To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 就嚟過年開始要食團年飯，跟親戚嚟食，冇介紹錯，真係值得一試。服務幾好，不過唔知係咪因為親戚係屬客。一行12人，叫咗9個餸，另有壽桃包，同埋馬豆糕做甜品。個個餸都好味，大大碟，食材又新鮮，尤其條魚同埋隻雞，真係肉質滑溜，全部食晒冇剩到。另外值得一讚仔佢哋嗰個炒飯，大碟到好似成座山咁樣，好乾身，又足料。佢哋嘅甜品都好好味，壽桃包係中型size，做得好靚，長輩好開心，另外馬豆糕又唔會太甜，每人都食咗幾粒，好滿足！

晚飯家裡聚餐，唔知去邊好，有人提意去海寶魚港，以前去過，麻麻的。但因衆望所歸，最後半推半就去了。點了半個餐，五個人，加了個咕嚕肉。好好味，記得有很好多年前來過，好明顯是換了大廚。樣樣大大碟。樣樣都好好味，魚好好味，咕嚕肉好脆，燒味好正，雞有雞味, 菜好新鮮, 西蘭花好好味。連壽包都好好食。多到食唔晒。包六罐汽水, 埋單$1,500, 以今時今日，算是好低食。一定會再來。沒問題。今次完全改觀。可能農曆新年會再來食。

你試過一定知係好嘢，尤其係山竹牛肉球宜家d人一味加鯪魚肉整大大舊山竹牛肉，完全破壞左牛肉球嘅口感同味道；但係呢間嘅牛肉球真材實料，加埋喼汁簡直perfect。想食返香港真正點心，一定唔會令你失望。另一個推介嘅點心係蠔汁肚皇扎。肚皇扎唔係度度有，扎得唔實嘅大有人在，一夾起就散晒。呢度個肚皇扎實淨兼啖啖魚肚，加上蠔油獻汁，一吃難忘。如果你鍾意食鷄，可以揀鷄扎。最後一定要試燒賣，裏面好多蝦，唔係一味放好多豬肉。仲有好多嘢想食，回味一下真正嘅港式點心。

係投訴番之前既經歷安排客人入座好唔公平沒有依當時客人等待時間公平地安排比客人入座, 當向接待反映時, 接待既人反應好差仲話番我地轉頭, 話多人係咁架啦但明明係佢完全冇理4人枱既等待時間完全不合理只係不斷比2人枱同大枱入以後唔會再幫襯!!!!!!!
