To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 另一個推介嘅點心係蠔汁肚皇扎。肚皇扎唔係度度有,扎得唔實嘅大有人在,一夾起就散晒。呢度個肚皇扎實淨兼啖啖魚肚,加上蠔油獻汁,一吃難忘。如果你鍾意食鷄,可以揀鷄扎。
最後一定要試燒賣,裏面好多蝦,唔係一味放好多豬肉。仲有好多嘢想食,回味一下真正嘅港式點心。

仲話番我地轉頭, 話多人係咁架啦
但明明係佢完全冇理4人枱既等待時間完全不合理
只係不斷比2人枱同大枱入

咁大間公司,一d誠信都沒,真係好失望,呃人😤😤
由於貨源不穩定,所以今晚價錢需要16.8一兩,因此蟹已經佔了大約1300多元,用清蒸的方法,最能帶出蟹的鮮味
另外點了半隻乳豬,但其實他是BB豬size較乳豬還要細,但價錢需要388,其實有點貴
再加上每人一隻蒜蓉蒸扇貝,反而隻碟就非常抵食
另外還點了蝦乾炒唐生菜及乳香藕片炒黑豚肉,都十分美味
另外酒樓沒有收開瓶費及切餅費這個可以給讚👍
飯店落座後,先要去玻璃缸前自選一隻蟹,由店家師傅秤斤兩
我們6人挑了一隻:5斤8兩(每斤16兩),諮詢了部長哥哥,推薦清蒸,因原汁原味!如果想調味,店家也免費提供~黑醋。

第一個: ‘孜然炸豬脾(豬肘):上碟時是一整個豬臂,表面上有一點孜然粉,所以孜然的味道不重。切開金黃外表,一塊塊外脆內嫩的連皮肘,肉與筋之間仍帶有膠質,咬落去,味道不錯呦!我給90分!

第四個: XO醬鴛鴦貴妃蚌
我只試了幾條蜜豆,沒嚐貴妃蚌,但看著不錯,估計味道不錯,整碟被掃清
第五道,海鮮粉絲雜菜煲
這個連湯帶料的煲很鮮美!墊底的粉絲都鹹香有味,青菜🥬鮮嫩,配有一些金針菇和袖珍菇,湯裡的海鮮應該是幾條蝦乾...總之,是一款味道不錯的湯菜煲
