 漏單多, 重點後還是不來, 真是拿他們沒法子! 我們點的食物大概有一半是美味的, 其他都是陪襯的呢!新鮮香脆, 但點多次才會來, 蒜蓉很多, 令人開胃!味道是不錯的, 加上蝦片裡的扎肉及香蔥, 是一個很好的小吃, 可惜不是脆的呢!炸春卷, 沒什麼味道, 亦沒什麼餡料... 其他炸薯餅等都是一般, 可吃可不吃這是像樣的一個, 青口沒怪味

沙嗲豬及牛都是可以, 味道不錯, 肉算滑

很吃的是主菜走地雞, 冶味雞, 可樂豬手, 麵食湯河, 小吃茄子及沙嗲, 飲品可喝可不喝.. 大概今晚的經驗是一般吧, 唯獨價錢不高, 一分錢一分貨, 沒話可說!
