To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 你試過一定知係好嘢，尤其係山竹牛肉球宜家d人一味加鯪魚肉整大大舊山竹牛肉，完全破壞左牛肉球嘅口感同味道；但係呢間嘅牛肉球真材實料，加埋喼汁簡直perfect。想食返香港真正點心，一定唔會令你失望。另一個推介嘅點心係蠔汁肚皇扎。肚皇扎唔係度度有，扎得唔實嘅大有人在，一夾起就散晒。呢度個肚皇扎實淨兼啖啖魚肚，加上蠔油獻汁，一吃難忘。如果你鍾意食鷄，可以揀鷄扎。最後一定要試燒賣，裏面好多蝦，唔係一味放好多豬肉。仲有好多嘢想食，回味一下真正嘅港式點心。

係投訴番之前既經歷安排客人入座好唔公平沒有依當時客人等待時間公平地安排比客人入座, 當向接待反映時, 接待既人反應好差仲話番我地轉頭, 話多人係咁架啦但明明係佢完全冇理4人枱既等待時間完全不合理只係不斷比2人枱同大枱入以後唔會再幫襯!!!!!!!

初黎西灣河報到~ 試吓飲個茶~ ☕☕☕今日遲咗啲 1530 先上到嚟, 一坐底就知 1345 last order 所以急急落單~ 😂😂😂環境唔錯重有卡位坐~尼 3 樣都 ok 啦~ 一般攞貨標準~ 🤔🤔🤔個蘆薈雙皮奶完全冇特別~ 7 仔即食水準, 所謂蘆薈講完都完全唔覺~ 😲😲😲雞扎先係經典~ 入面除咗舊冬菇好食啲之外, 芋頭都好粉嘅, 但係其他竟然係舊「南瓜」？！重有舊好似係「魚旦」！？我真係太少見識喇~ 🤯🤯🤯尼餐真係好一般~ 重竟然見識到「特色點心」~ 😂😂😂

Staycation指定動作 - 叫外賣係app見到呢間中式野食不錯，又有折扣，決定試試紅燒乳鴿雖然送到黎已經唔係好脆，但係燒得好香，好入味，食到舔舔脷龍蝦伊麵本身諗住呢個價錢都唔會好食得去邊㗎啦，點知龍蝦超級大隻多肉，伊面索咗啲汁好好味😋我同男朋友都不斷大讚，連小小嘅龍蝦肉都唔放過要撩埋出嚟食粉絲蒸扇貝扇貝大隻，好新鮮，粉絲好入味，一個字：正蓮藕百合翠玉瓜炒羊肚菌每樣食材都新鮮，健康又好味冇記錯好似四百零蚊就食到呢度咁多野，性價比超高
