近期興起即食蠔, 搞到好耐都冇自己開蠔食, 發現有張50蚊券就到期, 比個藉口自己用埋佢啦因為要用券同充值卡, 所以第1次係網上訂購, 但係到門市自取舖頭係街市門口, 未入去已經見倒, 都幾方便, 但係人流好似就多左少少, 都幾多人去睇野買野, 所以稍為等左一陣當同店員對貨既時候, 佢發現有3款蠔開左口, 主動同我講幫我換過D新鮮D既, 真係very nice, 我都未有見倒, 佢都肯自發性幫我換, 真係要比個LIKE佢仲有款新野, 就係甜蝦拼魷魚, 一次滿足你2個願望, 魷魚好甜帶少少黏口, 甜蝦就唔似平時一PACK個款咁甜, 偏向爽口, 個盒仔芥辣八爪魚真係無得頂, 個芥辣味食落口無事, 中途突然攻上腦, 真係唔係人人頂得住, 如果鍾意食芥辣既人, 應該會非常喜歡, 我就未去到哩個境界喇整體所有野都中上, 但配搭埋咁好既員工服務, 所有野倍覺新鮮

疫情期間最好梗係食啲懶人恩物,除左買左d急凍刺身,諗住試吓佢個碗仔翅同花膠,好似我哋呢啲廚藝未精,"發花膠"係何其辛苦嘅工序🤣呢個即食花膠碗仔翅真係好有驚喜,步驟簡單只係需要放入煲度加熱唔好煲太耐,如果唔係啲花膠就會好林,足足兩碗嘅份量,入面有肉絲冬菇木耳😋個花膠勁爽口,我自己就鍾意加啲胡椒粉,正👍🏻第二日再試埋個"鮑汁花膠"睇相就知個花膠分量十足👍🏻媽子就梗係攞去加料,因為湯底非常湯包可以自己加配料一齊煮,我地就加左瑤柱木耳一齊煮🤟🏻食嗰陣仲keep住咁有咬口,真材實料確係超方便🤩👏🏻

Ocean's Three is probably one of the first shops to sell fresh oyster for DIY, previously hidden in industrial buildings, but now it seems its expanded it business to markets and operates retail stores for oysters and many many frozen food.While picking up some frozen siu mai, I picked up some instant eat fish maw soup and produce from Ocean's three during my monthly shopping, which were recommended by othersFor less than $100HKD, the quality and quantity of the fish maw is not bad. The fish maw tastes fresh and can feel the gluey collagen. The food can be easily cooked, jus pour and reheat! Pretty good for a late night snack / afternoon tea!

一直有係OCEAN THREE買開急凍食品,上星期入手兩款花膠產品,分別係花膠碗仔翅同上湯花膠扒。花膠碗仔翅 Fish Maw Shark Fin Soup(約500g)花膠係來自著名花膠品牌「翹」,翻熱即食既花膠夠哂方便,唔洗等花膠浸發,慳好多時間!花膠口感軟滑,有豐富膠質,夠哂滋補,配以仿翅粉絲,環保得黎有咬口,入口彈牙不黏稠,唔會有粉漿感覺,啖啖順滑,口感相當豐富,食完好滿足~上湯花膠扒Fish Maw with Soup(約300g) 湯頭清澈鮮美,以豬骨、雞骨慢火熬製,花膠扒蘊含豐富骨膠原,口感爽口香糯唔會腥,咬落彈滑,營養價值高,簡單方便又養顔,正!兩款產品包裝袋內外防水,只需先注水解凍花膠,後放進微波爐翻熱即可食用,夠哂方便簡單,輕鬆煮食!

去ocean three補倉,發現急凍即食花膠產品,不需花時間浸發,非常方便,很適合我這種懶人,於是一口氣購入這兩款使用「翹」這個本地品牌的花膠的產品,均使用藍鱈魚花膠。這款是上湯花膠,包裝袋圖文並茂講解食用建議,可以上湯食用,也可用作火鍋湯底。上湯以豬骨、雞腳和雞肉餚製,用料十足。上湯和花膠獨立包裝,花膠份量一目瞭然,也避免花膠在湯汁中浸泡過久,影響質感。這晚吃飯時,翻熱了一包上湯花膠。軟滑彈牙的花膠,和清甜的上湯,味道上乘;配合混入紅米的白飯,更加健康。另外一款花膠產品是花膠仿翅羹,即是小時候常常吃的碗仔翅,但加入花膠,加倍名貴。包裝色彩鮮豔;碗仔翅和花膠同樣分開盛載。烹調法亦同樣地一樣簡單,溶雪後加熱十分鐘內即可食用,作為下午茶,非常適合。碗仔翅鹹淡恰到好處,味道調得很好;若果喜歡濃烈口味,可以額外加醋或者胡椒粉,讓味道更加突出。碗仔翅的用料很足,有蛋花、豬肉、木耳、碗仔翅和香菇,口感非常豐富,但當然掩蓋不了主角花膠那彈牙的口感。
