越南菜都係香港常見嘅一個東南亞菜式,有別於泰國菜嘅辣,越南嘅食物通常都冇泰國菜咁搶火,微微溫溫非常適合香港人嘅口味。今日屋企人帶路,去到一間位於紅磡一條小街裏面嘅一間隱世越南菜,而家一間越南菜係由正宗嘅越南老闆掌勺,舖頭簡潔明亮沒有太多嘅花巧,而可能都係呢個原因所以價錢相對地係非常之抵食,午餐一個越南菜竟然係四十幾蚊已經可以食到!🐷河內燒豬肉撈檬侍應話呢一間招牌菜就係河內燒豬肉撈檬粉,裏面有燒豬肉丸豬扒同埋燒豬頸肉浸住一兜要嚟撈檬粉特製嘅醬汁,師兄姐姐話呢個檬粉唔使加枱面上面嘅醬料只需要用返浸住燒豬肉嘅醬汁嚟撈已經好好食!燒豬肉丸係我第一次食嘅,感覺非常好裏面肉質係一粒一粒,燒豬頸肉同埋豬扒應該係經過香茅醃製有一種獨特嘅香料味撈埋落檬粉嗰度一流👍🐔越式雞扒湯河雞扒好厚好大塊,湯底係純正嘅越南式湯底有洋蔥香茅等等嘅配料,幼細嘅河粉滑捋捋,非常值得講嘅就係雞扒燒得恰到好處,一碗粉加埋嘢飲四50蚊真係好抵!🦑特色墨魚餅墨魚餅配有沾食嘅越南辣醬,肉質爽彈裏面有好大粒嘅墨魚粒,辣醬就唔會太搶口,係一個非常唔錯嘅選擇!🥤芒果沙冰,越南桔仔冰芒果沙冰係一個令我好意外嘅飲品,有別於一般用芒果糖漿調製,呢度係用新鮮嘅芒果肉打出嚟,唔會假甜!飲完唔會口渴!越南桔仔冰嘅茶底係用茉莉花茶,甜甜地加上桔仔好有夏天嘅氣息呢一間咁隱世嘅餐廳,希望可以將佢發揚光大分享比鍾意食越南菜嘅大家🥰 continue reading

星期六晚同爹哋細佬出街食飯🥰得知加太賀附近開咗呢間新越南餐廳生意好旺,已經坐滿,等咗10分鐘位Menu選擇豐富,多款撈檬、湯河、飯、法包、小食、飲品🇻🇳▶️ 椰菜雞絲沙律 ($58)成座山咁高⛰️份量超足沙律混入椰菜、紫椰菜絲、芽菜、紅蘿蔔絲、香葉,味道清新,咬落爽脆面頭放上大量雞絲同炸蒜醬汁又鹹又酸又甜又辣🌶️有刺激味蕾開胃作用(不過食到底都幾鹹,飲咗幾杯水haha)▶️ 燒牛肉撈檬 ($62)好crave牛肉🐂揀咗呢個兩大條牛肉串燒,燒到外表焦脆惹味,面頭黐住超多香茅絲,香口肉質比預期中軟腍,入面粉嫩唔乾,冇乜肥膏筋位👍🏻檬粉有質感,少煙韌唔易斷配菜有醃蘿蔔、紅蘿蔔絲、生菜、青瓜、薄荷葉、花生粒、炸蒜,撈埋檬粉非常豐富有層次口感🥬醬汁自己落,少少酸甜唔會太鹹係好食嘅一碗撈檬😋全KO▶️ 香茅燒豬扒湯檬 ($58)試咗daddy一塊香茅豬扒,同樣肉質軟腍比牛肉豬肉實正🐷帶少許骨同肥膏位反而冇燒雞同燒牛肉肉串咁重香茅味然而湯底清而夠味▶️ 燒雞肉撈檬 ($56)細佬之選,同燒牛嗰個差唔多,只係換上雞肉串燒雞肉都滑嫩,冇骨冇皮,香茅味重🐔▶️ 香茅串燒沙嗲雞 ($50)|香茅串燒沙嗲牛 ($58)驚唔夠肉食,加咗兩份串燒各三串,每條都巨型size,$50/份幾抵食同撈檬嘅牛串同雞串味道一模一樣🤣只係旁邊多咗沙嗲醬,有花生粒,惹味又唔辣🥜鍾意佢整得唔油膩,同時保持肉汁▶️ 牛油果沙冰 ($32)即叫即榨,夏天飲消暑解渴🥑飲落好杰身,沙冰綿密似刨冰唔算太重牛油果味,不過幾好飲唔甜食完啲辣辣地又重口味嘅嘢,飲返杯好夾!▶️ 越式凍青桔茶 ($18)味道得意,似港式檸檬茶,但冇咁酸感覺清涼🧊唔飲沙冰可以試呢個-食物出色,調味到位,要香茅有香茅味,檬粉落足香葉😍味道相當正宗欣賞佢肉類處理得好好,而且份量仲好足少數喺香港覺得做得好嘅越南菜 (繼「第一郡」之後)環境ok,大概有32個堂食位因為得一個樓面(見佢非常忙碌),服務冇咁周到,但係有禮貌而且勤力嘅所以大家嚟到見諒一下,預咗要等耐啲🙇🏻‍♀️始終小店經營性價比高,埋單大概$400,食咗三個小食、三碗麵、兩杯特飲晚餐平均$130/人,以質素份量,抵食👍🏻午市套餐都好經濟實惠,$50起,有機會嚟呢頭不妨試試~ continue reading

8月27日下午,靚媽要到,紅磡庇利街做牙齒保養工程,揾食肥華,就安排在,牙科診所附近,呢間越南食店,食下午茶,今日肥華,靚媽,都不約而同,點咗越南名物,生牛肉河做主食,再加一客墨魚餅及一條越南春卷和兩杯冷熱飲品,就喺今餐嘅内容。而餐内嗰兩碗,越南生牛肉河,無論,個湯底,河粉,生牛肉,質素都有極高水準,用下午茶特價時段價錢,食到呢兩碗,高質生牛河喺超值之選。至於另點嘅兩個小食,墨魚餅及越南春卷,論價錢唔算抵食,但味道亦算好食,加上用兩杯特式飲品,呢餐越南食品,下午茶餐值。👍👍👍👍👍 continue reading

自從上年去完越南之後,就一直心掛掛越南嘅美食😋😍。最近我喺 #紅磡 發掘到一啲隱世美食,就係 《20•越南粉》。所以同朋友約埋一齊去試吓。🍝河內燒豬肉撈檬 $65 必食👍🏻佢哋獨有撈檬汁,絕對係佢哋嘅招牌,酸酸甜甜,味道仲有啲鮮味,配埋佢哋必食嘅燒豬肉,豬肉用秘製汁浸住,每一口夾小小檬粉再沾上甜酸汁黎食,再配埋薄荷葉一齊食,真係超級惹味,食完又想再食😋😋。🍚香茅豬扒飯 $58香茅豬扒酥脆可口,外脆內軟,配上白飯一齊食,簡直絕配👍🏻。🥖豬頸肉法包 $50爽嫩多汁嘅豬頸肉,配上熱辣辣香脆嘅法包,包入邊仲有紅白蘿蔔絲、青瓜🥒、青菜🥬,係我喺越南食嘅熟悉嘅味道😍😍。🥭芒果沙冰 $32芒果沙冰超級鮮甜解渴,再加上了少少嘅熱情果,飲落超清涼,絕對消暑一流👍🏻🥳。🍊越式凍青桔茶 $18甜甜香香嘅桔茶,飲落口超級清香,令人一飲難忘👍🏻。 continue reading
